I would suggest ALWAYS be sure to clean the windsheild between clients. The cab looked clean, but when I was driving [into the sun] coulnt see clearly. I was out of town and having to go to a store, parking this beast, and buy cleaning supplies I did not otherwise need- was a PAIN in the neck. I spent over $3700 to rent this truck - I should not have to buy cleaning supplies to clean the windows.Susan W.

Truck was trashed battery died after loading the truck spent two and a half hours attempting to contact roadside asst with no luck had my coworker bring a jump box from the shop to get the truck going truck shuttered on the freeway I was double charged for the day rental and insurance spent another 2 hours on the phone trying to contact uhaul finally got connected then transfered and spent another hour on hold to talk to customer service needless to say I'll never use uhaul again...Jeremiah M.

The team at the Fremont Las Vegas location was very professional, succinct, warm, and flexible in that the lead intake associate was very thoughtful and attended to my greyhound when I offloaded my vehicle from the car/trruck tow. This was very kind and I felt completely at ease placing â€œheather- my greyhoundâ€ in her capable care. I went to rent car transporter. At the time of rental i asked to rent a receiver because the one i had with me did not seem as beefy as the ones they lend me in the past. She ring me up and gives me the total of the rental. Which is what i was quoted over the phone. I take the unit and upon my return. I am being told that i was charged for the receiver. I was never told i was purchasing a unit. All she said was sorry. I will be filling a complaint with corporation and city as this seems something sketchy and probably has occur many times in the past.Benigno Z.

I parked the 15ft. truck, full of everything I owned (I am moving) so that all my precious personal items would be safe until I unloaded them into storage the next day. I told U-Haul that I was parking there and left. The camera showed 3 individuals stealing the truck with all my stuff at 7:30pm. The truck was returned to the Decatur facility 11 days later. Now U-Haul wants to charge me for turning the truck in late, and for 1100 miles that were put on it by the thieves. Almost 1200.00 dollars. We were forced into a product purchase by employees. We were told we must take u haul insurance today to rent truck. I rent U-Haul almost weekly, I carry full coverage insurance and prefer to use my own. I have never been forced to take any un wanted insurance or anything else. Make sure that the check ins are done correctly. It took going back the next day to have it show the trailer was checked in even though a employee is the one who did the original one. They said it was a computer glitch but it took 2 days longer to release the hold on my credit card. Other than that all was good.Michell R.

We purposely selected mobile pick up due to Covid and did all the paperwork and uploaded my driver's license .. however we still had to come in and wait and be around people. Train and oversee your employees more thoroughly. They checked my cars wiring and told me my car was defective so I had my car checked and my car was ok. Their trailer had defective wiring issues.Cheryl B.
The process was a nightmare. Only two trucks were available on the lot. Both were damaged and should not have been available for rent (broken lights, smashed front end of the box, etc). The employees did not identify the damage, I discovered the damage on both vehicles upon completion of my own walk-around. The employees did not know how to read the fuel gauge fractions, and miss-marked the fuel level by 1/4 tank. The equipment was in poor condition, and the only solution the store had was for me to take a damaged truck, and call road-side assistance en route. The cab of the truck had a foul odor (wet dog), and it was not clean. The cupholder was also broken. The entire process took more than 3 hours to pick up the truck. The agent was not friendly or supportive to me as a customer. I was not compensated for the inconvenience and hassle. I will not rent from uhaul again.Davis D.
