There was one little smartass guy, not sure of his name but has bad acne scars and a bad attitude but after my verbal calibration on THREE occasions, he left me alone and I haven't seen him since. This was no marked location to drop off the keys. Ended up taking them with me and having to cancel a doctor's appointment to bring the key back the next morning. I was furious to say the least.CARMELLA M.
The only issue I had was that I was double charged when I only had a one-day rental. Picked up the vehicle around 8am and returned it about 4pm the same day and was charged for two days. I had to wait on the line for 30 minutes to get a refund for the extra charges. I just feel that the overcharge should not have occurred in the first place. The first truck they gave me had a coolant light that stayed on, so I had to start the rental process over again, which put me behind on my schedule. The truck I was given drove like it had square tires. Very, very rough and never smoothed out, even once loaded. It met my immediate needs, but I might try another location or brand next time. The young lady with very long braids and 3-4 inch fingernails who was receiving returned equipment was very busy.....on her phone! Didn't put it away once while pretending to "Help" remove the trailer and get it parked in it's spot. She did however point to a trailer dolly and let me know they had a Tool I could use to help me remove the trailer off of my truck. And I am aware that nothing will come of this comment, so you should give her a raise. She is probably only making around $10.00 an hour so increase her salary to $15 or $20 and make her an assistant manager. What ever happened to even a little bit of work ethic? Your company has been around ever since I can remember and to think this is the quality of people you hire boggles the mind! I don't think I will use your company in the future. The outside of the truck had dried mud on it on both sides. The driver's side door lock sticks. Key would not unlock it. Had to enter the truck from the passenger side. At night the dash board lights did not come on. The back rolling door is rotted and rusted out at the seam where the closed door meets the floor of the cargo box. Service here is good at this location though and this is the first time I've been given poor equipment.Joel T.

U-Haul of Stockbridge on Eagles Landing Parkway are THEE BEST PEOPLE on the planet. The staff's help, support and overall personality is super wonderful. The Manager , the staff, is humbl, kind and professional. If ever you need a Storage Unit, please seek this property. I had an outside huge unit, for close to 2 years.. the pest control was on point. Not ONE time did I experience seeing any pest, and no pest never accessed the inside of my outside storage.Pest control is so important, even when I was at my storage unit which sat outside, and it was 8pm 9pm I never experienced a pest problem. I would not recommend this location to anyone due to the fact that they will hit you with charges But you were told you would not be charged for. This location hit me for an additional day's rental when I turn the thing in 10 hours before My 24 hour. Was up. Call corporate and nothing was done still ended up losing $30. Truck should have been checked to verify if gate and ramp was working property. This cost me more money and time. Gate wouldn't always close and ramp was extremely impossible most of time to complete loading or off load. Your customer service routine is horrible and leave zero to be desire. Your uhaul direct staff is incredible and a few of your phone staff are good, the rest left me hanging (looking at the phone) without explanation or direction. I had a fender bender and the reporting process was smooth ( I purchased extra insurance). Thank you for a positive experience here. The help For Hire is just a gateway to stealing, poor work, extortion for extra money. Both referrals get an absolute middle finger. "Moving made easy and the Big Move moving and cleaning. The first company Loaded my 5 to 7 hours after 4 of their reps said they could do it in 2 to four hours and several items. And they left all the big furniture unpacked. I had to unpack the truck and instruct them to repack one third of a 26 foot truck .This cost me close to $900.00 dollars for complete incompetence. * The boys worked hard and were polite and respectful. The BIG MOVE ( unloading to a storage unit) they just left without explanation, phone call or a call back. They showed up smelling like pot, and i believe they stole something (my furs). 5 stars, EXCEPT for the counter person who sat behind the counter and let some random 'customer' who was conducting NO business take up a full 20 PLUS minutes of his time while he told old military war story after war story, laced with LOUD profanity. ONE PROBLEM: when we checked the equipment back in, there were several agents sitting behind the counter helping customers. One of the agents had a man who was NOT a customer leaning over his counter space, regaling him with 20-30 minutes of war story after war story from his military service, his daddy's military service, his friend's military service, with side story after side story thrown in to spice it up. To make it even spicer, he laced his long walk down memory lane with profanity after profanity. Not only was he offending every customer in the store, including several women, but he was VERY LOUD. The climate control unit are TOO HOT and the smell was horrible. Upon moving out 1 week after moving and discarding 4 garbage bags 5 personnel came out looking and not 1 said a word until we PAID to discard a mattress. The entire situation could have been handled more discreetly without 5 customers inside sales office knowing what was happening. Very unpleasant the manager did eventually handle the situation after she finished smoking on a golf cart parked behind the hitch and tow units clearly not the smoking area. Someone had stored a freezer with food that had food in it for God only know for how long the food had spoiled and he cleaned out the freezer, the stench was horrific from the time we got there til time we left . We were there for 8 hours or so .! I believe if an attendant would have hbeen overseeing or walking around more . They would have seen and stopped this guy or used some sir freshener or fan. There are No cameras in the area where my unit was. Someone got into my unit but did not break the lock I was truly under the assumption that there would be footage to show what had transpired. Unfortunately, no footage was available and in less than one day they had the audacity to inform me that there will be no payout from my insurance because my lock was not broken. Your policy to not have a second lock on the unit is asinine!!!! As long as I had a second lock on the unit there was no break in. The minute I took it off, a break in occurred. I moved in on a Sunday which was the same day I purchase the storage and that was the perfect part. Price was good as well. I got there after 5 to store my stuff at that point the office was closed. The Main sliding door to the units was locked big inconvenience. I called the manager for after hours no response. Even though I called him for another situation that I figured out on my own. Then it was the main sliding door that would of made my experience so much better because it would have been easier dealing with the type of items I had to store. I came in and had to wait when I walked in one person was being serviced and then there were 3 other people standing around someone walked over seen me then told me to come down to the last lane to get help when I get there the lady was acting like she didn’t want to help me she kept asking someone behind her whether or not she should do what her job is and then told me I had to pay the 7.95 for the insurance after that she turned around again and asked the same person if they had change instead of asking me if I had exact change and then was not letting me know what was happening I asked her was there a problem and she stated no before walking away it was so unprofessional and I was indeed upset with her service not to mention we had a 26ft truck coming off of some unforeseen circumstances to her unprofessionalism was disgusting she didn’t even ask me if I needed a hand tuck or anything nor was I given directions on how to get into where my unit was it was just disturbing I will not be referring that location to anyone.Jasmin E. | First Impressions

