Once again, a great experience. Truck was ready, I was in and out in 15 minutes.

While all of the employees were nice and polite, my experience was pretty bad. Every time I called to schedule something, I had to call an addition 2-3 times afterwards to correct a series of mistakes. The final mistake, which took the cake, was that I called one day to schedule the pick up of my ubox and three calls later over three different days, I finally got an agent to schedule the right day! It’s been exhausting. And several times when I’d call to correct something wrong on a confirmation email - the agent couldn’t even find a record of my booking. But In the end, my ubox arrived, everything inside was fine and I’m done with my move. To be honest, I will probably use u-haul again because it’s the only real affordable option when moving across the country but I’ll have to be prepared for all the mistakes. Also every single agent I spoke to complained about or blamed their ‘slow computers’ so it sounds like a lot of the mistakes were due to old technology.

The location was awesome, the truck was fine, and the team working the location was totally NOT communicative, dismissive of me and other patrons, and extraordinarily slow. I tried to do the app pick up, but the truck wasn't where it was supposed to be, and the team I asked for help was annoyed I was there. I had to go back and ask them three different times to help me... very disappointing.

After arriving at this location, the manager gave me a bit of attitude as if it was my fault, which I didn't appreciate. Everyone else and the facility, though, were spot on.

This locattion was great. This experience was horrible. We reserved a 26ft truck online over a week ago only to receive 4 phone calls telling us that the confirmation we received was no longer going to be available but they could reserve on at a different location and a smaller size truck. 7:30 ish Friday night we are again called and told that again the truck we requested was not available but if we could pick one up that night and have it back by 8am the next morning, or they could have 1 ready at 430 Saturday rather than the 10am we requested. They did find one in St. Paul we could go to and drive back to ANDOVER, paying by the mile. Had we not done our own work and just stopped into this location, we more than likely would not have had a truck. I hope to never have to rent a truck again. This was one of the worst Customer service experiences I have had.

With all the years I've rented from Uhaul, this has been the worst I've encountered. I was provided with a 17' Truck that had engine malfunctions which lead me to waste 5 hours waiting for road side assistance to assist with the issue. Uhaul didn't do a well enough job to ensure I would have a good experience nor did they and road side assistance comply with their policies to ensure my experience would be taken care of. I didn't accomplish my goal for renting the vehicle for the time I've paid for. I'm skeptical about renting equipments from Uhaul ever again as the vehicles are not trust worthy especially if I have to travel for a one way rental.

I originally reserved my U-haul at the Acorn Mini Storage in Roseville, but they never showed up and opened for the day! Fortunately, the 1-800 uhaul number was able to flip things around and get me my rental two and a half hours later at the Como location that was quick and easy. I WILL NEVER USE ACORN MINI STORAGE FOR UHAUL AGAIN! Thank you Como Uhual for your professionalism, speed, and ease of getting me the rental.

The staff there were incredibly unhelpful, we got lost and arrived late so we were told we had to switch our reservation to a 24/7, but when we asked how to do that we were just told “I don’t know people do it on their phones.” When we tried to get more help from them they insisted they didn’t know how it worked and couldn’t help us. They put the key for our uhaul in the lockbox behind the store, but didn’t tell us where it was or which truck was ours. We stayed for nearly an hour and a half until we got a WONDERFUL woman over the phone to help us, she stayed on the phone with me until I had the key in my hand. Great service through the Uhaul customer line, very poor service from this physical location.

We had a really great experience over the phone getting our questions answered and especially when I was having trouble with the website for securing moving help. When we arrived to pick up the truck we had to wait a bit despite arriving right at opening, which was a little unnerving because our moving help ended up getting to our house before we did! But that all worked out and the truck was great and well equipped. The one star I took off was probably an issue not of this location but of the UHaul website, but trying to return the truck after hours was really frustrating. Too many steps and the need for photos was really cumbersome on my dying phone. We finally just left the truck and put the keys in the drop box without completing the process, and thankfully I received a receipt the following morning verifying it had been turned in on time. I will definitely use this location again knowing that I do not need to bother with the online process to return.

