Great service. Fast pick up and easy after hours drop off with the web page. All excellent. This location does need some paving done for all the potholes but understandable due to the recent heavy long lasting rain.

The vehicle was dirty in the back. I appreciate that it was a late model in otherwise excellent condition. The rental was affordable and convenient in terms of speed of service and the return also. Please have the brakes inspected, they lightly sqeaked, though they performed quite well and were no cause for alarm. I am highly satisfied!

We attempted to reserve an appliance dolly with the truck. We reserved online days in advance. No appliance dolly was available at that time, so we confirmed that a utility dolly would be available at pick-up. We received verbal confirmation and written confirmation via email. When we arrived to pick up the truck, no dolly was available. As a result, we were forced to purchase a dolly in order to move. Also, the truck had not been swept before being rented to us. The associate who helped us was pleasant.

I arrived at 7:02 am didn't leave until 9:53 because the representative place me in the wrong size van. She was new on the job and wasn't aware how to reach correct the issue. She attempt to call her GM but no answer after multiple calls. I called customer service and had another rep to walk her through the steps. By that time her GM was on another call with another employee and they transfer the call. When I went back to return the truck and my items. The male rep that was there didn't know how to do a refund. He call someone to help him. I think on the weekend and the 1st and last day of the month you guys should have more than one rep working.

i was misled about cost on the phone and at the counter for the cost of a tow dolly rental cost. when i arrived, i heard verbally stated $20.00 before taxes and the actual cost was $55.00. it was not until twenty minutes in that i found out the cost was $48.00i when i returned the the dolly that same day the close out contract cost was $ 55.00 the tow dolly worked fine but it felt like disregard for the customer. Whether the discrepancy was the fault of the system, or the employee. i was very upset and dispeased.

Use a human to read the gas gauge. Your gas fee of $30 is a rip-off plus the bogus amount of the gas cost. The employees need to be better trained. The Manager has a very nasty attitude.

There were multiple issues that caused a misunderstanding that the payment was received and no one contacted me from Sept until Dec. at that point a late fee was assessed. My credit card account was changed due to a fraud investigation and the payment was rejected against the old account number. I did not know that until I received the collection letter in Dec. If Uhaul would have reached out to me I could have cleared it up. I feel that this was unfair because I received multiple statements that caused the confusion I accept my responsibility but I feel that Uhaul caused the confusion and could have reached out to me as a courtesy to clear up the matter before turning it over to a Collection Agency.

Create a equipment return area that allows for customer to actually drop off equipment without having to relocate trailer because employee doesn't have a way to move it. Coach employees on customer service and politeness. Rudeness isn't acceptable, especially when I'm giving you money. Repair entrance and parking lot that is covered with large and deep potholes. Would not recommend using this facility.

Request 24/7 pick up, at 6am, arrive at location terrible part of town and i get message on my phone most be a hand delivery and no was at location till 9:00 am, call U haul they transfer me 14 times before your find me the truck and tools on other location 3 hrs later You sucks, I will tell everyone

Customer service was terrible. They act like they don't want to be at work. They need better customer service skills. Your mobile Returned app is terrible, could not upload the pictures, so I had to call those rude representatives of yours in the morning.

The person completing the reservation (Rick?) and the gentleman who checked in the reservation were extremely helpful and nice. The cashier at the CenterPoint location went above and beyond to make me comfortable when picking up the vehicle and when dropping it off. He was engaged in conversation and allowed me to sit inside while my personal items were locked in the truck until my ride came to get me. However, the van got a flat somewhere between the pickup location and my home. I call immediately upon arriving home telling the customer service attendant I heard a hissing sound coming from the tire and described what the gauge in the dash indicated. It wasn't until 10 pm the tow truck arrived. For three different occasions I was told it will be 45 more minutes. This is unacceptable and extremely too long to wait. No credit was offered for the horrible experience.

My obtaining a truck and bringing it back. Both customers services reps were outstanding. The customer service the last couple of times had been awesome. Both service representatives were very professional and friendly. The representative that rented the truck was 100% + and the young man upon returning it was 100% +. THANK you for having such nice employees that know how to treat the public. GOD BLESS ALL OF YOU THE STAFF. I know at time we the customers can be very difficult, again thanks. I am home, I am home..........

The desk clerk was very friendly and got me checked out and rolling quickly. The only improvment I can see is the driveway. I don't know if it's u-haul or the city but there are a couple of pretty good pot holes at the entrance ans exit. Over all I am always very happy with the service and equipment.

Racel is RUDE & dismissive. Racel gave me the WRONG information. I was told that the $14 insurance when I purchased, it would cover damage to another vehicle. I called to ask questions because I needed clarification, but Racel dismissed me & told me that "I have already asked her that question in a different way and that she was not going to answer that question anymore." As a consumer, if I need answers for something that I will have to pay for, I have a right to ask as many questions that I need. There were no other customers that she needed to assist. Also, I was changed an additional $23.16 for charges that I was NEVER told about. When I checked the truck in the young man gave me my total and another clerk added additional charges. I will dispute them with my bank!!! I really need to speak with someone because it is WAY TO MUCH to type because I want to do a FORMAL complaint.

Did nothing but keep going up on the price. Nobody knows what they are doing, the manager just leaves when there is a problem. I would not recommend this location or U-Haul.
