The vehicle I rented the side mirrors and the wind shield was not clean enough. I had to pullover and cleaned the side mirrors to drive safely and confidently. Customer service reps was pleasant and very helpful.

I'll be calling in because I had scedhuled a 7am pick up and was told I was at the wrong location. Then I go to the one on the grand concourse just to be told my truck is at the first spot I went to. This two hour delay lost me over 800 dollars as I had 3 moving jobs . One in New Brunswick and the other two in Brooklyn. The killer is when I got back to the first spot the made me wait in line all over again when they know they made the mistake. I need some type of credit or compensation regarding this matter. This mistake cost me two jobs and bad ratings on the app on which I do side work from on task rabbit . Also what's the point of filing out online forms to skip registration when you have to go inside and register anyway ? I'm under the presumption that once you fill out the extra info you can get the truck with your phone and no such technology exist at your locations . I'm highly annoyed about this situation as I took off from my regular job to make extra side money that was lost due to a gross overlooking of my reservations at your 2800 white plains address

The wait in line was over 40 minutes and apparently a reservation means nothing because its first comes first served. Three men skipped me in line when I was about to be called and after yelling at the customers the employees did nothing and serviced the three men. The clientale is aggressive and hostile and security is needed. In addition, more employees are needed. Only 3 people were working the reservations and the wait was still 40 minutes.

I was told the trailer was at the new rochelle location, then I was redirected to the Bronx location. They didn’t have any wire connections and they were telling customers they had to go to another store to buy one. I had one.

I waited over and hour and 15 minutes in line just to pick up the van that I had already rented online. (The website had issues too as I was booking and the app didn't have record of my account) After waiting that long, the employee at the front desk told me she didn't have the reservation and that I was at the wrong location. Luckily a colleague called me back as I was leaving out the door. Started out so late meant the people who I had arranged to help move with me were no longer available. The equipment was fine except the screen kept warning about a necessary fuel change.

When I arrived at the original pickup location in Yonkers. They did not have my truck. So I had to travel to the Bronx. My rates were higher than what I was originally quoted. The ride was horrible. The truck was noisy the entire trip.

U-haul massively inconvenienced me by altering my pick up location on the day of pick up. This meant traveling 30 minutes out of my way for an in town rental. This last minute change resulted in my having to leave work early to accommodate u-haul. Both the pick up location and the customer service agent were not helpful and refused to be flexible In the future U-haul needs to better manage its equipment logistics so I can use my preferred pick up location

Customer service is the worst I have ever seen. The general manager is the most disrespectful person to hold that kind position. I wonder how she became manager? She instigated an argument with me and another customer and almost got me physically harmed by a mentally ill man. I am moving my stuff from your facility. After 25 years plus of giving you my business, I will never come back to this location as long as this woman is working there. I will not recommend anyone to UHAUL again. I am so disappointed in the company. I am asking for whoever is in charge to please look at the video in the store on 6/13/19 11:15 -11: 45 a.m so they can see the behavior of your so called manager who represents your brand. It is a shame the way i have been treated by your employee. I hope some changes will be implemented, perhaps, customer service training. Vehicles must be rented with full tank. Warn customers if anything is not working like gas gauge meter. I had 2 break downs. At first I thought I had run out of gas even though there was no warning light. So I called for roadside assistance and I covered all costs. I put in gas and the meter was still in the same position. I drove for another 15 miles or so and the truck did the same thing just died. I called Uhaul roadside assistance and I was told that it had a problem with gas pedal. So the truck had to be towed. now Uhaul has charged me towing fees. Customers must be told up front the problem with the truck and they must be able to make a decision whether to go ahead with towing or not. U Hall Moving Service is simply the Best. Cant complain regarding the fee that I think is reasonable. However, having another customer service at the Front Desk will help to speed up the process. That will be my only recommendation. Thank you for your service and your business. Helton Harrison

I reserved my truck for 8:00 am, got there late and was told that if you’re not there at the schedule time,your rental goes to the next person. That information was never communicated to me when I reserved the truck.(if you’re late you lose your reservation) I had to come back the next day but was only given 6 hours of rental instead of the full 24 hours! Please let customers know this beforehand,because I was put in a horrible situation!

The location is fine. The staff is helpful (truck staff) and they have a good amount of vehicles. The app is absolutely horrendous though. It needs a major overhaul.

Proper training for the manager and receptionist on how to treat and retain customers. They are very rude especially the manager and don't care losing clients. They keep chatting away when serving customers. When you have a problem they direct you to their office in Arizona for you to make phone calls yourself to resolve it rather than them taking charge and looking into it. Pretty useless especially the manager.

The from desk ladies in the morning super nice. Equipment at this location not great. Bringing back equipment in the afternoon sucked the guys taken back the car was rude! I ask to pay inside he insisted I pay with my card with him and ask to see my debit card. He didn’t give me a receipt. I would like a refund!

There is no parking for customers vehicles when renting trucks so renting a truck is stressful. Customers should be allowed to park their vehicles when alternate side street parking is in effect. This is the main reason I don’t like going to this location.

Hi , just on the Auto Transport need too Mount a spare tire on the Auto Transport because I waited for the repair service over 4 hours on local road where cars come off a ramp 95 North and Gunhill Rd . in the Bronx .l got the service I was insured with the Auto Transport but needed a spare tire on Auto Transport it makes sense too carry a spare tire on the Auto Transport . Thank you for great service and staff was great and polite awesome service , Thank you GS USMC , Retired .????????????????

Customer service is horrible, I was not fully informed and unaware of their policies. I called in and was transferred to five different people who couldn’t or wouldn’t help me consisting of someone from The actual location, then a centralized customer service department then to a sales representative and then back to customer service. I called back only to be told again what the policy is after the fact. So I called the main customer service got transferred and then was told I couldn’t make my payment because their system was closed out for the day!! Unbelievable
