He was knowledgeable and helpfull. You need to have someone with his knowledge available on your website.

HOPE H.I was informed that I would receive a receipt via email after the truck was looked at for mileage, gas level, and general condition of the truck. However, I never received a receipt via email. I suggest that staff inform customers what amount will be charged to their credit card after returning the truck and before they leave the premises. This way, the client does have to wait until receiving their credit card statement to determine what amount was applied. If there is an issue when the truck is returned, then it can be resolved at the location. If the client has to wait for the credit card statement to see the charges and the charges are disputed then the client has to dispute the charge or charges which takes a lot of their time addressing an issue when it could have been resolved before the customer left the premises. He walked me out and showed me the unit. He also gave me the access card and walked me to all the stations showing me how to use it. The inside of the store was very clean and he ran a tight ship. The only negative, and I had is that there was a leak in the hallway of the storage unit with a mop bucket below it to catch. With the employer saw the leak, he said that he was not informed, and that he would call management right away to get it fixed.
