Excellent customer service. She multi-tasked and continually communicated to the 4-5 customers waiting outside and on the phone. I'm a Technician Supervisor at Rex and if possible would recruit her due to her positive work ethic and excellent customer service! Always a great experience at this location!
Ms. Mims provided me EXCELLENT customer service and went above and beyond to make sure ALL of my moving needs were met and that my transition went smoothly. I will be recommending this storage & U-Haul facility to my friends and colleagues. I would like to also add that the staff assisted me without any complaints even though the golf cart was broken and they had to walk and service EVERYONE by foot. I am a manager for a Fortune 500 company and I think it is a shame this company has yet to fix the broken golf cart or provide a new one for their staff. I will be investigating who owns this particular location so that I can let them know my thoughts as well. It's IMPORTANT to value and treat your employees well, especially when they are providing excellence and representing the company to and with the highest of standards. Truck was dirty everywhere inside, with covid going on you would think they would at least vacuum the inside or wipe down the cup holders, also found a used mask right on the dash board. Associate just gave me keys and said they it was out there on the line, never went over how to operate anything or walk around the vehicle at all. Very below average experience compared to others I've visited.
was called for payment after returning the vehicle and having been charge 3 separate times for a .40 cent balance that was approved on my credit card.
The site manager did a great job speeding my check-in and return in a pleasant manner.
Great employee, super fast and friendly.
The van was dirty inside and out, but I didn't mind some I just needed to transport a piece of furniture locally. Overall good experience and nice van!

Poor customer service, talked negatively about previous customers while I waited in line for my reservation. Long wait times and very unprofessional staff.
Need to get newer vehicles.
Only one person working. Had to wait but she acknowledged I was there.
Although vehicle was clean, there was dog hair on the passenger seats. Perhaps a policy on pets in vehicles(additional charge, etc)
My truck rental went smoothly and efficiently and the truck was in excellent shape. But what made the rental experience fantastic was the salesperson that helped me, Devern Mims. She was fantastic! She was so busy, juggling customers and phone calls, and did so with patience and kindness. It was a pleasure to work with her and if I ever have to use UHaul again I will definitely be returning to see her. So grateful for her help!
Your gates don't work, which kept my items locked inside and unable to access. I then had to move my items that i had in the U-haul that were suppose to go into the unit, back to my new apartment. Then my van died. Several hours with customer service to get somebody out to fix the van past 2:30am— which lead me to have the van and my things in storage (which i had zero access too) much longer than planned— which i had to pay hundreds$ for. Then i was told i would get emailed a receipt after finally closing the unit- which i never did.
I have my stuff in this facility for one year and a half , the access was always easy but all my stuff was covered in a thick layer of dust and mice poo. It seemed like there were a construction right above my unit. I had to throw away my couch, chair, wash three times my clothes and super clean the rest of my other furniture. Also, the stuff weren’t friendly and neither helpful. Bad experience in this facility.

Front desk was rude and not very helpful
Woman at front desk is extremely rude. She had an attitide in the morning when I picked up the truck and apparently wasnt able to shake it off when I returned the vechicle 6 hours later. I also witnessed her being rude/condescending to other customers.

First of all you advertise this as being an affordable option for moving, but after everything is tacked on and all is done it is equally as expensive as just hiring a moving company with their own truck. Had I known this, I would've NEVER rented a uhaul, nor would I have gone through all of the work of moving myself! Second, this company is NOT accommodating even though the representative is happy to tell you that you can make changes at any time, which is simply not true. Even if you're an hour late you get charged for an entire extra day's rental; and, if you happen to find a closer location to your new house as a drop off, $200 is a completely ridiculous fee to pay. Needless to say, I will absolutely never utilize this business ever again and I will urge everyone I know not to either.

I didn't go to the drop off
Could have been a little more "mask conscious' but not too bad. Both the service guy and I missed the bare wire in the pigtail. Got lucky...no damage.
When picking up my rental, I was given the wrong keys, which took a few minutes to straighten out. It was fixes without much difficulty though, so no issue. When dropping off my rental, both employees with whom I interacted seemed quite bothered by my desire to verify the mileage and fuel gauge so I could know my final bill amount. Both employees told me that the other would help me, and both became frustrated when I mentioned what the other said. I waited around 15-20 minutes after being told that they'd be "right there" and going to find someone multiple times.
It was a quick and easy process to rent the vehicle vehicle I used. I highly recommend this location.

Is confusing on where to park
The customer service agent was highly professional, he arranged a fairly new truck for rental and maintained safe coronavirus protocols.
Include return instructions in an email. We went after hours to return and there was no instructions. Luckily my car lights happen to shine on a sign on the gate that mentioned 24/7 returns. I went to that email and followed instructions. It would have been helpful to know what to do in advance..
Only thing, just check the tire pressure occasionally. Particularly when the weather changes over to cooler temperatures. Left front was at 18 psi. Had to slow down morning schedule a bit to stop and inflate the tire.
The people working that day were AMAZING!!
The staff was great. My only issue was that the equipment I reserved was not there for pickup. The woman helping me did a great job and got me a replacement truck so I can continue with my move. She saved the day and the experience.

Friendly and very competent staff. I rented a 20' truck twice in the last 2 months here. The 2nd truck was a little rougher ride, but older too. I will use this site AND recommend to friends.

