JESSICA NThe only complaint I have was the fact the windshield was so dirty you couldn't see I did have to clean it. A windshield is very important due to that's our view we have to be able to see out clearly. Other than that everything was clean.

CHEQUITA BThe unit was small for the price. Shortly after I moved into the unit there is a horrible smell coming from another unit. I spoke to several employees about the issue. Then on Dec 7th I got locked out of my unit for a past due balance. I didn't have a past due balance one of the store employees gave me a free month free because of some issues with the unit. Lots of calls and almost 2 weeks later they finally fixed the situation after I can into the office. And yes the smell was still there!!! I decided to just move my things out early and be done with the rental. 2 female employees helped me unfortunately I only remember 1 of their names thank you Allison for all you help and follow through.

Daryl F | First ImpressionsEverything was fine except I ordered a dolly, furniture dolly and furniture pads. When I got home with the truck, none of that was in the truck. I called and I was told, in short, "tough, nothing we can do. Sometimes you get it and sometimes you dont." I was moving out of state and was left with no equipment to move furniture on the other side with minimal help, being it was away from friends and family. Really put me in a tough spot and Uhaul did not really seem to care that I had nothing to move furniture with.

WALTER VThe truck they tried to give me had a low tire. It was very low and should have never been given to anyone to use. The tech could not get the tire to fill! They finally after an hour gave me another truck. It put me way behind schedule. After I got the truck I wanted to back onto dock 1 but the guy doing the returns for trucks was blocking the dock. I asked him politely if he would move his vehicle up. He told me "I am doing check in, when I am done I will move it". He was very rude! Also waiting in line just to check in is a ridiculous thing. Stood waiting 30 minutes just to get the piece of crap truck that I couldn't use. Even though I did the check in on line I was still stuck waiting in line for 30 or 40 minutes and there was only 2 people ahead of me. I will certainly not recommend this place to anyone. I will tell them avoid it if you can

TERRY KWe move out on 11/07/2024 it's like always it's no attention to a customer is my way or no other way people in the facility they cut my lock the replaced for a new one. They stole my items when I ask I just ignore it so that's why I move everything out of there.

ALEXANDER AThe brakes on the uhal I was given were awful. They grinded and pulled when ever I tried to press on them. And when you pressed on the gas to go, the uhal made an awful noise and felt like it was forcing itself to go, it was hard to follow the speed limit and even go past 20. I did tell them when I dropped the uhal back to them. No one apologized or tried to fix the experience. They just said they'll drive it around and had me pay and ended it there. Worse experience ever. I will never return here again.

AIDA TDaniel is overdue and well deserves to be manager at Uhaul!Very professional but down to earth. Hey fixed the issues I was having with another employee's inept training and lack of customer service. I gave Above and beyond Average rating at Cleveland Ohio's Clark Ave location. Due to Daniel's outstanding customer service /his ability to calmly, efficiently rectify an other-wise botched contracts. There needs to be complete training and mock scenarios to test their knowledge and cash reward incentives.

INDIA JThe U-Haul we rented, was apparently listed as stolen previously, but never cleared out of U-Hauls system. We ended up getting pulled over and the police towed the van due to this, causing unnecessary issues on our end.

Carol SEmployees were professional and helpful. The parking lot was a very tight squeeze to get the truck out of. It felt like this location is trying to do a lot with a small footprint, and was pretty congested as a result. Everything was clean and readily available. Not my preferred location, but was thankful for helpful and friendly employees.

JASON DPerson taking information at the desk confused my upcoming rental with my current rental and had to ask one of the other employees how to get out or the wrong call up rental. Then the printer jammed and none of the three employees was able to fix the problem. I had them send the paperwork to my email. When I returned to drop off the truck, the person checking me out had a new procedure. I was to turn the key on, put my foot on the brake and put the truck in reverse. Then he proceeded to go around the truck hitting each tire with a rod while checking out the condition or the truck. Very strange. Never happen on any previous rental.
MICHAEL SI thought that the service staff were exceptionally helpful and kind. Everyone I interacted with from When I called to when I arrived to return the truck. Thank you for helping me.
ERIN AWhen the storage hours are over staff need to check to see that the clients and the clients vehicle are not locked in the storage facility and if it is to happen someone should be able to come and get the client and vehicle out of the loading dock of the storage area and the service can be slow when paying for services. This happened in January of 2024, other then that,I rate as an average, things are getting better sense it's new staff.

BARBARA L | Overall ExperienceI was told I can't rent a Uhaul truck to get my stuff from the 2 storage's I rented for over a year and got the police called on me for asking to show me the policy. The Male staff then saw me on the elevator and proceeded to joke about how I must hate them tryna provoke me. I had to rent a Uhaul truck from a farther Uhaul location even though I lived 2 miles from the Clark unit my items was stored in. Then I had over 7 days left before I was completely done with my storage units and they resold the my storage units I payed over $100 each to rent.

GORDON EI had two storage units one of the units had mice droppings holes at the base of the wall, where mice had chewed through one of my dressers, the wooden slacks that you slide the drawers on was eaten. I paid over $200 for both units on 22 August and I removed my things and moved out of the storage unit on 30 August and I have not gotten any money back like I didn't use the whole month. I should've been getting some money back.
Shron P | Overall ExperienceWhen we moved in, there was a pile of dust and mud in the box. We went out and a staff member came up and cleaned it up on the spot, which we appreciated, but it would have been more ideal if that had already been done before the box could be reserved again once someone moves out. Apart from that, I have no complaints about the storage experience. It's a very practical and easy system, and if need it again, I would not hesitate.
Elouan D | Overall ExperienceThe staff was pleasant, well mannered and very helpful, however a staff member should either check the vehicles when the return or as they are being brought in because my check in experience was terrible. My original truck had a check battery light and was documented at half tank when it was left empty but I was provided a replacement. The replacement was older and seen better days but there were scratches, scuffs and indentures that you couldn't see or properly document because vehicles were parked so close together.
MARCHEE STwas a good place to store personal items, with ample room for our storage needs at the time.

I had a random lock put on my unit which staff lost the keys to and took months to find. When moving out, I reserved a truck and had to go to an entirely difficult location because they lost the keys to the truck. Most staff was very rude during almost every interaction. There were dead roaches everywhere and mice traps. Not to mention they never once answered the phone in my 2 years of using that facility. Worst storage facility around.

While otherwise I have no complaints I won't recommend this location. I paid for all the security which amounted to nothing.

No truck was available,all because of wrong information told by customer service person working the desk when we went to pay fo r reservations. We had boxes ordered,she insisted we didn't and didn't give them to my son; my older son went back in to get them. I have several charges on my bank account that I have no idea what they're for from the night we picked up the truck. When we went to the Uhaul to drop off our belongings in storage unit my boys were there almost 4 hours because there was a family of 13 people and all their kids were playing on the elevator,tying it up. It took an hour to load the truck,we live less than 5 minutes away so there's no reason why they were there so long other than bs.They were blocked in the parking lot. Only two loading docks are open. I'd never use Uhaul again

kwabena o | First ImpressionsAllison has a horrible attitude and disposition and she is the gm, so some of her crew just follows her lead. This storage has roaches, one of the most horrible experience I've every had to deal with at this location. I did a self check out when I moved my stuff out of storage got an email confirmation and days later they send another email saying I'm late on my payment and I don't have anything in the unit left it clean just like I found. The only pleasant about the experience were the first two people I dealt with a young women and young man I don't remember their names but other than those 2 everything else was horrible. Just like it says I moved out on 10/3 I didn't I moved out on 9/29
