I HAD A CONFIRMATION FOR A LOCATION I WAS DROPED OF AND FOUND OUT CORP. HAD CHANGED LOCATION BUT NO ONE NOTIFIDE ME. I HAD TO GET PICKED UP AND TAKEN TO THE NEXT LOCATION TO PICK UP THE TRUCK. NOT HAPPY

We ordered our trailer 2 weeks in advance. We paid the night before on line. We show up to pick up the trailer - NO TRAILER. The person at the desk made it sound my fault - "If you're going to Connecticut with this and back - why not just pick up your trailer in CT?" I didn't need the lecture. Eventually found a trailer in Swansea MA, but dropped off trailer in fall river.

Went to load my ubox at this location. It was not there. Was told it was at a different location. It was not there either. Was told I would be comped $50 for it not being there. Also told a box would be delivered to my home later in the afternoon free of charge. It was not. Finally delivered next day. Card was charged $150. When I spoke to representative I was told I had a choice to have my $150 reimbursed or get the $50 compensation. Not both. I was told someone would contact me the next day. I was not. I did how ever receive $200 refund to my card. I had scheduled this ubox more than a month prior in order to avoid such problems. Took a vacation day from work in order to be able to load the box and have it gone before I spent my last weekend with family and friends before my move to another state. Instead I wasted a whole vacation day chasing around for a box that obviously did not exist for me. And being put on hold for 30 minutes at a time. While someone tries to “find” me a box. Then had to change weekend plans to pack this box. I am finally at my destination and have my things in my possession, but I have to say that I would never recommend U-Haul to anyone who wants a smooth and convenient move. I can not believe that a company that has been in business so long can be so disorganized and incompetent. With total disregard of customer’s time.

It was the truck share portion that didn’t work. I still had to go the counter and wait my turn. And do everything over again. It makes no sense filling out all the information ahead of time only to have to do it all over again!

The people who work here do not know what they are doing and charged me $44.50 extra which was later refunded. They charged me funds I didn't have and now I am still waiting for the refund to post to my account. Horrible service!

Make sure your inside of trucks r clean mine had cockroaches in it and I had to bomb it before putting my stuff in it and then called manager joe when I saw them to come see them before putting my stuff in to come see he refused and said he wouldn’t be able too that he could switch it with another one but I didn’t have time to do that only gave me a 10 dollar discount I have all the pictures and would like a refund on my devastating experience with uhaul

I was there 4 yrs no problems at all. All stuff was in climate controlled unit. I am handicapped and on a monthly check. And I was informed that a late fee of 22.00. I was told its law now. Really!!!

Lost a unit to arson fire. You have cameras but not monitored. You moved remaining large locker into 2 smaller units, piled stuff on top of stuff. Snowblower on top of dresser added others property .