I had to wait WAYYY too long to get my truck that morning. I've rented here before and it was a quick pickup. This morning there was only one person working and it took 30 minutes to get my truck

Everything was great from pickup to dropoff.
I used the online service to arrange and pay for the rental in advance and the truck was supposed to be ready for me to pick up upon arrival, it was not. The truck was dirty, ashes in the ashtray, candy wrappers in the dash. No cruise control, loud, rough. All around a very poor experience. Also, the truck clearly had not been sanitized due to the condition of the cab, which in the COVID world is shocking.
Tried to rent via the UHaul app. Location had not put he keys in the lockbox, so had to go to the counter for help. Counter kept asking about a "key number", which I didn't have. Turns out the number on the vehicle would have worked. So 1) put the keys in the lockbox as expected, and 2) when customer doesn't understand "key number", don't keep asking for "key number". Instead, say you need to confirm the vehicle's number, which I had already done in the app.
Poorly prepped. Trash, broken glass, and cigars in the cab. Oil a quart *below* the minimum mark. Not a good start for the trip.

Friendlier desk person
The entire experience was awful. The website glitches multiple times trying to reserve a truck. When I went to pick up the truck, the people at the desk didn't even know the rates and changed the amounts due every minute or two. They both seemed clueless. I was originally charged for nearly 700 miles for 4.5 hours due to the people not entering information incorrectly, and when me and my driver called in, we were hung up on and put on hold multiple times. We actually went 44 miles total and tried to explain this to the representative that answered, and she said we were wrong - how could we go nearly 700 miles in that time frame?! The over $300 charge was changed, but my bill is now showing a double charge of miles (88miles). I'm really disappointed in this service. This was my first and last time I will use this service.

Make sure the equipment reserved is available when people arrive to pick it up or at least let the party know that what we reserved isn't available. I reserved a bigger truck and had to downsize once at the store for pick up bc the truck wasn't there. I thought the reservation was guaranteed?! I had a 9:00 reservation and didn't get the truck until 9:48. My movers were already at my placing waiting. This set me back and cost me more money in the end. Unacceptable.
This process was very smooth. Service was friendly and helpful. Easy pick up and drop off. Did all of the reservation on line which made it even easier. I would rent from this location again.
The associate who helped us was friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. I've had awful uhaul experiences before (wait times, staff, reserved rentals not available), but this location had none of those things.

I couldn't leave when I want cause no was available to attach the vehicle transport trailer. I have to wait for Danny to come in the next morning who have able to attached my trailer do me
When I pulled up, there was only one person manning the desk and 4 people in line. The first person in line had already been there for 45 minutes. I was able to use the self check in, and while I was finalizing my approval process, they reassigned my truck to another customer which resulted in me having to start over with my truck selection. Upon our return, there as no one there to assist with the check in when I needed help due to a broken phone. This location was severely understaffed, and relied on an electronic system that did not work correctly.

Hard to fit a 26 foot truck in the isles
We returned the truck and put the key in the box but original keys were lost during moving
First of all my belongings got wet while they were in the storage unit and the customer service person told me I should have gotten the insurance. Secondly I keep getting these emails saying I owe money when I was supposed to get a free month of storage with a truck rental. My things were only in there two weeks, I rented truck both times and they still send me an invoice 30 days later saying I owe a late fee. This place is terrible no one seems to be running the show properly. I will never use this place again and can someone please look into my account to make sure they aren’t reporting me to a credit agency for owing money. I don’t owe any money
Staff were very friendly and welcoming. They accommodated my needs throughout my visit.
Dirty, mice droppings everywhere, poor lighting, poor service, would not let my moving truck in to pick Items Pricing on website said I owed nothing then I got hit with a late charge.

Overall it was a good facility to meet my needs. The only issue I ever really had was that the access hours were changed away from the 24 hours a day we originally had, and couldn't get in one night
My out date was actually 11/22 /19 !!!!

Roaches rats spiders in and around my unit. I had to spend my money on traps and pesticides before removing my items!!! Horrible!!! Uhaul needs PROFESSIONAL PEST SERVICE!!! Not JUST A CAN OF RAID!!!!

practice of doing a 4 day check out is so unfair. I was done with trip in 1 day. drove less miles. shouldn't have to pay the amount and it is cheating me out of money! I expect a more realistic bill!
We received an Excellent customer service. We had a reservation for a small storage unit but it was too small for all the things we had so the guy helped us immediately. He was very kind and accurate.

I got a storage unit, and they opened up the wrong one initially, and when they opened it it 100 roaches ran out all over that people stuff , so he opened another and more bugs. JUST NASTY !
Adam was excellent. Uhaul is a nightmare.
they changed the doors but left a gap. Told me they’d install a spacer and didn’t. Water damaged my box of old military and ruined them. All my belongings covered in pollen.

The service experience couldn't have been better. However I've waited too long multiple times to get in and out of the facilities due to traffic and moving trucks being in the way of the gate.

Very hard to get out of. The rows are very narrow so you may be stuck if someone else has a truck for their unit. Even with the door locked, pollen, dust, and more were spread out throughout the unit.
Ken was so helpful and helped make a difficult move go smoothly.
My family and I are always happy with the service we receive at Uhaul. The staff are friendly, helpful, and professional.
Conveniently located for our Office. However, price was higher than most. This was one of the reasons when had to close them. Too Costly!
