When I first booked at one location i told the lady i wanted the truck outside and it was the only one and i told her i need it for the next day and i will pick it up in the morning so she did. The next day i went to go pick it up and she rented it out which made me upset and she told me to go across town to another one which it was way out of my way to go and get. My thinking if you have the truck already booked for the next day why and it was the only one why jeopardize the booking.so i ent across town to get the other truck and the truck I rented was not well maintained the front suspension system cracked and rattled ,the brakes squeeled very loud,and when you shut it off it took almost an hour to get it to start. I wasn't impressed on how th the deal went from the beginning and that sells the companyTIMOTHY S.

Have the manager come out of the office and open another computer line when there are 10 people in line waiting to get their rental equipment when there are only tow associates at the counter helping customers. Pretty sad when she goes into the office and shuts the door with breakfast from a fast food restaurant.willam M.
Horrible experience with Uhaul. Reserved a truck and paid 1 week earlier to avoid any issues to make pickup of some furniture a smooth move. But, that was pointlessâ€¦First they moved our pickup location for truck without even telling us. So when we went to new location to get truck. Waited over 45min. to get issue resolved with computer drop off location. Apparently they screwed that up to and we weren't going to be able to drop off at our designated location either. Finally figured it out with us having to drive 30 min. Further to drop off truck and we had to pay $6.00 more too ???? I mean what? You should be reimbursing us for all of the headache, extra miles, and Additional money. We were 45 min. Late to meet sellers we were picking up from who were not pleased at all. So overall I would NOT recommend your services to anyone! Major disappointment!JOSHUA S.

I reserved a dolly, as we had a 250 lbs piece of furniture, and was told â€œwe don't have that many and rented them outâ€. No apology, no solution, and frankly not a care about it.ROBIN H.
This location asked me to bring back my rental because they assigned the wrong truck to me. I said â€œwell there were 4 other trucks the same size out there, so can't you give them my rental?â€ The guy says no, we need that truck because they are going one way. I told him that i was already inconvenienced by U-Haul that morning because i rep messed up my reservation and i could not get the code to pick up at the first location. The guy says â€œwell we don't want to inconvenience any other customers so we need that truck back nowâ€. He said that as if i wasn't being inconvenienced. Horrible customer service!Zahanine E.

This was the best experience I have had. Dimitri Watson made the renting process very easy and painless. Upon returning the vehicle Demitri Redd made quick and easy to do it. The vehicle smells cigarette smoke, I was trying to do a mobile pick up and the system is really bad. I was asked for an alternate number when I put the number, the system says that the phone number is associated with the reservation which was not. To me, this is a major concern that needs to be addressed. And it prevented me from picking up my original rental.MIRLANDE C.

The employee that checked me out was a pleasure to deal with. However, the employee who checkede back in was not. I was the only customer there and he refused to check me in until he moved all of his cleaning supplies outside. Coliseum U-Haul is a much better place to rent from.DANNY C.
I had 2 storage rooms reserved. Got there and found out there was no storage available. Why did uhual book the storage rooms if non was available. Don't give customers vehicles with check engine light on. Also don't lie to customer about the return gas level. I returned my rental to the top that it spilled out at the gas station. The employee at U-Haul checked it and said it was full and good, however they charged me $54.45 for a $19.99 rental that i used for 4 hours.JESSICA I.

I was disappointed to be charged an extra 40 miles on my bill. The mileage allowed barely covered door to door from pickup location to drop off. (A difference of only 17 miles) The final pickup location was nearly 10 mile from my house. There should be allowable mileage for the usage of the truck.Jonathan K.

We waited about 30 minutes for the one employee who was handling hook-ups to get us going. The lights were not functional upon hook-up. It ended up being the wiring (this facility U-Haul installation of hitch and wiring). The fuse was changed and lights functioned, temporarily. When we returned with a full trailer and non-functional lights, the installer said to go get bigger fuses and replace them as needed on the trip. WHAT? Absolutely the wrong thing to do for safety. We had no idea when the lights went out on our trip, but they were not functioning when we checked and we sent through MANY fuses (appropriate size). We finally had time and access to a U-Haul installation site in Waco, TX, who found the install problem and fixed it. We didn't need additional fuses and had lights through the rest of our trip. The install staff at Waco said the wiring had been zip-tied to the drive train and the worn-through wiring had left a shiny spot from all the sparking. Very unhappy with the technicians from the Fayetteville, NC, shop for not looking into the problem when we presented it. And it was THEIR install.PAM L.
I did an after hours pick up and the trucks were parked too close together. The pick up process was not as easy as uhaul made it seem. I did the registration prior to going to Uhaul and I had to do everything again once I got to the Uhaul place. I had to rescan my drivers license and it would have been nice to know that I would need to share my location upon arriving. Once all the information as complete on the mobile site, getting the key from the key box was easy. Uhaul needs to improve the mobile process. It would have been easier to have the credit card information and all other information uploaded prior to going to UhaulTaira R.
