The gas was only 3/4 full when i picked up the truck and i made sure it was full when i returned it, would've been nice to be reimbursed for the 1/4 that i didnt have to fill when i returned it. I'm sure if i would have left it at 3/4full when i returned they would have charged me.Teresa A.

Hello. I am a regular and loyal customer at this location. Important comments here. The workers outside helping to hook up the trailer were great. Courteous, efficient. However - I'm bothered again by the inside customer service. Typically it has always been very slow. However, it was quicker this time. Thank you. Now the irritating news. The female employee who worked with me was just plain rude and disrespectful! No greeting, short and curt in her speaking. Just unprofessional. No â€œthank you.â€This is my second episode with this same person. I said nothing last time. I was going to let it pass this time too. But, she would benefit from some humility and better treatment of customers. I'll be renting another trailer next week and I'll likely Choose another company because of that employee. The truth. Help at the desk were rude and not helpful. Bright spot was the person assisting in attaching the trailer. The trailer was broken off the frame and was actually a hazard to use. This location has a reputation for poor service. I knew better but went there anyways. Won't happen again!RANDALL KENT K.

A local UHaul franchise, National Storage on 32nd Street was HORRIBLE!! The worst customer service I have had from a business in years. Had a Sunday reservation there. TOTAL FAILURE while accepting NO RESPONSIBILITY. "Ashley" should be fired!!! "Gary" should be fired for dereliction of duty.Tomas B.

Assuming that Saturdays are the busiest day of the week for customer volume, it would be positive customer service to have more than a single employee at this facility to attend to customers. The wait both to pick up and drop off equipment was well over 40 minutes. Completely unacceptable. It was only Monday, and the young girl attending the desk was in not a good mood. She sounded like she was doing me a favor. Just before attending she said "I'll be back when I can" and just left. After more than five minutes I decided to do the check-in online, without realizing that I still needed to come back for the key. Later I realized she went to help a customer in the parking lot, but she never explained anything, simply disappeared. Of course, forget a smile, never was one. Customer service, zero. I will never rent from that location again.Luis G.
Ensure the truck's horn works, truck need to have been cleaner, the counter and the debit card machine was not clean and appeared not to have been cleaned in a while and I didn't like the representative taking a photo of my driver's license with her personal cell phone. The representative that checked me in wasn't very friendly and her responses to my questions wasn't answered in a customer friendly way.Dawnn B.
The customer service was fine, but the trailer that I got was a piece of junk. It was a Frankenstein trailer that was pieced together with parts and had been badly damaged in the past. It should not have been in service. Come on U-Haul, you can do better.Richard L.

I have used this location several times and it is usually in good order. Drop off Sunday, it was understaffed (one guy outside and one guy inside), a line of customers and phone calls on hold for (20 minutes per the guy inside). Plus the guy inside said he had been sick to his stomach all morning and, while he had a mask on, it was not covering anything.KENT ALLEN H.

I absolutely love UHAUL...I broke my foot the day before I was to turn the truck back in, and couldn't get it back in until 2 days later. The only thing I got charged for was the over mileage of $36.
