Workers are too slow checking in folks. The rental /drop-off process is too long, Needs to be streamlined. Peoples time is valuable ..The truck i had needs to be taken out of service. The location only had one employee on the sales floor which I feel for the amount of customer traffic was difficult for this employee to keep up. This employee was both professional in his attitude and detailed. I think Uhaul needs to take a closer look at staffing and also work on how it can reduce waiting times.Charles C.

Hire good managers that in-turn will hire good employees. The manager was busy with other customers but when he finally waited on me he had no pleasant personality. I tried to make conversation with him but it didn't go anywhere. He knew the contract and the equipment and tried to sell me insurance. The girl helping him told me she couldn't help me because she was clocking out soon and didn't want to get tied up. The grounds were nasty. Outside there was trash just laying around in the parking lot.Billy S.

I am very thankful I took the insurance out on the truck once again this location has indicated damaged to the truck that was present before I received as the contract shows at a morning check in when I picked up the truck at noon. My phone does not use the app you have for reviewing the truck before leaving the parking lot. There needs to be a management change at this location if you are expecting to keep loyal customers this type of issue that is used to cover up failures on the staff part to blame customers is not going to have me used this location again until new management is found.And these type of situations are resolved.Jerry K.
Why do you expect me to have a Quarter of a tank in gas when it was given to me on Empty. I drove 16 miles and put in $15.00 in gas. There was twice as much as when I started. Total Bull Shitmark S.

Been charged for damage that was on trailer when picked up. Associate took pic of damage on her phone prior to leaving. They spent most of the time talking about personal business and what they make then helping me check out.Chris H.
The wait was long! I had done everything online before I arrived! On the website it offered me free one month storage because of the truck rental but when I got to uhaul for some reason the website wouldn't let me redeem the coupon! The manager was somewhat rude & didn't try to help so I ended paying 94 for a 5x10â€¦if I had known that I could have went somewhere cheaper! A couple that was there left because they had been waiting 20 min just to purchase a box! I know like everywhere else there is a shortage of help but it was two of there! One inside & one out! First let me say the customer service was excellent! However there was only one person working on a Saturday afternoon and he was super busy not only working the counter but cleaning the vehicles. He hustled and kept a wonderful attitude. We waited 45 minutes and there were many angry customers. That guy deserves a huge raise for working in conditions like that and maintaining as he did.KIMBERLY S.

Just like in the first place, they wanted to do the return process themselves instead of my doing it on the app. The guy pointed out this "damage" that I didn't cause nor did I have any idea about. Ended up making up some random number that I had to pay immediately. I want my damn money back.Nicholas L.

Better customer service the entire staff each day I went was not professional and had to wait In Line for 2 hours each day. I purchased some pad to cover furniture but didn't used them because I had enough and customer service rep would not return nor refund me for them. He stated he could not even though the bag was never opened. He was rude each day I came in and could care less about his customers who were waiting in line. Jonathan Mills is the only reason I am extremely satisfied with my experience. Even though the store seemed short staffed and it was busy and I waited an hour to pick up my reserved truck. Jonathan is extremely dedicated to his position and the customers he served. Jonathan was extremely ill and physically sick. (We could hear him in the bathroom) however, this did not deter him from taking care of his customers even though it took longer than expected. As a company or franchise because of the poor treatment of your manager, I will NOT be recommending this location to ANYONE. Until the treatment of the employees drastically improves.ARTHUR D.

When renting a trailer, I would recommend that the ordering process online CLEARLY states that a wiring harness for brake lights/turn signals is REQUIRED for a rental. While this may seem obvious to you, I had to reschedule a pickup from ~10 days ago b/c I was not allowed to rent the trailer when I arrived at pickup b/c I didn't have a wiring harness. At no time during the online reservation process was this requirement made clear, though there was information about a 'hitch inspection'. I honestly didn't think about the lights until I came for pickup, and was frustrated that I had to change my reservation due to this lack of communication. The reservation from Sat 6/8 went very well, and the people and equipment were excellent. Gracias.Jonathan C.

I was booked in early while I still had the vehicle, dropped it off in the proper location (in Windsor) and this made a massive inconvenience and charged me an additional $1000 on top of the $674 I already paid.
