Staff was very helpful, and pleasant to talk to. I would definitely recommend this location.

Dan SI was rather surprised that the clerk offered to instruct me on how to use the app to check out a vehicle. typically when I reserve a vehicle, I don't need to do it myself. The whole process was not user friendly - I had to take a photo of my drivers licence 3 times before it was accepted and had to repeat steps numerous times before it finally went through. I hope this is not going to become the norm.
Dario MDon't understand the point of the prepickup arrangement, but then still wait in line at the office, then complete info again on phone at vehicle. There were no issues, but extra work since the pre pickup didn't make any difference.
PAUL WIn and out in under 10 mins. Drive up after use unhook and go 3 mins. Doesnt get any easier.

ANDREI BI'm not sure if I would recommend this location. While the staff were very nice, it was not a smooth experience, apart from the drop off. I had taken a lot of time to prepare for picking up a pick-up truck and U-box at 8:30am on a Saturday (e.g. chatting with U-haul over chat and the phone to confirm everything, as well as checking in online and filling out a lot of information, taking photo of license, etc.). The location had even called me to ask when I wanted to pick up the U-box and assured me it would be ready for me. When I arrived at 8:30am, I had to go through a check-in process, which seemed to repeat everything I had done the night before with the online check-in. Getting the pick-up truck wasn't too much of a delay, but then found out the U-box wasn't ready for me, nor was it loaded on the trailer. There were other delays once they figured out I had the reservation, and think the whole process took over an hour to get out of there, which was quite frustrating. I know the staff were doing what they could as fast as they could given the circumstances, but it just didn't seem like an organized or streamlined system.
Arabella CStop forcing the check in app! It's not well designed or developed. Your company is probably spending millions on consultants, devs and designers and it's just ending up to be a waste. The designers need to talk to customers to see how it should actually improve their check in experience instead of just making customers do what employees used to do. It is glitchy and the person I tried to check in with had to go step by step with me to show me how to bypass error messages because there were always errors. Get back to doing what your company should do…providing uhaul rentals! I'd pay $20 more each trip just to not use the app.
Luc HThere needs to be more parking for your guest.there were rental trucks parked where guests could have parked and a tow truck with a uhaul it was towing blocked the entry. Staff were not interested in helping to find a resolution .

Stewart dThe employees were very friendly and tried their best to help me during the booking however they were clearly under resources. They had to try 3 different trailer after hooking them up. The worst part was at the dropping in Washington state. The place I was sent to does not allow trailer return. My wife had to drive about 45 minutes to another place after me spending 30 minutes on the phone with the scheduling Department. You guys should have all of those details figured out. You can look at my reference number to confirm what I am saying. The dropping in Washington was a nightmare.
JUAN RI was overcharged for the fuel. I called the store twice for solving this problem. First time I called the store, one male worker told me he was busy and he would call me back in 10 minutes, but I did not get his call anymore. Second time I called the store again, one female worked explained to me, but I did not think it did make sense. She told me she would like to her manager and call me back, but I did not get her call anymore.

GURPREET KI used the new 24/7 service and the keybox lock was jammed, stranding me.in the cold. The save by a worker was excellent though. The lock had to be cut off. At my workplace most people would think "if I solve the problem I might get in trouble". Here the worker felt empowered to fix it and that saves 3 stars with the 5 star fix. Misses happen. Adaptive response is important. The 24/7 app was slow and buggy but that wasn't a site specific problem.
Erik CWorst experience ever will never use again. Tried to take advantage of me. Overcharging. Lying about amounts over the phone. And illegally tried to withdraw funds without my consent from my card on file. Needs to be shut down or sold to new ownership. Will definitely be filing a complaint

Mark RTruck was dirty had garbage all through the cab and in the back. The check engine light was on and the yard attendant said it was fine. News flash! It wasn't. It rode rough and at various stops it wa giving warning beeps.
SARA TI rented a U-Haul 10' truck for my move, and it was a great experience. Booking was easy, the staff was friendly, and the truck was clean and smooth to drive. Returning it was quick and simple. Excellent service!
YONATAN TOk i had an ordeal with the vehicle so I would have loved an option to mention that. It was clean and customer service was great!! Roadside service was great and I was treated very well. And even though the truck broke down, everything was taken care of.
NICOLE Ponly thing i wish is that they let me know ahead of time that i had to pick up truck from coquitlam.. yet my reservation online up until the day before said I was picking up in mission only minutes from where i was moving from... i would have been in a real bind if i wasn't able to get a ride out to coquitlam the next day to get the truck.. but other than that it turned out all ok.. cept for not being able to get a appliance dolly and a reg dolly for a one way trip..

