The truck was jot clean. It was smelling cigarettes, there cigaret ash in the in the car. My friend got an allergic, he was not able to tolerate it. Awful experience.

All around great job by the staff. Truck was clean, drove well, and had a lot of space.

DONALD H.Used online checkin to cut wait time but the associate did not know what that was. Asked for drivers license even though I uploaded pictures, then saw it on the system. Asked for credit card even though I uploaded that as well. Did not cut wait time at all! Associate had to pull the truck as it was not ready at the requested time. Truck smelled like smoke.
Dylan P.Poor I received a forced unauthorized upgrade to my storage facility. Was not able to successfully speak with the manager to resolve the issue. I called and stated I did not want the climate controlled upgrade. Staff said they documented my refusal to upgrade. I received bill charged at increased rate for upgrade. Multiple attempts to reach manger unsuccessful. No one could find any documentation of my call to refuse upgrade. So after four years of storing I cleared out my storage and would look for another option in the future if needed.

There was a long line of maybe 8 people--I was told to skip the line and go to the front, which I did but then got a lot of angry comments from customers who did not understand why I as allowed to skip the line. Not a good situation at all.

Hazel F.The attendant created an incredibly dangerous situation with the trailer. He did not screw down the latch - he literally just put the trailer on the ball and did not tighten it. The trailer then came off of my car when loading it (I obviously did not know he did not attach it correctly). No one was hurt, but this mistake could have been very serious.

Antonio G.The fuel is empty when i got it. I added more fuel than i used because the fuel gauge is not working. Windshield was so icy and yhe tailgate won't open beacause of the ice. Took me about 30 mins to leave the uhaul compound. There's other clraner truck there but the manager won't replace it.

I arrived on time for pickup of a truck and dolly through the online app. Fist I was parked in front of the door and the app said I had to be at the location to pick up the trunk. had to move to the back of the lot to start pick-up. Then it required an alternate contact. I put my sons info in and it said the alternate contact could not be myself. Finally go the truck number. It is behind another truck and under a foot of snow. Get into it and find there is no dolly. Ask rep for a dolly and it takes over half an hour to get it. Rep said he would remove dolly charge from bill as compensation for the terrible check in. That did not happen. The drop off was excellent. The app is terrible! I will look elsewhere for rental truck in the future..

When I turned in the truck on Sunday again I can't recall the c-s rep's name I just kept calling him D .I think his name was Devon?? Both young men knew how to give great customer service. Don't worry I will only use this location.

alan S.The employees at the Capital Dr location were very helpful and speedy getting our rental ready for us. HOWEVER our original reservation (Glendale pickup location) was awful! We had driven 80 miles to make a furniture pickup only to find the truckle had reserved via U-Haul's 800 number was not there as promised. There was no one on site and no posted information. We had to make multiple calls to Haul to get help to get a truck. Very frustrating and time consuming making us late for our furniture pickup.

On Saturday I got a call from someone in the store telling my to make an appointment to an another store and it was ok. But they increased my by $90 dollars my Cost, I'm ok if they increase 10 or 15 dollars. But $90 dollars was a catfish I'm very disappointed with the service and I have the I got and have the documents showing this. No manager wanted to talk with me at the store.
