Inform customers of all the rules and regulations. I was charged a return fee for bringing everything back after hours and before my time was up. I was never told that there would be a fee for this. The person told me I can return at anytime.

I have come to this location at least four times in the past two years. This was the worst service I have ever received here. Usually I walk in, am acknowledged, and receive service in a reasonable amount of time. Maybe five minutes or so depending upon how many customers were there. This time I had to wait 22 minutes. None of the three employees acknowledged me in the first ten minutes. When I was finally getting served I pointed all of this out to the person. He then began to articulate to me all of his troubles and that he books people depending upon how many reservations he has and he's continuing to go on and on. I don't have time for this so I tell him that I see that he can wax on about this, but that I need a truck. He turns to his computer, pauses, and then turns to me as says that he's not sure if he wants to rent the truck to me and starts going on about how I unnecessarily complained to him about the wait time. I immediately take out my phone and hit the record button. He sees that I do this (I record for the next two minutes of the exchange). We have a tense conversation and then he gets to actually renting me the vehicle. Turns out the individual is the general manager, Brandon I think his name was. If you would like the video of those two minutes I recorded I would be happy to provide it.

I showed up and there were 2 employees working, but the female just told me to ask the male. He was busy with several other customers, but he told me to just unhook the trailer and leave it anywhere. I didn't need to do any paperwork. I returned it a day early at 1 in the afternoon. Then I was emailed a receipt showing that it was returned at 7 in the morning the following day and charging me a $20 fee for after hours drop-off. The employees were rude and uncaring (maybe overworked), but I was not happy especially when I saw the $20 charge. I don't know if they just do this to see how many people will just pay it and not complain. However, I did call the 800 number and the $20 was refunded.

The vehicle had frost all over the windshields upon pickup. Had to wait for it to defrost. Also, didn’t know I was supposed to come back in another way to return so I had to turn around. I’m glad I had a smaller truck.

In the review criteria, you really need to separate wether the equipment was clean and well maintained from each other. The vehicle was in excellent condition but the exterior windows were filthy from bird droppings. Even rolling the windows down you heard crunching noises from all of the droppings. With that said, the gentleman that checked me out, helping me with the rental was excellent and well mannered. You could easily tell he works well with the public. He made the rental easy and also made it a relaxed atmosphere.

Have the associate listen to the customer and not reserve what they think the customer wanted. I requested they reserve a 5x9 motorcycle trailer. For some reason the U-Haul employees at this location only think the 4x9 is a motorcycle trailer. Lucky for me they still had a 5x9 available. They already had the 4x9 hooked up when I noticed it was not what I asked the clerk to reserve. The guy that took care of the problem said if you said motorcycle trailer you get a 4x9. Why ignore that I said 5x9? It all worked out! I am happy. I now know to check behind the person that makes the reservations.

Was charged 4 extra days because location didn’t walk there small yard and realize my trailer was there and I returned it. Very unhappy with this experience here after countless rentals from uhaul and a lot of money and time spent with uhaul. Uhaul should fix this issue.

I was not pleased with the trailer I rented. It’s stated dimensions were 6x12 feet. When I attempted to load a piece of equipment on the trailer, I discovered the opening in the back of the trailer was not 6-feet wide but 58-59 inches. My piece of equipment needed 62 inches clearance. We were unable to complete the job for which I rented the trailer. I returned the trailer in hopes Uhaul had a size meeting my needs, but no luck.

The location is great. The phone number listed for the location was "not in service". The 1-800 - Uhaul had a "20 minute hold time", so in an emergency we did as the website said "if miner accident / truck driveable continue and complete your move. Which we did.

DELIVER WAS DELAYED BY 3 DAYS WITH LITERALLY NO EXPLANATION. The person who actually delivered it was nice, but WHAT THE HECK on delaying by 72 hours?!?

The uhaul storage unit had fiberglass lining hanging down blowing on everything. The maintenance staff refused too fix it. I waited a hour hour. Per the management all the units have lining hanging.
