I was charged an after hours service fee although the equipment was returned before it was due (approximately 8:30pm). I informed the customer service representative I spoke with on the phone my phone died, I wasn't able to check the rental in at the location but checked it in as soon as I made it home. I was blind transferred to someone else that transferred me back into the customer service line. I eventually spoke with Maribel who actually offered to submit a form to attempt to get a refund for the fee that should not have been assessed. I feel that it is very horrible customer service to ask to place someone on hold and then blindly transfer them to someone that is unable to assist.

Upset I had to wait in line for a hour and 15 minutes when I had it rented for 4 hours that was a hour and 15 less I had to move. I was frustrated.

Worker need to be more helpful and they need to have a bathroom for there customers and there’s nowhere to sit and it’s drity and very unorganized.

First off, the email confirmation told me to pick up the truck on 1500 S. 1st Street. I go there at the pick up day and time via Uber ($10). They tell me that my truck was across town at a different location. I WAS NEVER NOTIFIED OF THIS. I had to take a second Uber ($10) to the new location. Upon receiving the truck, in a snow storm, one of the windshield wipers did not have a blade on it and the arm was just scratching across the windshield. Normally I would not care, but in a snow storm this is a significant risk for a customer, as it limited viability out of the windshield and could have caused an accident. I fixed this issues myself. Upon arrival to my destination, I noted my furniture dolly was not in the truck/given to me. I called customer service and advised them of this and was told it was removed from my account. However when I dropped of the truck at my drol location, they stated I was still charged for it and still listed on my contract number. Please, reimburse me for my uber and dolly that I never received. $30 total.

I went in and the store was under staffed. While I was there I seen 2 customers walk out because the service was so terrible. Then upon getting the truck the gas hand was off what was on the paper. The employee Peter put his initials on the paper and stated he would take care of it upon my return. Well when I returned he said "is it okay if I sent the final receipt by email?" I said yes. Upon receiving receipt it is wrong!! I am over charged so now I have to wait until the store opens to complain. It was a terrible experience!!! Terrible!!

Store workers very unprofessional

The customer has decreased since the last time I rented from there. The individual that rented me the equipment was good but the two that came out lacked customer service and put myself and my family at risk. They never told me that I was good to go after hooking up the trailer and just walked off so I had to check the lights to ensure that they worked. Later that evening i was pulled over due to a massive amount of sparks coming from under the trailer due to the chains that they left dangling on the ground. Luckily the officer had zip ties and was able to tie the chains up. He informed me that the sparks could have started a fire. Also, the receipt that was attached to my email isn't able to be opened so I need another one.

Nothing, Robin the desk attendant had been dealing cordially with a difficult customer before me but never was unkind. That impressed me! Everything went smoothly with my checkout , truck use, return, and overall it was a very pleasant and satisfying experience.

The man who helped me started by giving me the furthest storage unit that was upstairs until I asked for a closer 1. When we got to the unit the hinge was broke and there was trash everywhere inside.

U-Haul has always been good to me. When I came at 6 to pick up my, the guy who did my transactions was very helpful and friendly. He stayed on track even though they had a rude customer.
