the reason I gave a poor review is because I was there three morning I rented the truck ands was told they didn't have anything so I went to three or four other rental places to finally go to another uhaul rental place and they didn't have anything but put in reservations for me to pick up a truck at the very same location that I was told didn't have any. but the lady who put in the reservation said that they had a few trucks available. not sure what or why things changed in three hours but it did and I wasn't too happy waiting my time running around to find myself back at the place I started. not sure the address of the other uhaul location but I know it is in suwanee off peachtree ind. blvd. very helpful and very friendly.

Provide better customer service training and teaching to your Assistant Manager. Personnel there should understand they should not treat a customer as though they are lying when a report of faulty equipment is brought to their attention, the personnel was very blamant and accusatory. They should not tell a customer they must wait for uhaul roadside to come verify that the reported smoking tires and brake grabbing while driving the equipment must be done 1st before contract can be closed out. Also, after reporting that the equipment is unsafe and should’ve reported to Dot a d pulled off the road. The assistant Informed is the brakes was done 1000 miles ago. Anyone that works with trucks should know the brakes have nothing to do with Bad bearings in a vehicle. Moreover, we risk Our safety and took the vehicle to get the gas filled and to avoid a $67.00 gas charge having driven the vehicle 52 miles, to Only return and have the assistant tell us we need more Gas in the vehicle. We drove only 52 miles and filled the vehicle with 8 gallons of gas, more than enough to fulfill the requirements for the gas we used. She refused to accept the explanation that the vehicle is on a slant. We returned and filled the vehicle up with an additional 10 gallons of Gas to avoid the antagonist and adversarial treatment. We have never received such HORRIBLE service from UHaul. We rented and paid for the use of your vehicle instead we received nothing for our monies paid, we could not complete our move and was treated unfairly. We were harassed, accused of lying , discredited and blatantly inconvenienced having to go Back and forth to put gas in an unsafe vehicle and did not receive the level of customer service we were deserving of.

we apparently turned in our truck with 3 gallons less that what it is rented on. Not sure how we are to get exactly to the place we were when we rented the truck and not sure how 3 gallons was determined. you not only lost a customer, but now i have a story to tell others about being nickeled and dimed over a couple gallons of gas. I rent cars all the time and never had this experience. When I spoke to the assistant manager, she said it was policy. I would understand if the tank was empty, but being that I don't have a meter at the tank, how in the work could we get to the exact amount. Also, if I brought it in with 3 gallons more, I asked if I would get a refund. I bet you know what the answer was.

The Assistant manager handled everything for me and made it a great experience. The only negative of the experience was the outward attitude and interaction of the general manager with the employees was far below expectation without a customer present. With a customer present her actions were inexcusable. She seems to need training in how to interact with subordinates and customers. I would not want to work with her and I have compassion for those that have to be under her poor leadership.

The trailer on the contract did not match the one that was connected to my truck. I was told they'll change it in the system and not to worry about it. On return I was charged $11 extra for the safe move which i clearly declined at the pick up time. I was told that it was on the contract. I have the original contract and it was declined. Yet my card was charged for the full price. You guys suck. Never ever again I'll rent from this location!!!

It was cold and rainy and 2 young girls working the whole store. The one girl tried her best with the conditions but struggled to hook up the trailer in the mean time we are soaking wet. Why would you not leave at least one strong guy at the store? also I order a furniture dolly and did not receive it. very unhappy

Excellent service. I felt very taken care of as a customer. The mobile app was very confusing, slow and tedious. The idea is solid, but needs to be simplified and sped up to make it a better solution than working with the counter representative to pickup/dropoff vehicle.

Be sure to check inventory before calling. My trailer was due back by 7am on Friday 2/21. I returned it at 9pm on Thursday 2/20. I received a call at 8:30am and the young lady was checking on the return.

I was falsely charged 45.78 even though I put 7/8 gas in the truck. Over the years, I have enjoyed using U-haul, but my experience at the U-haul location on 3804 Buford Dr, Buford, GA was the worst experience I have ever had. I will not be using U-haul anymore.

The managers at this store are very rude. If you return right before closing, they refuse to help you and make you use there confusing app for returning. When that doesn't work they charge you $20 extra for closing for you. I have talked with Uhaul corp. who can't seem to control these people. I would not recommend using this store.

When i went there to pick up it was great, i had great costumer service. The gm was there and she was amazing. However, when i drop it off the costumer service was very poor and i had questions i was trying to get answered and the blond girl and the tall skinny guy was were very rude and just didnt want me there at all. Wouldnt answer my questions, and it was very frustrating experience.

Sunday, I showed up exactly at 5:00pm doors were open and I went inside to return the trailer I’d rented at this location. The young lady at the counter said they closed at 5, and that I needed to go outside self return from my mobile phone. This took 25 min to complete. Irritated she would not handle it. Another man showed up 2 min later and she told him the same thing.

The young lady inside was flippant about the cardboard window shield. I had to take it down on my own. Fold it up. So I took it inside to the desk. “That stays in the van!” “Well I can’t see out if the window with it in the van.” “Well just out it behind the seat.” “”No!” And I left it on the counter. Never make a customer that feels like they’re helping you feel the way she attempted to do. Everything else was perfect. But this is why I’m giving the location a 3.

I would not recommend this location for storage units to anyone. Tom in office is only one who gave service. 1 unit broken into 3 weeks to fix 1 unit leaked in ceiling causing damage no return calls
