This was second rental from this location in the month or so. There should be a standard way of doing the rental. One rental the employee took my picture and a picture of my ID. The most recent rental, I was told to do it myself with a link that was sent to me. Also, I picked up the trailer 1 1/2 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time and was charged for an additional day. The workers did correct to extra charge when asked about it. Workers were helpful but seemed to be inexperienced. Multiple workers were not able to answer questions about the bill and pricing for add ons I requested at the time of the rental.Dennis D.

Trailer I ordered was not ready, owner was unprofessional when the representative that was helping me couldn't tell me why I was being charged a different amount and asked her for assistance. Instead taking me to the back once they finished checking me out they started helping the other customer. I had to ask what to do or where to go. I reserved AND PAID FOR a 26' van weeks in advance. 2 days prior to my pick-up I'm told one is not available. Rent trucks you have. Don't rent trucks you don't have. How hard can that be??! Also, I was told over the phone it would amount to over $130 credited to the Visa. When I picked it up that credit was reduced by almost $100. Why lie? Check my record. The staff at this Uhaul could not tell me anything about how the trailer insurance worked, what it covered etc. There were 4 young men and not one knew anything about Uhauls tow coverage. My son-in-law also rented an enclosed trailer the same day that we did and they were given an old trailer with BALD tires, so 5 hours away they had a flat tire out in the middle of nowhere. NO SPARE! what a nightmare for them. The tires on their trailer had no tread, how does a company put a trailer on the road with bad tires??? Uhaul has to do better. As soon as I get to the location I then have to create an account and put all this info into my phone while I'm standing there trying to get a truck and get out of the parking lot. Having to check off all the contract policies etc. with something I should've been able to do when I initially made the reservation from home. Not on my phone alone in a parking lot. Clean the equipment after it's returned... make sure lights in the spot it's supposed to be in not hanging in the wind and one of the trailershad no running lights and had to pull it at night they only checked brakes and turn signals... and when you have a Guarantee reservation it should mean that the spot i reserve it at is the place I should pick it up from... didn't happen this time but 2 times before had to cancel one of them out... and I reserved a 26 foot truck but had to get a 20 foot truck and was charged for a 20 but got a 17 foot truck .... that really screwed up that couple of days... all in all it has been bad service and shotty equipmentRobert T.

The contract aid to pick up truck at one location and ended up being another. Truck wa the dirtier truck I have ever rented from Uhaul. Wood chips and broken plastic in the bed. All the windshield was covered in bug only 1/4 tank gas. The drink holders were covered in sticky substance and so was the top of the dash. Right turn signal you had to hold the entire time to make work (unsafe). Breaks were very soft.Donald W.

This was the first Uhaul place that had 6-8 employees inside but they handed you keys and you had to go get the truck from the back and then bring it up so they could put equipment you ordered inside. One employee told me they are right there grab what you need. The gentleman who assist me inside came out and put equipment i rented in truck but equipment should have already been inside truck and they could have driven it out to the Front. Also engine light was on and miles were incorrect. I took picture of it when I got in and told the gentlemen and he said I needed to go online and provide miles instead of him having good customer service and making it right in the first place. This was absolutely the worst uhaul place I have rented a truck from and will not be going back. There was a gentleman picking up a truck as well and he said what kind of establishment are you running. You guys have so many employees and who is working outside because he had to go get his truck From the back as well. This store needs training on customer service!Josette V.

Some female that worked there wldnt honor the free month of storage even though a contract had been downloaded onto my U-Haul acct. I had been renting a unit nearly a year. My rent was do on the 10th of the month. I called on the 9th before I drove the 3 hours to the store and they told me they had a trailer. When I got there we loaded our truck but they could not get the computer to release the trailer. Ao they reserved it for the next morning hoping then it would allow me to rent it. They assured me that i would not be charged for another month because it was not my fault they could not give me the trailer to move the little bit of my stuff that was left in the unit. So the next morning I drove again 3 hrs but this time the trailer was allowed to be rented which we did.first we loaded our truck then realized we really didn't need the big trailer so I ask if I can switch to a smaller one. Which we did. They saie they would credit my debit card account for the diference in the two trailers which was about 50 dollars. Plus the unexpected charge of another months rent almost 150 dollars. And when I ask when they were going to fix it. I was told yesterday morning. On 10-10-2021 someone would call me, here it it 10-11-2021 @ 4:30pm havent heard a word. I know to them 200 dollars might not be important but i am on a fixed income and that's a third of my income. Ignoring your clients is not a good business practice.