My furniture was ruined, my latch never worked and always took 15 minutes or so to close with different people trying and I was told I had to come during weekday to get repaired, and I wasn't able to use my card to get in the gate or exit gate without calling and getting corporate office. It was like you bothered the ladies in the front to ask a question and only one had a decent attitude. There is a young girl whose attitude is disgusting. So, I told the young lady I had furniture that was ruined and she says you already closed out. Wow! I paid for insurance and this is what I get. I paid in a timely manner. I even have another storage under my daughter's name and anxious to get my stuff. I pray never to use the service nor recommend. I booked a 26' truck and they literally gave it to customers in front of me. Who didn't have reservations and quickly put me at another location 20 miles away on the day of my love causing me $175 to movers and another labor day. My experience unfortunately was not good and now new furniture ruined. There is another lost of $2500. Gas prices are high and I have been on the road to/from Savannah and Duluth to come to this location. Oh, one time entering there was glass right near my storage and I didn't realize until too late, and I got a flat tire ($145) leaving the place in the evening. Someone should be responsible to check and clean the grounds, as well as the gates prior to us going back there in the morning and afternoons. No lights. The place can't run itself and they have scooters. I know labor is short but this is a great area in Stockbridge and why I chose the location but U-Haul gives it a different name and I will say service stops at Christian Brothers, before getting to your end. Please get better help and qualified people with adequate training not just making stuff up. I was told some real BS and young girl that checked me and my daughter in was charging fees where we spent 2.5 hours going over and over numbers... Waste of time. She was so darn clueless and the to deal with more shenanigans on Saturday and Sunday. Embarrassing to me, wasted my time, rude and ugly attitudes, not helpful, and lacked empathy to apologize.Gladyn J. | Overall Experience

The unit and facility are always clean, well-lit, and easily accessible. The staff members are always courteous and helpful. Parking is convenient and spaces are always available. The facility randomly alarm triggered a few times after I was already inside; I didn't report it to staff. On just one occasion, the elevator doors wouldn't close. I tested the stair doors but they were locked. This could prevent an emergency exit from the higher floors.
