The overhead spring on the rear door needed oiling. There was no windshield wiper fluid in its' container. It was very difficult to latch the rear door. There was ice in the rear cabin which caused me to tripand fall. Fortunately I didn't get hurt. It would have nice if this vehicle had been given more attention before it wasrented.

Terrible customer service, and very unprofessional. Every uhaul location I've been to an employee has assisted me in hooking up my trailer but this time I was given instruction on the location of the trailer, and that I need to put it in the EXACT spot I'd gotten it from or I'd be charged 20 dollars. Which I thought was very bizarre, I've never heard of that before. Will not be revisiting this location.

Your equipment after-hours drop-ff procedure sucks. I had a problem with your app loading and went home without completing the online check-in. When I got home I called twice to explain the problem. I was told they will check me in in the morning and charge me 20 dollars for that. So, I had to return to the rental location and call from there explaing the problem. I was finaly told that they will leave a note for the staff. Not sure if I go back to renting from the Uhaul again

The only thing is we didn’t have a dolly in our uhaul I don’t know if it just didn’t come with one or if they forgot to put one in there and we needed one it made the moving job a little extra because we had to pick up the washer, stove, and refrigerator but other than that everything was fine

The lady that registered me didn't tell how to work the entry key card. She just said you have to swipe in and out not knowing there were two key pads. I had to stand and wait to ask someone to help

Discontinue the practice of having to inspect with an app or site. It was not wodrkiing and i had to spend the first half hour taking pictures of the dents that were not marked off. Also i had left my phone at home and had to go home before i could use your equipment. You should still have the paper copy for that purpose alone.

I Rented two trucks and dropped them both off early.How can you justify charging over 21$ each as a convenience fee.Both vehicles were fueled and clean.This facility did not have to do anything more than if it was during regular hours.

I wanted to rent a van or pick up truck to move my boxes they told me that i couldn't use a vesa debit card it had to be a credit . Isn't that what we all suppose to use when renting at these places.

We were a little confused once we left the store and went into the parking lot of what to do, and the employee helping us check out our equipment could have been clearer about where we should stand/what we should be doing. Overall it was fine, and we'd come back to this location if needed.

Better communication towards customers and customers should put gas into the vehicle where the gauge was at the beginning, not where they want you to so unfair. They shouldn’t tell you that you have to put gas where they want you to if it wasn’t there in the beginning

My above answers are based on this visit only. All of my previous rentals at this location have been good. However this one was not. I was given the wrong trailer and charged for the additional insurance that I declined. I was credited for the insurance. The lot attendants were very good. I could go into more detail but it would seem no one really cares. I left angry and disappointed.

Waited in line for an hour to get my equipment even with having an existing reservation and having completed the express check out in advance. Ridiculously long wait times are common at this location.

The truck did not have any heat. Made driving difficult as it was cold and raining. No heat means the defrost didn’t work as well so I had to keep wiping the windows off so I could see properly to drive. Also, for some reason, two charges were charged to my card. I called the location and the representative said I was charged for two days. I returned the truck the same day so I’m not sure why I was charged twice or for two days.

I didn’t like that the bathrooms outside storage was not clean smells like urine the staff was rude and adding late fees to customers accounts that they felt was rude to them can just walk n break in

I will never return to this location for service. Your staff was very friendly, but with their unprofessional behavior (horse play) at the work place, and due to this behavior important information was not given. Because of lack of being informed about the "After Hours Service Fee" I been charged a fee twice. I reviewed my contract in July and was charged a fee and now on this contract dated October 27th. All because I was never told of the "After Hours Service Fee" My advice would be to make sure your customers are clearly informed of this fee. Thank you

After waiting for about 10 minutes for one person at the counterj to get off of the phone I then had to wait 20 more minutes to try and process my debit card for the transaction. I then had to run toa gas station to get cash and they didn't have 5$ for my change. When I returned the vehicle I waiting at the designated spot for about 10 minutes behind a running truck that had it's drivers door open and no one around. I went in side where the clerk told me to just leave it.

I was initially booked in 5701 n Port Washington rd and when I got there, on time, no-one was there. After being on phone with U-Haul rep for 30 minutes they found this location open and updated my reservation. The girl was really good and helpful. U-Haul didn’t compensate for any of extra mileage nor the workforce that i had to pay for the extra hour

I rented for 24 hrs and when I returned it the store was not open since it was a Sunday. I was charged a $20 fee to check in the trailer. What is the difference when the store is open and the attendant checks it in then? I was not told there would be a fee or told how to check it in myself. Not a great way to do business.
