I had no problems with the vehicle. The manager by the name of Patrica was very rude and condescending. She was on her phone texting during my transaction and being very disrespectful towards me. I do not like the Technological changes Uhaul has made. Customers like myself will embrace Technology if it makes the experience better and saves time. I.spen 20 mins at the Uhaul counter being when trying to pick up my truck. Then I had to get texted a code so that I can upload my drivers license. Which did not work well and the person at the counter still had to take my DL. What a mess. Lastly, I have to check in my own truck and take pictures. Figure out the share location feature on chrome just to get started or pay an extra fee. Wow, I understand engaging technology but your system needs work.starie T.

Let customer know AHEAD of time that car reserved is not available at the set location, i had to drive to multiple locations when i made a reservation for a vehicle closer to my destination but wasn't told until i made it there that it wasn't available and i had to go to a much further location and making ME responsible for the additional miles having to be drove, as well as upon pick up no one was in the store to assist waited almost 10 minutes just to get assistance from someone.Malikka D.

The phone check in was really easy and fast. Dave helped us return the truck. He was very friendly and efficient making sure we had everything we need before we could head out. We were confused about how to figure out how many gallons to fill the tank up to its original amount, but ended up filling a bit at a time and it worked out. The padlock on the back of the truck was faulty. It was extremely hard to close and lock. I tried to spray it with WD-40 and had to hit it with our fists to lock it. The steering wheel was also wobbly. Maybe a newer truck with firmer power steering would have made us feel safer driving on the freeways. Everything else was fine and fit my needs perfectly.JOYCE C.

I moved my items from this storage unit over a year ago and paid fees owed then as the final payment. Two months later they claim I wasn't moved out but I was because they told me something was there but I know it wasn't and the last time I was there I told them I was moving then and they said fine just take the lock with me which I did after clearing out.... This was over a year ago and yet they keeping saying I owe money for a unit I am not occupying. My mother told them I had nothing in the unit and I have told them this as well. For the most part the experience was okay. My issues were not consistent enough to give a "No" response to some of the above questions even though if there was a rating scale of 1 - 5, this location would be in the middle or lower. There was some kind of water leak into the indoor unit that I had that soaked the lower stacked boxes. The boxes then collapsed under the weight of the boxes on top and some thing got crushed. Clothing ended up having mold in them. All of the boxes on the floor were stuck to the floor and things that were wood had water damage. Dealing with the staff was a crap shoot. In person I've never had a problem. Especially in leaving the facility for the last time. That gentleman was VERY helpful. Any conversation over the phone was met with hostility. Majority of the household and personal items I had in storage for safe keeping , I had to trash away due to extreme amounts of rodent feces and damage caused by it. Aside from it I felt hassled a month ago I received a call from an agent who was very rude and augmentative. Out of that it event I was prompted to end my contract with U-Haul.
