Best storage facility I’ve ever been to. Very clean and staff was very friendly as well!!
My only complaint was the steps involved in cancelling the contract. I was hospitalized with heart issues and yet was expected to come into the facility to sign paperwork showing I had moved out. I understand their liability concerns, but that was a bit over the top.
I very much disliked the fact that I've held my storage unit for over a year and for the last month I couldn't get prorated for the monthly payment when I used the storage for a week after my payments due date. Exceptions should be made for loyal customers.

I have had several storage units at this location and 1 particular storage for over 7months and this last experience was bad, The manager called and lied saying it was a foul smell coming from my unit and the day I moved out the guy who was there said there was never any smell and why would he lie and put that in my notes, Please delete any notes on my account because it was no smell and he also looked I side my unit because how he know it was bags I stead of boxes
Most businesses give you the impression that you are supposed to do business with them...but here I felt appreciated for my business and that left me not feeling as if I had just been taken advantage of. I will definitely recommend this office to anyone needing a place to store their belongings.
Staff lost my info at times and that was frustrating.
General Manager Tracy Brian runs a clean tight shop. It was a pleasure during business with him on my exit of Toledo, Ohio.

Tracy made our first experience with U-Haul storage amazing. He helped us maneuver the truck, talked us through the process and assured us of the security. 5 stars isn't enough, he deserves 10!
Keycard gave me problems at times, but other than that everything else was ok
