Don't give us a truck that does not drive well. We brought back in 5 minutes due to it shaking,and you gave us another one and you said just brink back full on new one and you never changed the paperwork and when we brought it back Sunday full of gas you charged us $89.25 for gas plus you are billing us a extra $75.40 and we don't know why cause we don't have a receipt for that either. Plus you don't have to be rude and tell us you can't find us in the system. You are scamming people. I would not recommend this location at all because this dude is very rude and inconsiderate technically called us a liar.

The woman at the front desk is awesome. The men working in the will prevent me from ever returning due to their rude behavior and disgustingly terrible people skills. I cannot believe employees are allowed to display such bad social skills. Parking is non-existent, but do not ask where to park if you expect any type of normal answer. Also, stay away from the rude employee with the leaf blower as he will deliberately blow dust on you. What a mess!

I rented a moving van and drove it precisely 12 miles... upon returning the van they wanted to charge me $18.00 dollars for 1/8 of a tank of fuel... I have a picture of the truck with 1/2 tank of fuel when I rented it and they claim it was at 5/8 of a tank... so the discrepancy ended up costing me 3-gallons of fuel for 12-miles of travel... how does this add up? Are you tellin me a Chevy Cargo Van takes 3-gallons of fuel to move 12-miles? Then I went to purchase a TV Moving Box, clearly marked at $13.95 on this box as the sales price... at the point of purchase, they wanted to charge me $18.00 for the box... When I pointed it out to the associate, she claimed there had been a price increase and that the new price was much higher. Watch your wallet at this location... they will get you $18 dollars at a time...

The person who gets me in the store was extremely rude, he said he was trying to cool down from wiring a vehicle. I tried to make light, when he asked if he gave me the impression that he was upset, I said yes, but his attitude didn't change. He had me repeat what i was there for, and told me that i signed up for mobile check in, but i had no idea what that meant, so it took me 20 minutes to figure it out in 90° degree hear...Also I was charged over $100 for a $20 cargo van... the tire pressure light was on when I got in.

The truck cabin was clean. The truck storage had glass, bullet cases and broken glass. Additionally there was slick floor from previous user. Maybe oil. My men had to clean the truck and were not offered any discount or cleaning supplies at uhaul location

The female owner helpful, but the male who was outside receiving incoming equipment was absolutely awful. We brought back a moving van and a separate trailer that was attached to my vehicle. He never acknowledged me and began checking in the truck. After a few minutes and when he was done checking in the truck, I asked him where he would like me to drop the trailer. He began to walk away from, still never acknowledging me, and after I asked again he turns over his shoulder and very rudely says “You gonna have to wait!” I let it go at first. He walked back to the truck and I tried to politely explain that the 2 pieces of equipment were together and that I was the customer that needed both checked in. He again rudely stated I am gonna have to wait. I explained that he was going to stop being rude to me, and that I was only trying to help him. I later found out that he had went inside and was also rude to my wife, aggressively asking for the keys to the moving van. I've moved a lot over the years and Uhaul is always who we use and we have never experienced anything like this before. So good company overall, but an employee who needs to be coached on customer service and if he can't improve, then he needs to find a non-customer service job.

I reserved a pickup and was told there were non available when I got there despite being able to reserve one. I was then put in a 10 foot box truck that was somehow not large enough to accommodate a reasonably sized driver (6'2) resulting in a very uncomfortable trip. The AC also didn't work in the truck and I live in Georgia using this vehicle in July. After nearly having a heat stroke driving the vehicle, I finally returned it after my 2 hour, 39 mile round trip, to a $70 bill and a an employee that refused to do check in because they closed in 10 minutes. This location was horrible and the equipment was furthermore not in quality shape. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Truck had the low tire pressure light on. No air conditioning with the outside temp of 96 degrees and leaked oil in my clients driveway. Low oil pressure too. If you can't maintain your trucks, don't rent them out!

