No comment regarding improvement! However the Manager on duty was excellent. She gave us 100% of her attention despite being the only staffer in the location and having several customers walk in to seek services, I always rent from this location Because she is always so professional !

Gwendolyn P.I have been charged $170 for a moving service referred by U-Haul through moving help.com. The referred company never showed up and my card was still charged without the Payment Code that is supposed to prevent this type of problem. I have an open ticket and spent an hour on hold but still have yet to receive a response. Will not recommend U-Haul services of any kind until this issue is resolved.

Gregory V.I was sent to 3 different locations to pick up my reservation. My first receipt showed pick up on Millerville Road (which was closest to where I wanted to be), I was told that a truck was NOT available at that location (I clearly saw plenty of trucks on the lot). I was sent to Airline Highway to pick up (I waited in line almost 30 minutes, when I was told to go to the Greenwell Springs Road location). When I arrived at this location, Tashara was very helpful! Her customer service is great! Clean location! Clean truck! I would recommend that you all do a better job for those of us who actually make reservations days ahead of time.

Daniel S.Your policy is to reimburse the customer $50.00 when U-HAUL scheduled a vehicle for use on a particular day and time. After i received my confirmation number , U-Haul sent an email 6-12 hours later stating the vehicle is unavailable.

Christina S.The staff was friendly, but not helpful at all. He was a new employee, so I understand him not knowing some things. Overall, I was very frustrated that the storage unit I had reserved wasn't available upon arrival. I'm not sure how that could happen. I'm also annoyed I had to pay more for another storage unit instead of being compensated, they could have at least price match with the original storage unit I had reserved. Also, I want to note that I called the day I was supposed to get my storage unit to make sure it was fine to come the next day and that it would still be available. So, it was surprise when I got there that it wasn't available, even though I double checked the day beforehand. The facility wasn't bad, and the young man working was very sweet. But, I'm disappointed with the process I went through.

I found a Very Old McDonalds Fish Filet Sandwich under the center seat... talk about gross!!! And the ac went out a couple times on the drive. It was freezing up.
