Ashley KThis whole experience was STELLAR from start to finish. We were an hour late to pick-up due to an accident on the highway and the agent who checked us in didn't bat an eye. She was flexible, patient and kind which is monumental when you already have a stressful day of moving ahead. Since we were going to be late to return the rental (I was upfront we could no longer make the 3-hour window we signed up for being an hour late), they worked together and offered a great solution so the next customers could have their truck on time. She was effortless when helping me with the documentation, and paperwork, and all with a smile. She also made sure I did not forget my pre-paid moving blankets. Being happy at your job, especially involving customers who are often under stress, is so undervalued and rare these days. The ladies who helped us on 9/28 were a bright light! The return was equally as smooth. The guys in the back, on a 99-degree day, had to have been tired, but remained professional, happy, and were working hard! We could not have had a better experience! THANK YOU!!

Ashley GI am a home stager and am always on a schedule. When we went to load the inventory the door was incredibly hard to open. It took us about 30 minutes. Then when it was open my mover Ken was stepping into the truck and the door fell on his shoulder. He has a brised shoulder. When we went to leave to unload the inventory the door did not close and upon inspection the wire was tangled around the spool. We spent 2 hours trying to get it down and called for roadside assistance. The rep told me that it would be 30 minutes to get a hold of te provider etc. and the time it would take the provider to get to us. We could not wait so we tied everything down and went 30 miles with our hazards on to the storage facility. It was meant to be dropped at my project but there was no more time, the truck had to be returned and we were losing our child care so we had to get home. My project was not completed causing a customer sat issue and costing me $500, I had to provide the client a month of no rental fee to retain the project.

JONATHON RThere are so many issues that I had to deal with in the time I rented unit 1115. I'm not going to go into all of the issues but here is a few corporate members might be interested in. For one thing, they cut my lock on my unit. I was a few months behind but was in constant contact with the office. Then when I paid the past due rent they told me that it was my key that was incorrect and that I would have to pay hundreds of dollars to get a locksmith out there. I finally convinced them to cut the existing lock and low and behold my lock was sitting on the floor of the unit cut and my key fit it. There was no scheduled auction just possibly thieves that work there. This actually happened twice. U-Haul should return to me the prorated portion for this month of September since I moved out on the 17th and had to deal with this illegal actions twice. I'm just getting started. If you want more poor customer service behavior that I experienced you are welcome to call me.

