The poor girls where the only 2 staff on at this location, they had call outs and the general manager was worthless to these 2 ladies. The service I received from the ladies was amazing. This location needs more reliable staff.

I was giving a truck that had trouble turning on I was told it was the only truck they though the lights was left on but after 3 hours with the truck on I turned it off and it wouldn’t turn on had to get it jumped drive yo to Uncasville ct we empty the truck parked it turned it off while I went in the when I came back to the Truck it wouldn’t turn on that’s when I called for road service

Automated check in left a lot to be desired. Picked up truck on Sat morning and I knew it would be busy. Used automated check in and disappointed. Had to stand in line for key and then when I returned the vehicle

Staff and location were great...only problem was the van smelled of cigarette smoke. I didn't think to ask if you have smoke-free vans, but I didn't see any signs about not smoking in it...the staff, as i said, were very pleasant and helpful.

Have been disputing the charges for over 2 weeks and speaking to SEVERAL customer service reps. Was given the number for the general manager and left several messages with no return call from him. Was then given the number for his supervisor and the number had been disconnected. The sales people at this location were very nice - just lack of understanding/communication regarding extra fees which we are disputing. Management, however, is a different story - obviously don't care about the customer!

It was a snowy morning and the clerk marked the gas as a quarter full. She then went out to start the truck. By the time I went for gas, I noticed it was an eighth. Otherwise, decent experience.

horrible customer service, staff have few manners and do not know how to treat people. Even if they were nice to a few or infront of those that write their checks, I guess they haven't learned the rule to be nice and kind to everyone, as we all have eyes and ears April and the others fellow employees. I wouldn't recommend this location unless they got new staff or the current staff learned how to treat people. Good luck to those at the location who do not know how to treat people, maybe when you are treated that way it will be a wake up call of what you are doing to your own reputation and Uhaul as not everyone will step up to the plate and tell about your horrible behavior towards others and Uhaul they will just walk away. Good luck Uhaul, I know that you worked hard to be where you are at today and thank you for taking a moment to review how I feel about the situation.

The truck ran well, but two issues. 1) one turn light out (front right) 2) steering joints needed greasing. Led to truck hard to start to turn and then over steer. A little hard to control at speeds above 45 mph. Reported both issues once returned

When I arrived at front desk was good/above average. Honestly it was better than I had hoped. However that was not the case with the truck and equipment. We had a snow/ice storm the night before. The truck I was given only had the windshield cleared off. The mirrors were still iced over and the step on the back of the truck had at least an inch of ice on it. That’s just plain dangerous. My pick up time was at 11 am. They had plenty of time to clear the ice from the truck. Furthermore, the hand truck and furniture cart I rented were both covered in ice and snow. I was just handed these by a young woman who had headphones in her ears. She abruptly turned and walked way. When I was leaving, I could clearly see other equipment that was clean. I didn’t have time to go track people down to ask if I could take other equipment. I had to waste the first 15 minutes of my four hours chipping ice away from my truck. But upon returning, the staff was friendly and easy to work with.

Was charged an extra fee and company will not refund the charge. Was told that "it's in the contract" even though no one told me about it. Nice fine print, great way to get extra money. Most people probably don't even notice. Customer service was incredibly poor and when I questioned the charge I was basically told too bad. Will not ever rent another truck from this location and will make sure I let everyone know about my experience.

I have rented from this location multiple times and the staff has always been very friendly. Trucks are easy to drive and the heat warms up the interior of the truck very quickly. I highly recommend this location.

Those guys give trucks with half tanks and mark it higher than what's in there. Beware of it. Luckily I was conscious enough to check the fuel mark on their paper and the truck and informed the same to the guy at the counter

I saw rat’s dropping on my belongings. I had always paid on time, never missed payments but when I went to my storage unit I saw that they had put a second lock on my unit denying me access.
