There was a bit of a delay, them we got switched to a bigger truck due to lack of availability of our truck, but that one was filthy, so we ended up being switched to yey a third truck. This one worked out. Everything else about the drive was fine. The check in process was a but lengthy but otherwise it seems to have been successful.
Sue B.I walk in the door a few days ago and a customer who was the only person in front of me was being helped Apparently he had been there a while he got mad and ended up walking out a few minutes after I arrived The two women behind the counter one covered in home made tattoos wearing inappropriate very short shorts and another lady eating at the counter where customers make reservations and buy material. The desk had slices of cheese 燎 laying all over the counter and a container of salad with food all over on the desk not inside containers .. after a few minutes of not being able to help me they started arguing about who had cigarettes then one woman says to the other I'm a broke ass mother f***er. After 20 minutes of listening to trashy discussions seeing food all over the place and then finally one of these women saying to “dude†your card is no good I mean my bad sir your card is no good I asked for my card and left. Hands down the most trashy experience I've ever had in a uhaul …. And as I walked out the door both of them start shouting across the store front yelling “ it ain't our fault your card is no good†Unfortunately for me it's the only uhaul around that has the specific equipment I need otherwise next time I'll find a hertz or something maybe budget who ever is least trashy and doesn't yell at me and call me dude

Alexander L.My boxes were delivered to the wrong address and sat on someone else's property for several days. I was then told it would take several days to correct the delivery. I insisted on delivery immediately. The staff members I spoke to were very kind, however it was clear that the upper management was not organized, did not empower their front line workers and were not paying attention to detail. I was not offered a discount or partial refund, nor did anyone in upper management contact me with an apology. The delivery staff was wonderful, apologetic and kind as was the site management. Brandon M.After processing the rental in the u-haul office, the rental van was brought to the front and I got in and drove off. I then realized there was no rental paperwork in the van and the fuel gauge was not showing completely full. I was on a tight schedule so I continued on. Before returning the van, I stopped for fuel, adding about 4 gallons which should have been much more than I could have used in the 56 miles total that I drove the van. However, when I received my bill receipt I noticed that I was erroneously charged by u-haul for additional fuel. I brought this matter to u-hauls attention and I'm still awaiting satisfaction.

Over the past 6 months, my automatic monthly payments which are sent 3 weeks prior to the monthly due dates are not being processed in a timely manner. On three occasions I received erroneous delinquency notices. Fortunately, each incident was satisfactorily resolved but I should not have had to take any action to begin with.

I had to pay instore $7.99 for mattress protectors and had to hire on my own moving helpers. It worked out in the end, but i feel unnecessary because of incorrect online offerings..

That was my only complaint. Once I arrived, the experience was absolutely wonderful!!!! Everyone was very polite and professional!!!

Second trailer was filled with water. My only option...I CLEANED the trailer and departed. Only to find the water was from a hole in the front of the trailer. COMPLETE FAILURE FROM UHAUL.

What good is a reservation if it's not honored? Fortunately, I found out about this early enough when I called to ask a simple question and was able to snag another unit.
