The person that helped me at the counter was apparently new. He had no idea how to check me in with my reservation. He also was the person that hooked up the trailer to my car. He did not tighten the trailer to the car and two miles later the trailer came off and smashed into the back of my car creating damage to my vehicle. I also bought a trailer ball for my hitch which he installed. He did not install properly. I showed him the instructions and he redid it. This employee definitely needs to be trained better.

Was charged 100 dollar extra for “fuel service” and gas (8gal) for moving a fridge with a round trip of 18 miles. I put 2 gal of gas in it upon returning the vehicle. I should have gotten a receipt from the gas station but it wasn't something I thought I needed to do. Since the place was only staffed by 1 person I returned the car without doing a full walk around and gas check so to my surprise the hit me with fake fees. So who ever is reading this, take a picture of the gas gauge before and after returning it. Don't just drop off the keys, do a full walk around so you don't get over charged like I did.

It's been a learning experience on both ends. I like the new system in place as the alarm goes. But my card didn't work a couple of times and the employees were very helpful and understanding. We all got some exercise in today. Keep hiring friendly people. They are doing an amazing job 

Nothing. Employee who helped me initially was professional and knowledgeable and provided excellent customer service. I dealt with the second employee when I returned the uhaul. He provided excellent customer service and was polite. Both need a substantial raise as well as their supervisor since that is exemplary amazing customer service all around. In today's world, one is lucky to get one employee if that who provides excellent service.

Not much, this went as smooth as it could possibly go. Both gentlemen I met at pick-up and drop-off sites were courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. The process and agreements were clear and easy to understand, the vehicle was in great shape, the move and ride went smoothly, and the drop-off was as simple as delivering the keys. The hardest part was moving in the heat, but that's what I get for moving in July!

not when did not leave reviews but 06.25.22. I have seen the best staff in the entire planet. In the morning, the girl gave me a truck in 5 minutes in the evening when I handed over the truck, I received it in 3 minutes and returned my purchase. were very polite and nice! Best wishes to you!

The truck number that was originally assigned to was not at the lot. So I had to call costumer service. I was on hold for a very long time, only to be told to go to a different location. This error was not on my end yet I lost over an hour of my reservation which was not accommodated.

The woman that rented the truck on the morning pick up was helpful. The Moving Help service was not good. I never received a 6 digit code to provide. I ended up having to pay in full cash after the move. I need the intitial $560 charged to my card refunded.

I reserved a 20' truck well in advance for a move. The day before the move, I was told all they have is a 15' foot truck. That meant double the gas because of two trips instead of one. When I picked up the truck, five pads were in the truck instead of 24. The tire had a screw in it, so I was then given another truck. The new truck didn't have a lock on it like the first one did. After returning the truck, the return process on the website didn't work. I was then assured that the phone number would work if the app didn't. The number went straight to voicemail. The next day I was charged an obscene amount of money for mileage. Again…it's not my fault I was given the wrong truck. UHAUL should be called UFAIL…Never again…I should be refunded my money fully!

The truck smelled of weed and urine. It was not cleaned properly and they tried to charge us a cleaning fee for the smell. It always had an engine issue so we didn't get to use it the full day as needed and had to wait around for a technician to come look at it.

I returned my rented dolly and the employee looked busy and made me feel like I was bothering her. I asked twice for a receipt showing I returned the dolly. She told me twice she sent the receipt. I have yet to receive a receipt showing the dolly was returned. She did not even ask my name or phone or email. Terrible service.

I rented a pickup truck for 2 days, April 8-10. I returned the truck on the 9th at 6pm, but I never received an email stating my final charges. Instead I get a call on Monday, April 11th asking why I didn't return the truck. I am not at all satisfied with this store because new management now requires you to call and verify your insurance covers this type of rental. As a result, I was forced to accept the $50 insurance because I didn't want to sit on hold for 20 minutes with my insurance company for verification. That information should have been requested at the time I reserved the truck. I also called the location on the 10th to ask for a receipt and still didn't get my final charges. I asked again for a receipt when the person called on Monday and still have not received one. I returned the truck a day early and I'm sure I didn't use the mileage that I estimated so at this point I want a full refund because this is ridiculous. I'll never use this location again no matter how convenient it is to my location/destination.

I rent at least 1 or twice a year from this facility. I have soon so for at least 4 years. My last experience was not so grate. There was a young man that was working hard to help the customers. His co worker got there late. She showed up what looked like she was halfway asleep. She was saying sorry I was late. Someone came to the door and said when you are ready I need to get propane. Instead of going thru the customers that are in line she helped the person before me and then went to help with the propane. I was there before that person. Then I was watching her just talk to the man. I went outside to ask her how much longer I would have to wait. I had to go to work. She said she was helping another customer. I told her I was there before he was. The customer apologized to me. He asked if she was alone. She said she was training the new employee. When she came in to help me she asked what kind of truck I came to get. I told her I had a reservation for a van. She gave me the key and just printed the receipt and gave it to me. Just a thought maybe a sign posted at the propane tank saying. To get propane please get in line inside the store. I understand when people are busy I patiently wait. I also notie this is the third time I rent and the gas is not the correct gas that is in the truck.

Josh took great care of me and my pickup experience was smooth, quick and in just a few minutes, I was off an running. Drop was equally easy and I probably wasn't there more than 5 minutes to drop and unhook the trailer, checkout and be on my way.

I cannot say enough good things about Betty and the Staff at the 47th and Stockton Location. EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEM is remarkable. They are friendly, helpful, accommodating, professional. When I moved my parents from LA, Betty had the largest storage unit with the best prices, I was happy to rent from her. I have had my unit for two years and every interaction with the Staff strengthens my opinion of them. I would drive from across town to purchase items from them. Sadly they don't have a car dolly or I would cancel my reservation with the Citrus Heights location and rent it from 47th. You will NEVER be sorry for choosing to rent or purchase from Betty Hay and her staff at 47th and Stockton.

A SOLID FIVE STARS across the board! This Uhaul center and storage facility is the best I have ever used. Customer service was there for me every step of the way. I want to first say that having a storage here for 1 year time now has been great. I've had nothing but a great experience. From the staff to the hours to the convenience of the location. Here is what I would like to see improved. The sign in method (card swipe) does not turn off the alarm system if the alarm goes off. I would want a better system that allows a card swipe to turn off the alarm when staff is not around to turn it off. Other than that the experience I've had at Uhaul whether that is the transportation aspect or the storage unit has been nothing short than a quality experience. 5 stars in my book!