Inicialmente me prometieron un excelente servicio y que todo estaba en sus manos sin preocupaciones. Resultó todo lo contrario desde el inicio. Su personal es un desastre, nadie se pone de acuerdo, primero solicite 4 u-boxes, luego solicite 2 más, ellos me aseguraron y me prometieron para el día lunes 19 de Agosto 2024 a primera hora estarían listas, yo contraté personas para que me ayudaran a la mudanza ese día, y pedí el día libre en mi trabajo, llamé desde temprano para saber si ya podía para cargar en u-box, pero solo me dijeron que aun no estaba y que me llamarían, el día pasó y nadie me llamo de regreso aunque yo seguía insistiendo. Al final no cumplieron , sino hasta el siguiente día, tuve que volver a contratar personas para la mudanza y pedir otro día libre en el trabajo. (Quien me responde por esos gastos que no fueron mi culpa?). Luego me aseguran que mis U-boxes estarían en Texas en 10 días y que saldrían de Miami el día 23 de Agosto, día que solicité, después me cambiaron la fecha de llegada para el 13 de Septiembre, o sea 21 días después, por lo que llame múltiples veces para reclamar, y lo único que hacían era pasarme de un agente de servicio al cliente a otro, nadie me daba respuesta. Tuve que rentar un Airbnb para quedarme con mi familia, ya que no podía mudarme a un lugar sin mis cosas. Luego me avisan que mis U-box ya estaban en Texas , por lo que les pido que me hagan el delivery de los u-boxes a la dirección que tenia acordada, cunado llamo por teléfono me dicen que no pueden hacer eso y que vaya en persona a la sucursal de U-Haul donde se encuentran mis cosas. Cuando llego al lugar me dicen que ellos no ofrecen ese servicio a mi dirección y que debo llevarme las cosas yo o contratar a una empresa que me descargue los 6 U-boxes. Cómo es posible esto, yo contrato a esta compañía por su reputación y por los precios favorables que ofrecen, y me salen con esto, después de todos los problemas que me han dado, ahora en una ciudad desconocida para mi, debo buscar como descargar las cosas y buscar como llevármelas a mi casa, en vez de que me las lleven a mi casa a como lo había acordado en la oficina de Miami. Luego tuve que rentar un camión con un tráiler y pagarle a otras personas para llevarme las cosas, otro gasto que no estaba previsto, pues yo esperaba tener los u-boxes en mi casa y descargarlos con calma si mas gastos mas que el costo del envío, todo estaba supuestamente arreglado. Y me mandaron las cosas a una oficina en Austin, cuando mi dirección era en maxwell. Para terminar les rento un camión con el tráiler , tuve que manejar un camión en una ciudad desconocida y pagar por ayuda para descargar los u-boxes, cargar un camión y luego descargar en mi casa, he pasado mas trabajo del que debería, tomando en cuenta que por eso contraté los servicios de U-haul, para facilitarme las cosas, pero solo me las dificultaron. Y para terminar, rento el camión , les digo mi dirección y me asignan una agencia para que regrese el camión y el tráiler, y cuando llego no me lo quieren aceptar, y me dicen que vaya a otra sucursal en donde tampoco me querían recibir el tráiler, y como se supone que regrese el tráiler en un lugar y el camión en otro? Porque me envían a un lugar donde no lo aceptaban , la verdad no comprendo, pero U-Hual para mi fue una pesadilla de servicios, lo barato sale muy caro y para esto hubiera rentado otra empresa mas seria y respetuosa de sus clientes. Perdí mucho y gasté más dinero de lo presupuestado, y que me dieron un tonto cupón de $218 dólares después de todo el stress, preocupaciones, molestias y gastos que me hicieron pasar. Pesimo servicio al cliente, nadie sabe lo que hace y todos andan perdidos, no trabajan coordinados, ni su app funciona. Fue la peor experiencia de mi vida en una mudanza y jamás recomendaría a U-Haul.

MATTHEW BOvercharged me by 400 dollars. You obviously keep horrible records or your scam artists or both. Probably both. I'm disputing this charge with my bank and I will tell anyone who will listen to never give you any business.

Carrie AI have been using this location for years and years due to exceptional service! The women at the counters yesterday were so good to me! They went above and beyond as did the gentleman who took the truck from me. He was so kind and helpful. I can't say enough things about how well this location is operated!
VICTORIA KWe rented an Appliance Hand Truck and the equipment was in good shape except the hold-down strap was abnormally worn half-way through in a single spot. But it worked OK for holding down what we needed to move. When we returned the hand truck the clerk was good to say that we were only getting charged for 1 day even though the system wanted to charge us for 2 days. However I did not expect anything else but a 1 day charge. We rented the truck at 11:14am 9/8 and returned it at 10:59am 9/9. That is less than 24 hours total and that is what we were told on 9/8. You do not get extra credit for doing what is normally expected.
David CIf there's any way to find a bit more space for customer parking, that would be much appreciated. If this location is really busy, it's very difficult to find somewhere to park a vehicle that doesn't block another vehicle or access to storage units, etc.

