I started service at one location. As I'm waiting for the representative to start a new reservations (due to not having an available vehicle) he was on his phone texting. I am 9 months pregnant and had no consideration for that. I had to travel way out of my way to another location. Hidden fees I was not informed of. Poor service.AYESHAA B.

There was only 1 staff memeber working at the time of pick up. There was a line of customers and it took me over an 1 hour from the time I arrived to the time I departed with my equipment. Don't charge me or other customers a check out extra charge just because the uhaul/share feature is not allowing the customer to add a photo after the Customer has returned a trailer at 10:28pm E.S.T., taken the pic of the trailers rear open portion of the actual trailer and when one has to either acknowledge the "X" or "Check Mark" so that the pic that was taken could be uploaded to the uhaul/share app and the app does not want to upload the pic and therefore cannot "continue" to the next phase to successfully check out. As a result I was overcharged an additional approx $20.00 after an employee had went to process or check in the trailer themselves into their system and the the system wrongfully Bills me an overcharge fee the next morning at approx after 7:00am. Finally, I had to wait 53 minutes for the operator to become free and assist me to help me correct this overcharge.FELIXA P.

I really can say that I have had the worst experience in my life with the manager of this site of U-Haul. I was resting in the parking lot because I found no hotels in the Bronx New York on that Saturday morning so I had to stay in the truck until they open that U-Haul store I had spent 5 1/2 hours driving from Pittsburgh to New York City I was tired so I decided to go into the parking lot of U-Haul at 2800 White Plains I made the biggest mistake of my life, because around 6:20 o'clock I notice a woman coming towards the the facility. As soon as she got out of her car and started walking towards the entrances, I said good morning Madame! After that I ask her excuse me! do you work here? Oh my God I made the biggest mistake this woman was so nasty and so disrespectful to me that I had to close my car window not to hear her Verbal aggression. I told her that I will talk to the manager inside about this treatment But I was in shock she was the manager and she told me clearly that she was like the owner of the place! I wanted to leave but I needed to finish what I went there for, so I tried to put no mind. Oh my God for my surprise while I was in a line inside the store I've noticed that she was talking to her employees and looking at me I knew but I was already profiled it so sad to drive so long hours not get a place to sleep have to stay in the truck until they open the facility and just because you ask someone who is coming with a cup of coffee I'm a bad attitude you have to endure the disrespectful And rude treatment from the person that is supposed to represent a corporation how sad this was for me that is not business psychology that is aggression and abuseJOSE MARTIN P. | First Impressions
