Jonny was super nice and helpful! He got me in and out with little wait time and even took my truck despite it being originally sent to Lisbon Ave gas station who were very rude and inconsiderate. They should take notes from Jonny.

On 2 different occasions with this rental I was given a quote and the charges differently. Was to 63.and some change to then be charged 88.and some change. The second time I was quoted 60 something then charged 152. This was talked about but was told that the remaining amount would be applied to the rental. Nothing was applied as well as there was supposed to be a credit added to the account but that wasnt added either. This was a horrible experience and I think when a amount is said that is what should be charged. Not some random amount.

Men at the counter had dreads and grey hair patch in the front very unprofessional & also was his co worker. We were there at about 5:30 at night on 1/18/2021. They gave us the keys to the truck & didn't even help us find the truck or go get the truck which ended up being all the way at the end of the parking lot. Also, they weren't very talkative to us but was definitely talkative to each other I felt like they didn't even notice me

Require that masks be worn inside of store by customers. Employees wore masks but not all customers. I don't even like moving into the same air cloud after someone without a mask leaves. Aerosols can infect you. And they float around like cigarette smoke.

I may be mistaken but recall the daily rate more in the neighborhood of $20. At checkout, it was $80 plus mileage. The prior renter was a heavy smoker also. Not what I expected. The staff at this site are very nice.

Drop off instructions, should be explained before leaving the store. The van need a oil change and there was other dash lights on . Should be repaired before sending anyone out in the Van .The windshield was so dirty . I had to clean a spot just to see out of it ....

The whole experience was just wonderful, my son & I were there under 10 minutes. I've been using Uhaul for well over 40 years Customer Service Rep Kyeona was exceptional she was also well spoken and took time explaining information I needed for the rental. Every now and then you are greeted by the experienced, polite, and polished young women that she is. She's an upgrade for Uhaul and I'll definitely be coming back. Gracias

I purchased the offered insurance, and then I was told that the insurance does not cover tires after there was an issue with one. When I asked questions regarding what is covered if tires are not, I received no response. I was also charged $193 Which is outrageous for a single tire!

They were giving me a hard time about gettin my deposit back because they didn't explain the return we didn't even get anyone to show us where our truck was we had to figure it out. Very rude!

I wanted to move my stuff out of shelter 4 days after my payment was due and had to pay the full month of usage which I thought was crazy. It should have been pro rated.

The facility was clean but prior to me utilizing the storage, I noticed a loose aluminum frame hanging from the ceiling. I mentioned it to worker who was assisting me but nothing was done.

My u-boxes were not shipped from Seattle to Milwaukee when requested. Too many extra fees for this and that. Also charged fo an extra month of rent because they could not get my stuff to me in time.

I tried reserving over phone and recieved a reserve confirmation number, however the in store persons did not find it in the system and needed to start over. They were friendly and quick.