I had a pickup appointment at 8am. I got there to pick it up and had a truck number I was looking for and everything. I had to wait until 9am when they opened to pick it up because at the last minute they changed the reservation and removed the truck number and made me wait to pickup when they opened an hour later, with no reasoning as to why they changed my reservation. It was very frustrating and pushed my move back.

The car carrier rented should not have been rented with the worn tires to carry my car for 2500 miles. All the tires should have been replaced. One of the tires blew out in transit. The drop down fender chain did not allow the fender to drop down far enough to comfortably get into the car. The chain was hooked incorrectly.

The Entrance to the Counter area seems cluttered. Seems like entering into a Maze before getting to the service reps. Otherwise it was a pretty good experience, and Customer Service was excellent. Vehicle was great 

I absolutely loved my rep. She was so friendly and everything went so smoothly!! She was amazing with my 4 year old while I was signing for the trailer. I'm so bad at spelling but I think her name was Hyaat. I ended up getting her again when I pulled up to drop off. We chatted for a minute and went about our days. I'm moving in a few months and I will definitely look here first!!

Upon arriving I was greeted well but my experience quickly began to trickle downhill from there. I was already frustrated with Uhaul because a previous location that I had made reservations with informed me that they did not have any available units to which I would spend the next 25 minutes on the phone with a customer service representative trying to locate a Uhaul self storage and equipment return location. I had never been to a Uhaul self-service storage facility before and the initial representative was anything but helpful. He did his best but when I informed him that I had a reservation for a storage unit he looked at me like I had lost my mind! He didn't even ask for my reservation number. I had never done anything like this before so his responses to me seemed to come off as very uncourteous, unprofessional, and just plain lazy. He hadn't even started listening to my own needs fully before he started helping another guest! I was appaled! My needs were not being met and my frustrations continued to mount. Then when we were finally making headway I was told that I was going to be charged for my unit, to which I had issues because when I had made my reservations online I was guaranteed one month of free storage for a 5x5 unit at $69 per month at Oakwood. So at that point that was already three strikes for Uhaul. I was livid! Shortly thereafter another CSR came to assist to try provide me with some greater assistance. I wanted this location to honor my original agreement that I made with Uhaul when I made the reservation the week prior and it just seemed like it wasn't going to happen. Initially, the lady that had begun assisting me wasn't making mich better progress, and finally after a few minutes of actually listening to me she got on the phone to begin providing me with some reprieve. Finally, after about 30 minutes, a resolution came, and I was my original agreement was honored. While in the end my needs were met and the last lady that helped me finally got me taken care of, I shouldn't have had to go through all of those frustrations, not just once, but three times, and after a period of about 30 minutes, before my needs were finally met, it should have only taken 5, maybe 10 minutes, tops! I am not impressed with the level of professionalism and quality of associates that are employed at this location and would encourage the manager to consider hiring much more professional and courteous people that actually take the time to listen to customers instead of being lazy in getting customers taken care of. Had it not been for the last CSR taking care of me I would have rated only one star. I would hope that in the future that these kinds of situations can be avoided so other guests do not experience the same level of frustration as I have.

First, let me say thanks to Danielle Hall. She worked with me in May of 2020. By extending the time allowed to get here from Idaho Falls, Idaho. In the 6x12 tailor. 2nd, when I moved from the 10 x 10 to the 10 x 15 unit. She made the process easy. Then, when I went to work at U-haul at the Buford Drive & Mall of Georgia locations. Danielle was my boss and learning from her was easy and enjoyable. After I left the company but still had the storage unit. Danielle was still nice and friendly as expected. Danielle Hall is a huge asset to your company. While the facility is secure. More lights should be installed. Especially for those like myself. Who tend to work later in the night or early in the morning in the storage I do feel the access should be 24 hours to the storage. 1. What was to be perceived as dead vermin (rodents) upon entering the main storage facility- not the unit itself. 2. Bait box top seemed to be off and not connected to the unit. 3. Rat poison was chewed up into literally really fine pieces along the back wall outside of the bait box. 4. Staff put a lock on my unit. This unit was paid up $450 through July 2022. Therefore, this was not a matter of non-payment; instead, I did not put a lock on my unit. Moreover, I understand the lock was put on for safety. However, staff did not give me a courtesy call resulting in me having to go buy a lock cutter to remove the lock. The cutters cost me $40.00 and my movers charged me over time in the amount of $100.00. 5. Storage facility is 20 +/- years old and needs a face lift to possibly a remodel. 6. Danielle-General Manager was great. Other staff over the phone was horrible and had poor verbal customer service skills to customer when they became uncomfortable. This is a coaching opportunity.

