The truck that I was initially assigned was not clean in the back. Gave another truck that wasn't clean either then the tire light was on and had to not only Back up the vehicle or truck instead of him doing it . I had to sit there and wait until they filled up the tires while I watch them clean out the previous truck that I was assigned to the estate that it should've been already for me to only be in a truck that was dirty just like it was ridiculous. Then I found out he charged me $.20 more a mile when it was supposed to be $.79 a mile he charged me $.99 a mile for a 10 inch truck or a 10 foot truck that 19.99 and $.79 a mile he charged me $.99 a mile instead and I want my money back the difference of the overcharge.NICOLE S.

I'm unhappy about how my money was taken from my account, I will not use U Haul Centerpoint Al again I have done plenty of Business there it's sad how Companies go about taking money from those that doesn't have it like some other people, I'm hurt about it, it's a learning for me when Sales person could have explained to me about the after hour charges. It's okay, I just come back to Centerpoint U Haul nor recommend my friends and family. This is hurtful when you don't have anything to give away. I count it all Joy.VANESSA G.

My experience with this rental was very poor. My initial rental location changed and I was not alerted at all until the morning of my pick up. Then when I got to the new pick up loca to on no one was there to get me a key and no one would answer the phone. By the time I got a Uhaul representative on the phone we had lost 1.5 hours and had to add about 40 miles onto my trip. Very poor experience overall.chareles M.

My reservation was for a 26 foot truck - when I got there he gave me the one lower than that one . I had reservations for 26 foot truck with 2 Dollies and furniture dolly the rep said they didn't have any . ANND I was told when I called in by a rep on that they wouldn't charge me for extra time for the truck since they gave me the wrong one and I was double charged. This was a horrible experience!!!!Angela J.
Reserved the trailer 3 days in advance. arrived at pick up location closed. Called Uhaul they said to call local scheduler. Closest available trailer was 40 miles! 2nd time in a couple of months this has happened. Very frustrating!!Stephen P.

The truck had a lot of mechanical problems. The brakes were not good and the truck kept jerking while driving. There were times when the truck kept bouncing a lot. There was a burning smell on the truck near the front tires. I had to stop several times to see what was burning. There was a warning signal on the truck about the brakes and service notification. I did not think I was going to make it back home. This is the first time I have had a truck this bad from U Haul.Mary V.

I'm dissatisfied with paying extra money for fuel when I felt like $5.00 of gas for my 4 miles was more than enough. Trying to add gas back to the 1/4 tanks etc makes it to difficult. They need to be on full tanks so when returned the will be easier to read. I asked for a $19.95 truck-was given a $29.95 truck. I turned back around when I noticed the cost and was told because I didn't have a reservation and was given what was available???? Less than 1hour rental and 4 miles almost $80.00. Do I need bring a fuel receipt????WANDA S.

I reserved a truck a week in advance. When I arrived , no trick . The employee found one available in Cullman . Then he located a smaller truck at this location . The employee at Carson Road was smug and didn't care . I paid a man to help me move my property . He got 2 1/2 hours pay just waiting on a truck . If I ever need a moving truck again , I will go elsewhereJimmy J.
I spoke with TWOn u-haul employees -- the call service employee told me since I could not rent the truck for an additional day that I could return the truck up to 2.5 hours late with no charge -- when my grandson returned with the invoice -- I called the Centerpoint office and spoke with a female employee and told her my receipt showed TWO days rental and that was not correct -- she told me it showed only 1 day charge -- I attempted to go over the receipt with her and she insisted it was only ONE DAY -- I WAS CHARGED FOR TWO DAYS -- I returned the truck n1.5 hours late -- after being told I WOULD NOT BE CHARGED --ANGELA N.