ARTHUR HEasy! Smooth. Good value. I would have liked to drop off the rental at a different location than where I picked it up, though (like any rental car), but that option was significantly more expensive at U-Haul, so had to drive all the way back to return it. Otherwise a great experience.
Jeremy MThe person we dealt with at the location was great. The online system was horrible. The person we dealt with was a big help on working through the issues with the online system. The vehicle has a number of mechanical issue such as very poor brakes. The steering is a complete failure. This vehicle would not pass a commercial vehicle inspection.

GHOLAM-HOSSEIN EEverything was great except when I had a two day rental and was not allowed to park it on site overnight even though I was picking it up again at 7am. Other than that staff have been great.
MARK AWhen I return the truck person asked me how I found the driving of the truck. The truck did not drive well at all. It was difficult to change from parking to reverse to drive. The key would not remove easily from the keyhole. Noise in the transmission. It drove very rough. I was happy that I was not going far with it. I did not feel safe driving it.
Michele Hthere is no where to park. The staff are friendly and helpfull. There was a check engine light on and the Cube van van had a lot of rattling noises.More than just the back door shaking. Because of the limited parking, i would not recomment this location.

George L | Overall ExperienceHorrible experience had to store my personal items due to restoration work and a week before I had to take my stuff they were flooded by rain apparently not the first time. My unit was the worst hit. When I paid for unit I was never told of this incident or asked if I wanted to purchase insurance. I also recently received a notice advising the price of the unit is going up. Now we wait they said I can only choose to get refunded or go through claims. That is so wrong I should get refunded and also be able to submit claim for items damaged.

I notice other staff members seek her out for guidance as well. She seems like a great leader. The bad: it's very hard to access the storage unit. There were often uboxes being stored in the loading bay and the neighbouring business block the road most days. On more than one occasion staff from the business next door were in their car, parked in the storage loading bay having lunch.

maryellen t | Overall ExperienceI was very upset when i had originally reserved the storage as i was moving down from north vancouver island 8 hours away and had reserved the storage at the smae time as the truck weeks before. When i finally got to the storage facility i was told my storage reservation was taken by another customer. I was confused because i had RESERVED it and then after driving 8 hours and nowhere else to take my things i was told it was first come first serve. So i dont understand what the point of reserving was. They originally were going to let me just walk away with nothing i had to ASK if there were other units available. Which there were but not the size i reserved so i needed to get a bigger one at a more expensive rate. THEN they were not going to honor my first free month from my original RESERVATION because i was taking a different unit. Eventually everything got sorted but was a hugely unnecessary added stress to my move. I did reccommend my friend NOT to choose uhaul for their storage and moving needs because i did not want them to go through the same thing i did. They chose a different company and it went smooth with zero issues. Unfortunate.

None of them could help me and said they would find out and get back to me by the end of the day. None of them called me back. I then emailed the GM of the uhaul about the matter. That took 3+ emails to get a reply. At which after being a customer for 3+ years, I wasn't allowed to have a prorated amount for 7 additional days for the storage. It was just a "sorry, that is policy" without thinking about the customer. After all this, I even saw a uhaul rental hit an employees vehicle and let them know about it. Not looking for the world, just a little help.

Upon arriving atthe uhaul storange unit to offload everything i was told my reserved unit was gone because it was taken by another customer. I did not understand as I had reserved the unit for the day i arrived and the was told it was first come first serve. I have never in my life heard of a reservation being first come first serve. I was very upset and they offered a bigger, more expensive unit because all the units of size i had reserved were gone. Then they said i would not get my first month free because it was not my original reservation. I did eventually get them to do it but it was alot of unnecessary added stress to an already long stressful day of moving and driving.

