Initially this location refused a refund my money after explaining my unique situation. I advised them that I'd spoken to a representative on the phone initially but they still refused to assist. Only after verifying my unique situation and waiting over an hour, they helped. I appreciate the support but the customer service was negligible.MICHAEL M.

When I picked up the truck it was dirty in the back and had not been swept out. We were told that we would get a 10 or $15 credit for having to clean it out ourselves when we get home last night. Return the truck today and had a horrible experience with the girl at the counter, attitude problem! She barely spoke at all and tried to charge me $192 more than she should have because she wasn't paying attention to the mileage on the U-Haul.Milla B.

After we waited 2 hours after our scheduled pickup time we were informed we wouldn't get the 2 hours back for free. We originally had it scheduled for 9am-7pm; got the truck at 11am and were told we could have it another day for an additional $20. My fiance and I got done moving everything by 6:45pm (15 minutes before closing/our scheduled return time) but we were 35 minutes away from the return site. After I requested the extra day for an additional $20 like we were told/quoted it was then brought to our attention that another family was expecting the truck the next day and we were told over the phone it would be expected to pay an additional rental fee much greater than the originally quoted $20. Due to the inconvenience of having to wait and being told two separate fees for adding rental time... I give our experience a 1 star rating.Merridth C.

Drop off area in different parking lot than where key drop off is located. Couldn't complete mobile drop off process due to mileage discrepancy and which wanted me to pay $450 which was incorrect. Walked around location until I found key drop. (Drop off scheduled by 7 am but location not open until 9 am) and call in help wasn't available either. Did call in later to confirm drop off and mileage charge was $14. Had to stay on hold for 50 mins before talking with someone and gaining assistance in this matterChristy S.

My experience with Uhaul itself was a nightmare. I reserved a 15ft truck for our move. The day before our move I called the location we were picking it up from and the representative assured me that our truck would be there at the time we scheduled to pick it up . The next day ( moving day) I called an hour before our scheduled pick up time to make sure it was ready and the representative told me that they didnt have any tricks. I called customer service and was told that the scheduling department was suppose to call me to let me know a truck wasn't going to be available, but they didnt . I was transferred to the scheduling department to see if they could find a truck for me . They lady I spoke with said that she had found one 50 miles away from where I was and I agreed since I didn't have a choice. She gave us an extra 120 miles which I was grateful for , but neglected to tell me that she substituted our 15ft rental for a 26 from truck . I didnt find that out until I drove the 50 mlm miles to pick up the "15 ft truck" There seems to be a huge lack of communication within the company and when it comes to customers . The 26ft truck was massively more than what we needed and cost alot more in fuel since it only got 6 miles per gallon . If I would have been told that a truck wasn't going to be available at my original location I would have made other arrangements to avoid all of the headache and hassle we went through to rent something we didnt want.Mathew B.
The floor in the truck could have been cleaned better. If I had time I would have done it myself. The rented furniture pads were not in the truck and apparently this is an ongoing issue. I didn't want to give the store a negative review as the employees are really kind and polite. I also love that you can purchase all sorts of packing supplies at this location. We were actually had a reservation to pick up the trailer in Eastlake area. When we got there they didn't have one and were not helpful locating another one. We did NOT receive a phone call or email letting us know it wasn't there. We had to get on the internet and scramble to find one. We went to the center point location and begged. They were nice enough to rent us one even though it wasn't the type you can take and not bring back. They saved us a huge headache. We returned the trailer to Murphy NC and then get an email stating we didn't return it. We did return it on the same Sat that we rented it. The lady in Murphy obviously didn't do her job correctly and report it being on her lot. We had to call and hold forever and get transferred a few times to correct this situation.RODNEY B.
