JEANNETTED S.Overall the equipment was cleaned and well maintained, but customer service where you pick up the trucks outside is very poor, I had a bad experience talking to some guy name Byron, I believe that's his name, he has a Jamaican accent , not to tall. I got to the U-Haul lot to drop off the truck around 5, I continued to check out on my phone because everytime I rented a truck , no mat yes r if it was early or late, I was told to do the check out on my own phone, so he walks up to me and says “no no I do it I do it†but with a strong attitude. So I really didn't know why he said that so I asked excuse sir, what did you say? And he looked at me and with an attitude again, he says “I'm going to do it, I'm going to do it on my phone because people come and don't really check the truck and they lie and don't do nothing†so I said “umm this is not my first time renting a truck , and this is the FIRST time someone actually came up to me and let me know that they do it on their end, so I understand your telling me how you guys go about it but there's no need for the attitude, you could of told me calmly and with respect the same way I spoke to you†and he continues to ask me questions about the truck with an attitude. And thank god my brother wasn't with me because he would of argued with Byron because one day Byron will talk like that to the wrong person, and catch someone on a bad day when they aren't having a good day , and Byron will end up in a lot of trouble. I'm general. Having someone like Byron on a good team like the one his in now is not good. Byron needs to learn how to speak to adults with respect and calmly, not with an attitude all the time and then say “that's just the way I talk†no one is going to keep letting that slide, we are all grown. Treat and speak to people how they treat you. It's Disappointing for real.

I was informed about a week ago that some of the guys hanging around has a right to be around, in other words if they break in it’s ok, if they utilize and break anything or leave the bathroom nasty its ok, my feelings is that I don’t like it at all, that’s why I came frequently to the facility to see what’s really going on! Also I feel garbage compartments should be located around the facility to comply with persons moving in or leaving the facility,maybe it would cut down on the flow of steady garbage around the facility.

I was resting in the parking lot because I found no hotels in the Bronx New York on that Saturday morning so I had to stay in the truck until they open that U-Haul store I had spent 5 1/2 hours driving from Pittsburgh to New York City I was tired so I decided to go into the parking lot of U-Haul at 2800 White Plains I made the biggest mistake of my life, because around 6:20 o’clock I notice a woman coming towards the the facility. As soon as she got out of her car and started walking towards the entrances, I said good morning Madame! After that I ask her excuse me! do you work here? Oh my God I made the biggest mistake this woman was so nasty and so disrespectful to me that I had to close my car window not to hear her Verbal aggression. I told her that I will talk to the manager inside about this treatment But I was in shock she was the manager and she told me clearly that she was like the owner of the place! I wanted to leave but I needed to finish what I went there for, so I tried to put no mind. Oh my God for my surprise while I was in a line inside the store I’ve noticed that she was talking to her employees and looking at me I knew but I was already profiled it so sad to drive so long hours not get a place to sleep have to stay in the truck until they open the facility and just because you ask someone who is coming with a cup of coffee I’m a bad attitude you have to endure the disrespectful And rude treatment from the person that is supposed to represent a corporation how sad this was for me that is not business psychology that is aggression and abuse
