No customer support after hours. The mirrors on the outside was broke couldn't adjust them. the insde of the back was dirty.

RENARD A.The truck I rented was filthy. There was liquid in all of the cup holders, sticky spills all over the floor, the steering wheel was sticky and the truck smelled like an ash tray. We spent over 1 hour cleaning it. The brakes squealed. We tried to set up Sirius in the truck but the phone number listed on the sticker was invalid.
HILLARY G.Low tire light was on and I asked them to check it. He kicked the tire and said it was just a bad sensor. After we loaded up the tire was low because the valve was leaking. Had to tighten the valve core and air up the tire. This could have left me on the side of the road or possibly caused an accident. All he had to do w as check it before I left their shop. Bad business.

LOUIS H.On one of the tires on the trailer, all lug nuts were loose (barely hand tight). I noticed they were making grey streaks from each lug. I used my tire tool and tightened all lugs. No other issues noted.

Janella H.was directed to go outside to drop off 6x12 trailer. person who directed me where to drop trailer would not speak to me when i addressed him. ask if i could get receipt for proof of drop off he sorta said my orig. receipt was proof of drop off. cant figure that out. my drop off was 2.19/20 at approx. 2pm.

PAUL W.I am 62 years old and it was my worst experience with u-haul because the truck was on empty and I went back in told the guy and he came and looked and said it is on a fourth of tank of gas and it wasn't so I had to first get $20.00 gas before I moved anything then the truck acted like the transmission was going out so I moved one load and took it back.
DEBRA B.Send whoever checked me out when I picked up the truck, to a customer service class or fire his a$$. I asked if they had the furniture dolly I reserved and he said yes, it's in back of the truck. Long story short when I returned it to get the dolly that was not in the back of the truck I was understandably upset and irritated. And of course typical response was will the guy didn't put it in there when I told him to. First of all I didn't ask the guy if the dolly was there I asked you. Second of all now since I drove all the way to where I was picking up the furniture and had to turn around and drive all the way back in my personal vehicle who is going to compensate me for my time and gas? Guess what nobody did. Was still charged full price, even after two different guest service Representatives that I spoke to on the phone told me that it would be adjusted. Getting back to the representative of the Highway 14 U-Haul that waited on me, and what he said when I had to return to pick up the dolly. Now I understand I've been in customer service for 27 years and I know how people try to put things off on other employees. It's understandable and it's almost expected, but at no time whatsoever should a paying customer be told to "lose your attitude lady" are you freaking kidding me I know this little boy did not just tell me to lose an attitude because he made a mistake. Yeah one way this location can improve is to get rid of this employee I believe his name was H--ter. And that's all I have to say other than where is my reimbursement that I was told I was going to get?
