After leaving with the vehicle they’d sent me a text to check the vehicle and approve it with no damages and it is in good condition. I didn’t notice the text until much later. The could have mention it was coming. Other than that service was fine.

Honestly this was my best uhaul experience, EVERY SINGLE member was nice, professional & looked like they enjoyed their position. Thank you for making my 1st move into my new home a lot easier and also thank you for not over pricing your packaging supplies. The only thing I didn’t like is having to pay for the miles because I only used 7. There should be a complimentary 7 miles for in town use. But overall very good experience and clean, organized lot. And that fake police officer sitting in the window almost gave me a heart attack, please recycle him immediately lol

It was a very busy location that could benefit from a "runner" outside to help out the counter team members. Our customer rep was very helpful, but was clearly overwhelmed.

Customer service poor! The lady that waited on me stated that I had 24hrs to return the truck w/o any penalties. However, another employee said that there were other people waiting to rent the truck and I would be charged if not returned by 1pm

The customer service wasn’t good at all and the manager was the person who had a bad attitude. She was talking on a private call laughing and carrying on a conversation while I stand at the counter not being helped. And when I asked if I could get help she became upset and walked away still on her cellphone. I’ll never be back here again

I paid for a dolly and didn't get one and then charged me extra because the dolly wasn't on the truck in the first place now I'm waiting a refund that's taking for ever.

My original pick up site was at 87th and Lisbon. When i arrived to pick up the truck the manager said that he didn't have a truck because the person who rented it the day before didn't bring it back. He told me to call U-Haul to arrange for a different pick up site. To say the least this was maddening. Why wasn't there the courtesy extended to me to let me know sooner. I had my moving crew waiting and they had a limited amount of time to help me. This incident left a bad taste in my mouth for U-Haul although the folks at 76th and Appleton provided excellent service.

I paid for 20 miles & I only went 16 miles. I checked my bank account & noticed I was charged an additional amount but I don’t know why. The extra amount caused my bank account to be overdrawn & that caused my bank to charge me a $34 fee. Very disappointed! ??

We booked for a one way truck that was not well maintenanced. We spent $300 in gas and we barely made it to our destination. The truck also has a govoner on it and would barely go over 65mph. It was also jerking and shaking while driving... I spent extra money that I had not plan on using and was unable to refuel my car or the truck upon arrival to my destination nor take care of my important business due to not having my extra cash... What a horrible experience!!!

Possibly the worst customer service experience I've ever experienced. The personnel on-site were exceptionally rude and accusatory. I suspect I am not the only customer that has had this experience at this location.

The person that worked there charged me $20 to clean up a bag of chips. The uhauls store is right across the street from a gas station She could have just told me to go to the gstation and vacuum the truck Rather than charge me 20. Also she said I couldnt rent a pickup truck because I didn't have a major credit card I feel like that was bs. She profiled me. Rude lady Always look unhappy and no customer service skills at all

I am concerned because I did not receive my refund for the car dolly I cancelled nor my $100 dollar deposit for the return of the truck rental. It has been past my 3- 5 business day period in which I did not receive my funds. I call customer service and I am not satisfied with the responses I have been given for assistance. I would like someone to assist me ASAP. This is my 3rd attempt to receive some customer service that I can be satisfied with in resolving my issue. Kevin R House (414) 375-6951.

give correct sizes of trailer bed. ( inside ) I rented a 4 x 7 trailer and I had to uncrate my item to fit in the 38 plus inch wide trailer bed. If I ever need another one I will double check the bed size.

Truck had check engine light on, 3% oil life remaining, tpms warning light- front left sensor inop or absent, w tires under and over inflated. Did check all four at Kwik Trip using automatic inflator. The mobile web page check in kept dropping out after inputting return milage/fuel photo input. So I was unable to complete the return check in myself so I was subject to the 20$ fee.

Making sure the tire straps on the dolly are secured. I had one slip which resulted in a hazardous situation and roadside assistance came out to fix.

When I arrived and realized the 4' x8' trailer was too small for the furniture I was planning on moving the gentleman who was help us recommended the larger 5' x 8' trailer and stated it was the same cost. The he realized that I had signed up for a one way rental which I didn't need and saved half the cost of the rental by returning to the same location. Absolutely 100% satisfied experience !!!

This site was fine except very slow. It took me 1.5hrs to get my trailer. With that said, the initial facility that I made my reservation for had no one working there. I waited over a half an hour and nothing. All in all it was not a good experience and my final bill was $60 more than what I was told when I made the reservation.
