Make sure the first piece of equipment is fully operational in the first location the customer is supposed to pick it up at. The first trailer was not operational at all. Then it took my 7 hours, 5 on the phone, 20 transfers because no one can do there job, until the uhauls phone line goes to a medical one. That was crazy I would like someone to call me for me to further explain what happened.James M.

I had a very bad experience in this place, I rented a car trailer for 24 hours, which I returned only 2 hours later. then I received an email notifying me that I had to pay $191.00 dollars because I delivered the article two days later when it only lasted 2 hours and with the article. It is a lack of respect for the client and a very unpleasant moment when you know that you were responsible with the article and they accuse you of keeping it longer than requested. I called and I was able to clarify the matter but they must improve this or give some document to the client at the time of delivery which certifies that the item was returned and avoid these things that I don't know why they happen!JOSE A.

I returned the rental early same day during business hours and was charged for after hours service fee. I was also overcharged for CDW coverage. In all I was overcharged by about $60. I called the next morning after reviewing my emailed receipt. I was placed on hold for over 20 minuets while waiting for someone who could help get the matter straight. The persons handling the call were very unprofessional and did not instill confidence in "UHaul". I am still waiting to see if the refund comes through.TIMOTHY P.

When booking the storage , we were told it would be 24/7 all we had to do was enter our access code. I double checked with the representative that had helped me to make sure because we were traveling 4hours to this site. I was assured i would be able to put my things in storage 24/7. We get to the site at around 10:07 and attempt to put in our code. It said access denied- closed. I called the Number on the sign for after hour assistance no answer. I called the U-Haul customer service number and was on the phone with her. She told me we were misinformed and tried to reach out to the gm for me. No answer. We had to camp out in our cars till the storage opened because we couldn't get in. All U-Haul dealers are using a BAIT and SWITCH when you rent small moving trucks. You can book well in advance for a 10 footer. Just before time for pickup they will call you and tell you a 10 footer is not available but there is a 15 footer available. You have your plans in place so you accept a 15 footer. You have one piece of furniture and you are stuck with having to buy gas for a 15 footer. This has happened every time I rented a 10 footer. Its has never failed. SCAM SCAM SCAM. When I first booked at one location i told the lady i wanted the truck outside and it was the only one and i told her i need it for the next day and i will pick it up in the morning so she did. The next day i went to go pick it up and she rented it out which made me upset and she told me to go across town to another one which it was way out of my way to go and get. My thinking if you have the truck already booked for the next day why and it was the only one why jeopardize the booking.so i ent across town to get the other truck and the truck I rented was not well maintained the front suspension system cracked and rattled ,the brakes squeeled very loud,and when you shut it off it took almost an hour to get it to start. Have the manager come out of the office and open another computer line when there are 10 people in line waiting to get their rental equipment when there are only tow associates at the counter helping customers. Pretty sad when she goes into the office and shuts the door with breakfast from a fast food restaurant.willam M.
Horrible experience with Uhaul. Reserved a truck and paid 1 week earlier to avoid any issues to make pickup of some furniture a smooth move. But, that was pointlessâ€¦First they moved our pickup location for truck without even telling us. So when we went to new location to get truck. Waited over 45min. to get issue resolved with computer drop off location. Apparently they screwed that up to and we weren't going to be able to drop off at our designated location either. Finally figured it out with us having to drive 30 min. Further to drop off truck and we had to pay $6.00 more too ???? I mean what? You should be reimbursing us for all of the headache, extra miles, and Additional money. We were 45 min. Late to meet sellers we were picking up from who were not pleased at all. So overall I would NOT recommend your services to anyone! Major disappointment!JOSHUA S.

I reserved a dolly, as we had a 250 lbs piece of furniture, and was told â€œwe don't have that many and rented them outâ€. No apology, no solution, and frankly not a care about it.ROBIN H.
This location asked me to bring back my rental because they assigned the wrong truck to me. I said â€œwell there were 4 other trucks the same size out there, so can't you give them my rental?â€ The guy says no, we need that truck because they are going one way. I told him that i was already inconvenienced by U-Haul that morning because i rep messed up my reservation and i could not get the code to pick up at the first location. The guy says â€œwell we don't want to inconvenience any other customers so we need that truck back nowâ€. He said that as if i wasn't being inconvenienced. Horrible customer service!Zahanine E.
