Customer service is very good at this location. Okasi always meets me as soon as I drive in. The Asian lady customer service representative is very thorough in her explanation of everything. The African American young lady is very patient and helpful. I didn't catch his name yesterday, but the young man at the register was very quick to see if I or other customers need assistance as soon as we approached the counter. Customer service like this, is rare in Atlanta from the entire team. I'm impressed.BRUCE C.

First uhaul store I was dealing with on Memorial Dr., Avondale Estates, GA 30032..I made a reservation and when I went to pick up the employees were basically hanging out told me they didn't have the truck I reserved. Was sent to Covington hwy location...all I can say is at least I got the truck I needed.MICHELE B.

The equipment was clean for the most part. However, there was something wrong with the key and ignition. It at first seemed to not work when I tried to start it, but an associate did come out and showed me that it did start. His specific instructions when asked how were that I had to â€œjust play with itâ€â€"-not the most specific or helpful â€œinstructionsâ€, but fortunately we were able to start the truck again later when needed. He said â€œit was like that when we got itâ€ and shrugged it off as if that made it ok. I don't know that that would suffice as an explanation, as the owner of this location should be responsible for making sure that the trucks are in optimal working order, regardless of â€œhow they got itâ€. There were also multiple indicator lights on in the dash, including the check engine light and something that possible indicated that the back door was open even though it was not.MICHEAL J.

The General Manager was very rude. He told the driver and myself that he gave us a bad truck and yelled at us to return his truck immediately. I had already stated my concern with the truck needing an alignment, the lug nuts were loose, and it just didn't feel safe even after him yelling telling me "We gave you a bad truck anyway!!"Markel S.

Poor customer service. I reserved storage unit weeks in advance with a credit card on file. When I got to the storage facility, the unit I requested was not available which cause me to have to take the next size unit at a higher cost. Rep said take it or leave it. How can I leave it if I had a moving company moving my property. No consideration what so ever. I would not recommend anyone to this location or to uhaul if this is the service you render to customers. If you reserve a unit that unit should be held if credit card is on hold to reserve it. The only issue I had was trying to reach someone in the office onsite. I moved out my storage on May 14th and I had just moved into my home. I did not hey chance to go back to the unit because I also had surgery scheduled.
