The inside of the truck was clean, but the outside definitely wasn't. It was very hard to see through all of the dirt and grime from the outside on the windshield and mirrors

Must have been a bad time; poor girl was stuck at the counter with a long line, but when I was helped they extended out the time I had with the van (rented for 2 hours, received 4 hours) and the extra time did end up helping.

When I dropped off the trailer the signage was very good. However the sign instructed you to stop and to stay in your vehicle and wait for someone to come out. But no one came out and I had to go inside so it's a little confusing.

The fuel was NOT between 3/4 and 7/8 (13/16 indicated on the gauge...) when I left with the vehicle at the start of the contract term... I did not remember to address this because of unmarked damage and issues with a purchase before I left with the vehicle at the start of the contract, I DID return it ABOVE 7/8 to avoid gasoline charges... however, more care should be taken in the future to 1) mark damages (there were a LOT of unmarked damages), 2) cite proper fuel levels... this was not a great expense; however, it was one I should not have borne... as 13 miles should have used less than a gallon of fuel, and I put in 2.8 gallons to ensure I wasnt charged...

Went to drop off the truck at this location, the person working told me I did not have a reservation to drop the truck off there and he would not accept the truck anyways because it was a 26 footer. It would block part of his parking lot out front. Told me to drive farther down the road to drop it off at a different location. Pretty unprofessional but what do I know, I'm just a paying customer.

1st we got a 17ft truck that had the catalytic converter cut off so it stunk bad and barely went. I had people passing me and giving me the "bird." 2nd they asked us how many mile we were driving we told them 20-30 miles. We drove 5.7 miles each way and made 2 trips. The gas tank only took $8.00. We returned the truck overnight. I got charged $65.10. On top of $134 saying we drove 177 miles and didn't put gas back in it. I have always used uhaul and have been a satisfied customer never any issues. I'm very upset.

No issues with this location but when I called I reached a call center that wasn't aware of other locations on Alexis rd. They we're willing to look but after getting the process going I realized it wasn't the location I wanted. didnt want to restart the lenghthy process so I just went with it. wish they would of made sure at the begining is all. no big deal tho it all worked out.

The strap going around the wheel on the car transporter was cut short so there was nothing holding the pass wheel down. I gave the guy I was buying the car from 5 dollars for a strap to hold it down. I alerted the drop off station

Better inspection by crew when. Picking up ewuipment. I rented a trailer and your guys hooked it up and checked the lights. The guy had me use the turn signals and said I was all set. I asked him about the tail lights and brake lights. He assured me if turn signals worked, then all lights were working. I SHOULD HAVE KNOWN BETTER, but was in a hurry so I left. After loading in Cincinnati I found right rear tire was VERY low, almost flat. After putting in a lot of air, all good until after dark. I found myself driving toward Washington with no trailer lights! Wound up at a rest area on my back redoing the wiring!!!! There was a problem with the plug on my truck, so I had to cut it off and strip the wires and tape them into trailer plug. Should have caught by your set-up guy. Could have fixed before I left the yard, and I wouldn't have been stuck on the highway at night repairing the problem. :(((

I called 4 days in advance to reserve a 5x9 trailer. The morning of my pick up I was called and told they did not have the requested trailer. I would need to drive farther away to pick one. up unless I could use a 4x8 size. Not happy!

The truck I rented was filthy, and poorly maintained. Had to roll the window down and push the mirror out every time I needed to change lanes. Food and dog or cat hair all over the inside of the cab, the box hadn't been swept . POOR SERVICE TO A LONG TIME CUSTOMER!!

The employees did everything they could to get the customers out on time and they did a great job, no matter the situation they stayed calm and Courteous . The company needs to figure out a way to make it easier for employees to handle this if it was to happen again! Great job guys keep up the good work!!

The truck was FILTHY, and hadn't been cleaned for some time. I could barely get the bug splatter off the windshields enough to see! The price advertised was NOT the price I ended up having to pay. The email address given, to ask questions about a free month of storage, THAT WAS OFFERED TO ME, doesn't accept messages unless you go thru INCONVENIENT steps. I give an overall rating of D. Thumbs down.

Computers and modem down on uhaul system at my pickup time, waited an hour, as folks were in front of me in line for when system returned. I stated that I preregistered but was told there was still things needed to complete in the system just not as much. Employee was helpful but pulled on my new purchased Flat 4 and 5 plug cap on wrong flat plug, broke a contact on it. Was using the flat 4 with this trailer and luckily he pulled the protection cap straight off on it to not break it. He spoke while hooking it up and was pleasant but I wasn't happy with the way the trailer was coupling on the ball. It is a “not great” universal type that will fit a 1 7/8”, 2”, and 2 1/8”. I have never heard of a 2 1/8” ball, So my standard 2” ball was sort of loose even with coupling all the way tightened. So trip begins and Every time you let off the gas to coast or brake it would clunk and shift, same with accelerating as well. I couldn't imagine how awful it would be with a 1 7/8” ball!? Uhg

I was told I had one size that was outside, told to finish my reservation online which I did. By the time I get to the store with the first load of hired help, the system is down. Can not find my reservation, card and code would not work. Upstairs unit. Trailers in the way making it extremely difficult to unload. Now have to get another unit which I CAN NOT afford and have to hire another crew to come help me. Not to mention the door didnt close last night. My crew was my extremely upset, we had to move a trailer to get in to upload. I was so embarrassed and will get out as soon as I can. I CANT AFFORD to pay for another unit while trying to rebuild as a single mother and get back into a house of our own. Very upset and literally cried over this.

Experienced a delay in rental pick up time because of internet outage. I was on a time budget. Asked associate if we could confirm rental on hard copy paperwork. Associate said everything was digital and he couldn't if he wanted to because he would have no idea how. Maybe train associates the tried and true method expecting something like that to happen again.

I booked the truck for a completely different location. Every email that I got had that other location listed. When I pull up to said location and sign in online, it now says that I have to drive 20 miles away to pick it up costing me an extra $40 in mileage because I was never told of the location change. Will shop different companies next time I am in need of a rental truck. Great customer service by the employees at the location but poor service by corporate.

I showed up and was meet by Trevor he was very cordial and Professional. I got in the U-Haul and there was just below a quarter tank of gas. I think it's silly that you should have to Get gas before you even start moving. I got in the truck and the seat was soaking wet. Obviously the window had been opened last night because the handle was full of water. I got the truck home open the backend and it was not clean at all. I had to sweep it out prior to loading the truck. I took the truck back tried to talk to the associate who did not identify himself and he seem too busy to entertain my complaints. The truck ran great there was no issues there. I just think your customer service could've been a little better and more professional.

Nobody answers the phone. I am always directed to the corporate office in Arizona. No wiggle room when customers are behind on payments. Locks shouldn't be put on 3 days after a late payment.
