You can improve by having the computer match what is actually on the ground. I was originally supposed to pick up the trailer at a different location (MacArthur Street in North Little Rock). She did not have a trailer and my pick up location was changed . Did, however get a $10 credit due to the mix up.

Magnolia W.Inside the store is very clean. The truck I picked up wasn't. It also had a broken knob that controlled the air output location. It was broken off in defrost mode so I was unable to get the air conditioning to come out of the vents on a 100 degree day; it's important to have functional AC. I went back in the store and ask for another truck. They didn't have one to give; so Fredricka was super helpful. She was able to see where it was broken and get the air blowing back out the normal vents. Sadly; they didn't have another knob to give me, but I made it work in that setting.

My truck was filthy I had to sweep and mop both of them the second one looked like someone puked all over the walls the first one broke down on me and they told me to backpack all my stuff out of the truck to 65th Street from Cantrell and get another truck and I would tow mine that was the best solution that could come up with! I'm very disappointed in this place! And besides that they overcharge you all the time and don't even tell you when they're running your card or how much it's for!!!

I spoke with the representative which informed me they didn't have anymore units available and there was nothing he could do. I had to find another storage facility and get the truck turned back in with a hour a spare and it was close to everything closer. It was very inconvenient. Time and money wise.

I made it to the location at 8:55am thinking that one of the truck in the return bay was the one I had reserved. Their was a Uhaul employee named Shanell inside the building. She saw me outside trying to figure out what to do however she came to the window yelling that the store does not open until 9am. When she finally did come outside to assist me she told me that her pet peeve is customers coming to the store for assistance before the store opens. I feel that she needs more customer service training. He attitude was horrible and her customer service skill are deplorable. She has no respect for our customers and does not know how to defuse a hostile situation. I will not be visiting this location again as long as she works here. Even though I made it to the location before the store opened the way she greeted me as a customer was not acceptable at all. I myself am a customer service supervisor. If I knew that one of my employees treated a customer in the manner in which she treated me they would be terminated immediately.

However; I did have a few Issues with my Rental. 1- I had difficulty with accessing the entry Door to my Trailer due to rusting & oxidized components. Solution: grease &/or lubricate all mechanical components. 2- the electrical wiring harness were worn out, during my trip the wiring would not remain inserted into the Adapter- which ultimately led to me being pulled over by highway state officer & warned to get my lighting on trailer repaired - I could have caused an accident w/o proper lighting/brakes/turn signals. This led me to have to purchase a new wiring harness & adapter. This was not satisfactorily suitable to my liking.