I do not remember her name at this moment, but is a blond short hair lady and she was always smiling, new the system and process very well, and provided very quick help when and I needed, and every time we cross paths in the storage area she was saying good day! Unfortunately due some changes in my finance, needed to close my two accounts, but if I needed again, will go this U-haul location and hope she is there to provide the same exceptional service.

Sina H | Online Move InThe storage facility was at the far back when I requested one that I could drive up to, and when I sent my driver there he was told I didn't have a storage locker there , so that created unnecessary stress . Then I called about getting some guys to load and unload and these guys subcontract for uhaul . They are not professional. They didn't seem to know how to load and pack properly. Constantly checking their watch , and they just got dropped off . So they had no car and my driver was upset that on a hot sunny day he had to share the front of the truck with 2 hot sweaty guys. No where did I agree to transport these guys .. they just assumed . That was rude and annoying . Because of their lack of knowledge it costed me 2 extra hrs , a lamp, and I needed to move the rest of my things to another storage locker , costings me anadded $400 for 2mths . They broke a very expensive hand painted lamp and just threw my stuff in the locker and piacked heavy things on top of breakable things. I'm very disappointed with the company that uhaul supplied me with for loading and loading . Never again !

I has a friend driving the truck so his time was valuable as I was paying him he got there and was told there was no storage available ...that was awful and very upsetting. He then drove to sentinel storage which was closed for lunch then he called me to ask where I'd like him to go .I also had hired moving helpers thru uhaul via select movers. Also getting paid by the hour. I told him to go back to uhaul , I sent him reservation # ..and I had to stop what I was doing ..I had cleaners, plumbers, etc on my end . And only to be told I had to do something online. My internet was canceled, computer packed, my phone was in a dead zone area and I got very upset because all the info I gave 2 weeks prior was what he asked me for . I.m still upset. Then they gave them a locker on 2nd floor with stairs when I booked a ground floor . Just a gong show a whole hour wasted and costed me $ 200. Extra that made my experience with uhaul not good I'm still very angry. Then select moving sent 2 guys..not professional movers, I couldn't understand them . They didn't know how to pack well and then I needed a 3rd storage locker and after the horrible experience I ended up booking one at sentinel over the phone in 10min and done, but .also costed me another 200 plus these guys from select movers didn't pack the locker well either and the driver called me to say it might not all fit in here..these guys don't know what they are doing and move at a snails pace . Me and 2 girlfriends had to do a lot of work to help speed up the process and so we had to help them with packing tips and they didn't want to listen at my end but we got them to fit in more things they were just going to leave .I saw lots of wasted space , then thankgod my friend got in the locker and shuffled things around and it all fit ,I'm not impressed at all with moving company and the guys they sent out, they were more concerned about the time than working and costing me another 2 hrs of time and money plus extra locker

From beginning to end she was kind and helpful in making our storage needs a seamless experience. I would have rated 5 all the way except the last day the automatic exterior lights weren't working... it was the only time it happened and the staff was looking into the problem immediately. Additionally, access to the storage units from outside was tight a few times due to lots of parked cars and trucks but we managed regardless. Overall this was a great experience and I highly recommend uhaul storage.
Regina K | Overall ExperienceThe adjacent Honda dealership filled up the shared lane with vehicles stacked multiple levels deep every day, and U Haul trucks were often parked on the other side. This left very little space to maneuver a vehicle, load, unload, etc. Rental truck receiving area was often clogged with trucks coming in, completely blocking the storage unit access. I voiced my concern to two different managers, nothing was done. Access to the storage units was also restricted or blocked completely during a construction project on the Skytrain line (now completed), which made it extremely difficult to load/unload. No compensation, advance warning was provided, nor was there an apology forthcoming for the inconvenience . Waiting for counter service was very slow. Not uncommon to stand in line for 20+ minutes to speak with someone. Staff was friendly, many of the complaints were out of their control (except for the Manager).
