The woman who took my order his order was friendly and helpful. The 2 young men were not particularly friendly or or customer service oriented. They did however do what was necessary efficiently.John T.

I was charged for two days instead of 24 hrs. Initially I asked for 8 hr. Rental but when I went in to pick up trailer, the uhaul associate explained that the rental covers a 24 hr period so I told him I would keep it for that amount of time. After returning trailer & receiving my receipt via text, (and have already left the facility) I saw that they charged me for two days. Lesson learnedâ€¦.ask for hard copy of receipt so you can dispute these charges at the location of rental instead of having to do it on the uhaul website. I have asked my credit card provider to dispute the charge.David R.

That darn trailer was so old and rusted that it got stuck on several occasions and I couldn't open/close the dang thing. One time I nearly cut my hand open trying to open it. That thing was a piece of junk.Jordan M.

GREAT EXPERIENCE WITH THIS BRANCH AND THE PEOPLE WERE GREAT TO DEAL WITH. ONLY ONE COMPLAINT, TIRE PRESSURE LIGHT CAME ON WITHIN 20 MILES OF US PICKING UP THE VAN. WAS WORRIED THE WHOLE TIME ABOUT THE TIRES.Sarah B.

Truck given to me had the check engine light on when I addressed it with the staff they said not to worry about it it was the catalytic converter and they would have to send it to a third party to get replaced so I would be fine taking that truck. The link that was sent to me from UHAUL this morning sent me to the wrong address!? Nice folks there said the proper location was 1/2 mile away. After driving over 1500 miles, having a windshield wiper come off (which I fixed) and having the vehicle pull to the right the entire trip not due to the load but wheel alignment I voice my concerns while checking in and was poliLuke B.
- We registered for early p-up and it wasn't ready. - Keys were given to me and asked to go to the back and look for the truck. - Gasoline was not 1/2 - Truck was dirty - I mentioned the AC not working and a lady just looked at it and said it was OK to drive, which wasn't, the plastic seats made it worse, it never worked. - Transmission on the truck seemed to be slipping, I mentioned it to I guess your mechanics and they only said it was an older model. - It makes a noise when you turn - The starter gave me problems - It wiggles when you go over 45 - Sorry for the complaints but I was not a happy camper with the rental.Alex R.

First time ever I had a nasty truck from this location. Quite a bit of damage on the exterior, no dolly, right outside mirror did not hold in place, the shifter was not positioned on the appropriate marker ; P, R, N, D., smelled absolutely disgusting!KIM N.

The overall experience was terrible, as we had to use this location when our first pick up was canceled after we showed up. The app then moved me here, and put me into the wrong truck, so the staff at the Citrus location had to intervene. What should have taken 10 minutes ended up with well over an hour and drastically impacted our timeframe. I would NOT recommend UHaul's smartphone based service to ANYONE, and will never use it again.Kaycie D.
Manager was rude and literally sighed and rolled her eyes when I said the total was higher than what it had said online. At first it was double what my quote was (manager tried to say that it was tax) and then she â€œfixedâ€ it and then it was still higher than the quote. The employee on the drop off was very disrespectful very argumentative refuse to provide a supervisor also refused to deal with me she let other customers go in front of me so she didn't have to deal with me which I told her was very rude she then use profanity and told me what I was going to do about it she'll put it down that I will never be able to rent another U-Haul ever again I feel strongly that I will not ever use you hug again after today's experienceLEDARIUS L.

My experience with U-Haul was fantastic except for one issue. After pulling into the U-Haul Moving & Storage at Estrella Mountain, and beginning the check-in process with the employees there. I received a phone call from 711 U-haul traffic, informing me that I had to drive to a new location, out of my way to return the truck I rented. The person was named Janessa, and she was very insistent and downright rude about the situation, as I tried to explain to her, that I was already being checked in at the original location, at that very moment. The employees at the Estrella Mountain location however where very helpful and professional, they worked with me and I was able to check-in the truck at this location as originally planned.Daniel M.

I ordered my truck 3 weeks before I was going to pick up the truck in Laveen. The day before pick up I was informed no trucks the correct size were in the Phoenix area and I would have to drive to Tucson to pick up my truck. The woman I spoke to initially was very rude about the fact that the truck I reserved wasn't actually available and I should â€œjust get the size down because because it won't make a difference.â€ I had reschedule the movers I hired. And when I called back suddenly my truck was actually in Phoenix but only out in Goodyear. When picking the truck up was informed they didn't have the tow dolly for my car and I'd have to drive up to surprise for it. Got to Surprise and had to wait 45 minutes to get the dollyâ€¦ total nightmare while trying to get on the road to drive across several states.Jillian B.