I am very dissatisfied with I-Haul at this location. I have had so much trouble! When I first got unit, we didn't even get a " map" to where the unit was located, we drove around all the traffic there , tried calling several times with no answer, then we had to go get one, which it took a Long time! Then I was Locked out of unit without a notice!!! Tried to charge me late charge seven I had asked to be it on direct withdrawals, but was not done! That's how good they listened. Yesterday I emptied unit( 2 days- after payment, and was told that I don't get any money back???? Why???????

There was one lady and man that worked close to closing time which I felt that when I came in late they laughed in my face when I asked them to please move the truck from in front of my storage unit so I could unload and they didn't understand why I wouldn't carry my items an extra 20ft to get to my storage. Also I turned over possession of my storage unit 2 weeks before my bill was due and they wouldn't give me a pro rate or money back which is not fair considering I didn't use the storage unit for a full month. Also there were roaches in my storage unit on my belongings when I moved them out and I was highly upset. Needless to say I will not be using uhaul ever again. This was a nightmare of an experience and I am not pleased, also I will tell my family and friends about my experience and to not use uhaul. Gracias.

Withing 1 week got my unit got robbed lost more than 4,000$ from a person who was living in unit 0414 who aperanly doesn't supposed to be there with drugs the thieves are very profesional open the locks not very safely place as soon my situation happens they start doing rounds and security otherwise they would not doing it. Very very bad place I will not recommend this place to Nobody get a cubesmart unit is a lot more secure and are more safe for your stuff . Get out of there !!!!!!

The place was busy when we arrived, we were a little stressed ourselves, taking that into consideration the clerk who helped us, didn't have focus on us, when I asked how big the unit was instead of showing us, he gestured to the area and was texting on his phone. Then he finished our transaction, did not offer to show us where the unit was, so after searching in our own we tried calling, no one answered. So we had to drive back up to find the info on where it was located. Then we realized what he meant by inside (again wasn't explained) so again we drove back up to upgrade to a larger unit. At that time a young nice gentleman explained he did truck rentals and couldn't assist me but would get the other gentleman who was outside on his phone (again). After a few minutes passed, the two gentleman came in and the one on the phone was very agitated and using foul language to either the other guy or the phone couldn't tell. The nicer of the two kept apologizing and the phone guy continued his call while he sat down, very agitated.. I tried to diffuse and also let him know we too had a stressful day so he could maybe get back to servicing the guests? Again no visual on map, no explanation just upgrade and done. I would want to know if I was the owner or manager of this uhaul about the poor customer service. I would also not like to see the gentleman fired as he did do his job just poorly and maybe with training and no personal calls this could be fixed.

Was told by the manager I could drive my 24' box truck onto the property. I tried 3 different times and was not as to drive in because the roads throughout the property were blocked with your trucks every time..this was a complete waste of my money. I had no access to my unit. When I complied all I got was " I'm sorry" TOTAL RIP OFF

I complained about a lizard being in my storage she told me just be lucky it wasn't a rat. I did not think that was professional. I moved out before my 30 days was up. I told her I don't need any lizards or rats nesting in my belongings. All employees need to work together as a team even if you have a new employee.

Place moving blankets reserved in the truck or at least tell us where to pick them up. Accept returns of unopened new rug bags etc without a receipt. Obviously they are your product. Answer the phone. Return phone calls. Provide customer service training to your staff. Be helpful.

I would not recommend this location for storage units to anyone. Tom in office is only one who gave service. 1 unit broken into 3 weeks to fix 1 unit leaked in ceiling causing damage no return calls