The facilities were great. The truck was new and clean. The reservation process is from the middle ages. No information about where your truck will be until less than 24 hours from departure. Same with the return site info. All you get is a statement that your desired sites are noted - worst information and updating that I have experienced. Your competitors do a much better job in the reservation area. Since you may have to drive quite a ways from where you pick up the truck, and where you have to drop off the machine - your included mileage is quite tight - then you want $.40 per mile above that included mileage - probably another 5% would be reasonable.

In my opinion this facility is average. My request to reserve a storage space was acknowledged but I could not be assigned a space until after I returned to the facility was a load of furniture to be stored. It is a large facility and the space finally assigned was several hundred feet away from the unloading dock. Also I was charged for fuel beyond my mileage allowance of 20 miles. I believe I traveled 24 miles. So it was not an excellent experience, just average.

I have rented trailers twice in two weeks from this location and would like Maurice to be recognized for his wonderful customer service and professional attitude. To shorten a long story, family events of the last three months have left my wife and I very stressed. Due to illness we had to move our son's belongings 650 miles from his out of state apartment to our home as he will be with us while he recovers. Maurice's assurances and attentive behavior as he helped me to first hook up and then return rental trailers the past two weekends have helped to lessen our stress levels. Thank you to Maurice and the counter employees at this location.

I can’t think of a single thing you could improve upon. Service was friendly, competent, and speedy. The 5 X 9 open trailer was sturdy and thoughtfully designed. I appreciate how the pins that secure the tailgate slip into a locked position, and can’t bounce out. The beefy chains that let the gate drop down to level were handy too. I’ll be back again soon. ?? Made reservation online then got call you where having issue locating a dolly for one way was in phone almost 45 minutes finally changed things around so I would return at same location as pickup which was allot of extra fuel. I arrived to check in and pick up 40 minutes go but to get told they don't have the correct dolly they don't know why the reservation was confirmed so was going to send me to another location I asked him to confirm with them they had it he got in phone and said this will take a while phone are not working right finally I suggested a sorry transport instead so he did that I got set up the guy tested everything said I was good to go twenty minutes later I got pulled over for half of rear tail lights not working and a marker out.

The truck I picked up had door damage which didn't allow for a proper seal, and let air blow in through the driver door. Additionally, the truck was dirty, suggesting it hadn't been attended to since the last renter. Finally, when I went to refuel the truck after driving ~20 miles, the truck took over 6 gallons of gas, suggesting that it hadn't been filled completely before my rental, and causing me to spend more money on gas than I should have based on my usage. Overall, I'm pretty disappointed with the experience.

Waited an hour to be checked in after returning the truck. Then was told that they would email my receipt. When I received it they charge my credit an extra $56.54 for gas service fee plus gas. This was for 1/8 tank of gas that I used. Ridiculous.

St. Paul which is a 30 min drive from Burnsville during a snow storm it was nice that everyone was professional and in a good mood which helps a lot because packing and moving is a pain no matter what

I was a little disappointed with my drop off. When I returned my Uhaul I was asked if I wanted and email receipt, I responded with yes I would like one. Unfortunately I never received my email receipt. I was also lead to believe that the location would be closed when I went to pick up my car which it was not. I think that was more fault on the website then the location. Overall still ok, just not as expected.

The trailer was not in good condition. Two trailer tires had to be changed at my first stop. The assistant manager on duty didn’t seem to think this was a big concern even though he knew the tire was loosing air. “Just call roadside assistance”

Floor was broomed, wet, still had tree limbs in it. Not good to put moving boxes on a wet floor. The gal that helped us went over and above to get the truck and car hauler to us at the same time. Took four people in scheduling and two phone calls (45 minutes) to set it up forsame day pickup and same location. Running around the twin cities to two different locations for each one is dumb! Got there the day of pickup and it was still wrong!

Very bad experience. The van was parked in a place where a large metal pole was in the blind spot, and hit it before fully backing out of parking spot. Back window broke, and no other van to use so had to pay $180 for absolutely nothing.
