My main issue was security of my information The representative used her personal phone to snapshot my license to update it to the uhaul system because I was having issues with my phone I don't know why u haul would use their personal phones to conduct u haul business so like I said my main concern is my information being compromised

They over charge

Didn't help that the other associate was rude & proceeded to tell me i cld go elsewhere. I will be doing that from now on i won't return to that site again

Geneva G.Prices over the phone or online are different from in store. That's a huge problem. You are scamming people just by doing that. Price of rental equipment is not the same as advertised. Price on equipment is stated on it but on the rental receipt is 50% more. You're being dishonest with customers. Drop off location was not stated on the receipt. Me as a customer have to locate a drop off location in order to return rental truck. Overall I am not happy with entire rental experience.
juljan P.Taniqua is so disgusting and rude. She doesn't know how to do her job. She stood with a customer for so long and kept asking the same question. When I came back to return my things she didn't know how to check it in. She then rudely gave my paper work to her co worked and said “ here you do it I'm going on break. I don't know how to do it anyway†and flung my paper to the other young lady. I appreciate the other young lady who helped me because I honestly was at my breaking point with her. Not sure how she got this job. But maybe you guys should evaluate and take a second guess.

William B.I was originally Set to drop the truck at 3398 Boston road but when I got there, the drop off directions were not accurate and when I tried to reach the facility by phone, their number wasn't going through. It was very frustrating and disappointing to say the least. I ended up going to the 2800 white plains road location and it was a very smooth process and the rep was very helpful. I would suggest that U-haul ensure that the local businesses that they allow for renters to use maintain a professional and high standards that U-haul has. Of not, they tarnish U-haul's reputation.
Rockson B.I went from hun hill to the beginning of yonkers and back. They charged me $90 just for that I feel like that's to much for two stops.

Donovan R.Jesus is bad for customer service. He insisted on making me stand in the pouring down rain to inspect the van instead of moving the van under the green canopy. He argued and antagonize me to the point where I had to go in to request the manager who wasn't there. Thankfully Tanicqua was the ultimate professional. She made Jesus move the van. This young boy need further custody service training.

Also I feel garbage compartments should be located around the facility to comply with persons moving in or leaving the facility,maybe it would cut down on the flow of steady garbage around the facility.

I was resting in the parking lot because I found no hotels in the Bronx New York on that Saturday morning so I had to stay in the truck until they open that U-Haul store I had spent 5 1/2 hours driving from Pittsburgh to New York City I was tired so I decided to go into the parking lot of U-Haul at 2800 White Plains I made the biggest mistake of my life, because around 6:20 o'clock I notice a woman coming towards the the facility. As soon as she got out of her car and started walking towards the entrances, I said good morning Madame! After that I ask her excuse me! do you work here? Oh my God I made the biggest mistake this woman was so nasty and so disrespectful to me that I had to close my car window not to hear her Verbal aggression. I told her that I will talk to the manager inside about this treatment But I was in shock she was the manager and she told me clearly that she was like the owner of the place! I wanted to leave but I needed to finish what I went there for, so I tried to put no mind. Oh my God for my surprise while I was in a line inside the store I've noticed that she was talking to her employees and looking at me I knew but I was already profiled it so sad to drive so long hours not get a place to sleep have to stay in the truck until they open the facility and just because you ask someone who is coming with a cup of coffee I'm a bad attitude you have to endure the disrespectful And rude treatment from the person that is supposed to represent a corporation how sad this was for me that is not business psychology that is aggression and abuse