RICHARD WClean the vehicle after it's returned, and before it's rented to someone else. The truck was filthy with personal items still in the front seat. Food crumbs in the cup holders, fingerprints and sticky film on the windows and handles. When I brought it to the attention of the front desk, they acted annoyed with me. No apology or acknowledgment for mistake, they pulled out a different truck which was slightly better, but still filthy. I drove it away, then spent an hour wiping out and disinfecting the cabin, before I could use it. For $2600, the customer service and quality of truck was extremely disappointing. I will not be using U-haul again.
ERIN HThe rep never updated my location correctly when I modified my location, so when I picked up my vehicle, there were all kinds of misunderstandings. When I dropped off my vehicle, the guy checked me out as having lower gas so an extra charge was added, which was incorrect. It's a good thing I received the notification right then, I was able to call U-Haul who stated that the rep made an error. But the frustrating thing was my money was not put back on my card immediately and I needed it. I have to wait 3 to 5 business days. A huge inconvenience.

SANDRA SI used the uhaul truck to move. I kept calling the location and being placed on hold several times. It was super frustrating because I had questions. The gentleman Edward Jr was very nice and helpful at drop off. He had a great personality and made the process easier.
Marivel GI scheduled a mobile pickup for 7:30 am. Called the store and they verified that everything was set up. When I arrived at 7:30, the app said some equipment was unavailable. I had to come back at 9 am when they opened. Please fix your app.

Teesha R | First Impressionshot units infested with bugs and spiders. never had such a poorly kept storage facility experience like this ever. like i was scared to bring my bins out of storage into my brand new apartment because i was afraid it would be the beginning of an infestation. not sure when the "climate controlled" hours were because i must have missed them every time i went to visit my unit. and the one time i did have to work with staff during move-in they were very impatient and unfriendly. like i won't be using uhaul for storage again and i definitely won't be recommending it to anyone

I made a reservation for a storage unit with drive up access. Furthermore, I called the day before arriving to make sure everything was good to go. I was told everything was fine. I arrived with my truck ready to unload, only to be told they didn't have the 10×20x8 outside drive up access unit available. Very disappointed! What is the point of a reservation if it doesn't hold?

Also, I didn't understand that I didn't have to put in my security code every time I went through the door (which is nice) and when I went back in to cut the tag, the alarms went off when I opened the unit. It was pretty scary lol It was early in the morning so Maria one of the cleaners was kind enough to come down from the floor above and help me. She walked me all the way down to the front door showed me how to put my code in and explained that I didn't need to enter it in again until I left. Which I just realized I think I forgot. 臘 Maybe the access could time out after 3 hours?

Trying to check people in- but that was taking more time off the line of people waiting- even if we were at her station she was taking an exceptional amount of time to check us in. While running two computers/multiple customers at once, she was also answering people on the radio and helping run through those that had "app immediate access". It's a good idea and I understand what her intentions were but it was very inefficient.

The alarm in the building would be triggered frequently and then turned off, what is the point of that other than to annoy customers, no one ever showed up to see why the alarm was triggered. I cleaned out and cancelled my storage unit the day my monthly rent was due and was charged for another month of rent; that is pretty greedy of Uhaul. I have had some very poor dealings with U-Haul in the past, but this was just greedy and poor customer service.

They Always have equipment at the inside of the doorway to help haul your boxes and other stuff in or out. Temps are kept within stated range-but what works for your belongings may be too warm or too cold, depending, for you! Bring water; dress appropriately. Also, I rented a UHaul van-it was clean, & worked well for a reasonable price. If you're short,-I'm 5'1"-bring an extra cushion to sit on! The store has everything you might need, from locks to boxes, equipment, padding, tape, mattress cover, & so forth. Location convenient, parking can be an issue; but worked for me.

The storage facility kept all of my money and didn't refund me any of my money. So, basically they didn't give me back any of the money that I paid they don't do refunds.

I was first assigned one storage unit but when the employee walked me over to it, we were unable to get into the building for about 10-15 minutes due to issues with the access card and keypad. Once we finally got in, the assigned storage unit appeared to already be in use. So we had to go back to the desk to get re-assigned a new unit from scratch and I had to provide all my info once again. Then I finally got a proper unit after about about 45 minutes of waiting and shuffling around.
