I brought my own sanitary whip to clean the dust. I didn't appreciate having to fill the tank when I paid for it 24 hours but that's policy. As well as having a incorrect invoice that. Barged me for a toll I never went through. Pick up location was unorganized and didn't have the vehicle ready in time.

Their customer service is poor. They are rude and do not listen to questions you're asking. They are quick to refer you to the 1800 number instead of helping you. I would not ever refer or use this company again.

The pick up process was smooth and the gentleman from the office was very helpful and professional. I feel sorry for not being able to rate my experience with a higher score but when returning the trailer I was basically honked out from the location by one of the maintenance guys, before being able to complete the checkout process. The store was supposed to be open at 9am employee didn't get there until after 9 store didn't open until 9:30, second employee was late had an attitude. Then it took about 40 minutes for me to get waited on and get the truck. He should've knocked off some money for the long wait.

I was charged for sn item l never received. After the manager was informed that an item l was charged was on my contract. Only after complaining to customer service representative did the manager say he could look on camera and see. So he charges my card instead of looking on cameras. Trifling as a manager. Very unpleasant experience. And my card may still be charged at this moment.

Overall the truck was fine but tiny macaronis were in the cargo area and the cab smelled of cigarette smoke.Also I don't like that hand trucks are set into the wall so if you don't need a hand truck,but do need every inch of space,you have to take out the hand truck and thus get charged for it.But I was happy overall with the rental.

Customer Service is not only essential but crucial to continued patronage. Talking AT a customer instead of TO a customer is very unprofessional. Explaining terms and conditions is one thing but being argumentative and condescending is an entirely another ordeal. Without truck rentals, the staff would be unemployed. 31 years of utilizing this location and have never been experienced this. Aside from the Caucasian rep the other staff were hospitable. She needs to have some remember who you work for other than the one who franks her paycheck. The customer and the experience matter. Review went from Excellent to average because of that one rep.

The dolly rented was broken and with out the straps used to hold an object to it. The sign said $10.00 daily, the invoice costed it at $12.00. The trailer was extremely muddy and dirty on the outside. It was parked in the parking lot's most difficult place to just pull it out. THERE WERE OTHER TRAILERS THERE!!!!! The original pick up date needed to be changed, the new information was sent incorrectly twice!!!!!

Well the truck had engine light on and breaks were not holding well, also it stalled twice. When I returned the truck I was met with hostile behavior. Really I can't blame employees at this point something is wrong in the company that's why employees mistreats customers.

the first young lady gave me wrong information about the unit then took me to a unit she couldn't even open cause her nails were to long she then left me waiting for almost a 1/2hr only to leave & passed me to someone else ..i was quite annoyed..now he was great got it done & inform me of everything he saved the day and this store cause I was prepared to give a aweful review..the young lady needs to be trained over..I think the youngman name was Antonio..the young lady made me so annoyed I forgot her name...I dont want to be mean but I wouldn't tell anybody to use this store cause she is not very efficient...but the young man was great but he can't do it by himself...

I tried to be a nice as possible but these people behaved like some kind of I don't care type of humans. I told the last that it was my first day doing the haul renting business she had little to say. My paper work explained they I supposed to find everything together since I paid for them but there was nothing ready in place. The truck I was given had a driver seat somehow bent I had to keep constantly trying to stand to avoid falling one side while driving. And more unprofessional behaviors. I think the company might behind the behavior of their employees.

The vehicle that was given to us had a slow leak in the tire . Therefore, we had to keep putting air in the tire. Which was very annoying and inconvenient. Very disappointed. The vehicle was clean. The location was fine, but prior actually getting through to the store, Uhaul made two incorrect reservations. Nobody compensated me for all those issues. The return after hours process was not user friendly. I also wanted to do a one way, they would not let me do so. This experience was stressful and about 89% very difficult.

Charging someone for gas after they already filled the gas past the return level, charging for extra mileage and then failing to correct the issue is despicable. I have been utilizing uhaul since 2003 and have never had these issues. I have always filled the gas levels past the required amount. Then the employees are cursing behind the open door and throwing objects behind the counter. Never again! Fire them all!

Someone at the location stole my phone out of the truck I rented and put it another truck and I tracked the phone showing it was still at the facility. No one offered to review camera footage. I found the phone in another truck by using the find my iPhone sound. I walked around the lot and heard it beeping in another truck, it was wrapped in paper and hidden under the seat.

I am never going back to that location. I waited in line for 25 minutes and I was the 3rd customer. The truck I was given driver side door was rattling and I expected the glass to break any minute. The passenger door needed to be slammed closed 3 times before the “passenger door open” light went off. Felt like that truck needed new shocks and they needed to be replaced. The customer service staff were condescending. I will be hesitant to use Uhaul again after this experience. I actually wanted to try Penske, but a relative wanted to go to Uhaul.

I'd like someone to reach out about my experience. I work in customer success and was very impressed with your mobile onboarding but my interactions were miserable. My reservation was updated without my knowing, I was told it would save me money (it didn't), and when I escalated to a scheduling manager they handled it poorly. The rep that answered my questions initially, Fred, was helpful and had great tone. The manager he moved me to was abrasive and inflexible when I tried to seek solutions. I'd like to file an objection to my charges as she recommended.

I don't do stairs well because of arthritis so when showing me the unit I had to do stairs to get to my area, so a little inconvenient for me. Once inside building on the main floor very convenient to get to.. Place very clean. Inside, right size for my needs. Lots of space for things I needed to place there. Anything you needed to move into your storage area was right there.

The best part of the experience was working with the front desk person Antonio. As I've written before he went above and beyond to make the experience easy and understandable, all while working alone on a very busy day, with a line nearly out the door. ANTONIO was AMAZING. I witnessed grouchy tired people come at him and he kept his composure while dealing & resolving their issues. When it was my turn, he was kind and amicable even though he seemed to be the only front desk employee in one of the busiest days of the year in B'more GRADUATIONS all over the city! Lots of moving ins and outs. He handled everything though I bet he wishes he had backup! Give the guy a BIG RAISE! ❤️❤️ The only problem we had was after hours entry. The BIG sliding door would NOT open - forcing us to unload an entire load through the small door. Thanks for listening !

I was rented a unit which was occupied. I had to wait for the staff (whom was very friendly and helpful) to find me a unit. The check in pad didn't work. The portable stairs didn't work properly. I had 3M movers there and was paying by the hour. Needless to say that they were being held up for their next job. While I'm force to incur additional charges. Unsatisfied customer.

Had to throw away all of my belongings due to rat and/or mice feces & urine all over my items. No one has really helped with reembursing my belongings or what I've payed to keep my things there!

I didn't like the fact that it wasn't 24 hour access you had to pay extra,I believe that should be a given. Also I noticed some mouse infestation because I found some mouse dropping's on my belonging.
