This 15' truck was rented by me initially in Perrine, Fl as a ONE WAY to Orlando, FL.on 11/19/2021. It got dropped off at 6112 Forest Road, Orlando, FL on Saturday evening 11/20/2021!!!!! This same Truck got rented at the Orlando,FL. location and it was a ONE WAY ALSO, However SYLVAN ADAMS SOMEHOW LOOKED INTO THE SYSTEM AND SAW MY RENTAL AND CANCELLED IT TO A ROUND TRIP AND CHARGED IT TO MY ACCOUNT. IF THIS PERSON HAD DONE THEIR DUE DILIGENCE WHEN THE PERSON, WHO DROPPED IT OFF PROBACLY AFTER HOURS, HE/SHE WOULD HAVE SEEN SOMEONE ELSE DID A ONE WAY FROM ORLANDO WITH THE SAME TRUCK. I GOT CHARGED AGAIN $226.34 FOR BEING OVER 2 DAYS, WHEN IN FACT IT WAS TURNED INTO ORLANDO A DAY EARLIER. I WOULD LIKE THIS PERSON TERMINATED BECAUSE OF PURE NEGLIGENCE AND FINANCIAL LIABILITY. THIS NEW CHARGE NEEDS TO BE CORRECTED IMMEDIATELY.MICHELLE K.

The vehicle was in poor condition. It was shaking and had a bad burning smell coming from the engine. Then I was given a different vehicle from the one I reserved and up charged for it unknowingly. The customer service girl was rude carrying on with personal conversation on the phone and different associates in the store instead of trying to give quick service seeing that she had a line forming with other customers. I was told that I could pay with cash but she requested a card and placed a 100 dollar hold on my card for the rental. This experience was terrible and I wouldn't come to this location again. At least the manager tried to rectify the situation in the end when I complained about why I was overcharged but not for the safety concern of the poor condition the vehicle was in.ROBIN W.

I was notified at the last minute, after having a long standing reservation that my truck size had changed, and the location. The people at the initial location wouldn't tell me where the new location was, so I spent half an hour on the phone getting the new address. So I was sent an extra 3.5 miles north into the middle of rush hour traffic, in the opposite direction I was traveling in. Threw the entire day off. However, the guy I picked the truck up from in the morning was very good.PETER W.

1. Open doors at time posted for business!. I waited an hour with 3 other customers outside gate on Sunday.The employee said he was alone and couldn't open doors. We got very upset with him. We observe him open exit gate and got keys from drop box, drove that vehicle entering in building thru exit door and started processing return on a car that was left outside building after us. I couldn't drop my keys on drop box. because I rented a trailer that hitch on back of my pick up. My trailer was not clean when I received it on Saturday for 24 hrs rentaI, I took pictures and called it to customer. On Sunday door should open at 9 am but they where late doing so but we where waiting outside since 8am. The employee said we are charging your credit card for 2 days since I am late returning, when is not posible to return at 8:am on a Sunday when they open door at 9:am. However, this Sunday they open late due to short staff, what a shame. However after speaking to manager on phone , u haul reverse my 2 day charge Back to my debit cardMARIA J.

I would have to say that returning the van was not a good experience at all. As I pulled up to the location (at 5:07pm), there were 2 associates preparing to leave and walking to their car. As I tried to get assistance from the first associate (who was parked directly in front of the door , he completely ignored me. He just got in his car and started it and drove away. As I walked over to the 2nd associate that had gotten in a black car, I politely said hello and asked for her help. She looked me straight in my face and rolled up her window and drove off. It is very disgusting that U-Haul employs individuals like this that can't even take 2 minutes out of their day to help a customerâ€¦.even at the end of the work day. To be ignored and dismissed like that does not make me feel like a valued customer at all and I will be reporting this incident to corporate. People like them should never be able to assist customers in any way. Shame on both of those individuals!!!!!Kiona C.

At first you guys changed the pick up address because they said they don't have a cargo van where I reserved. Next, I went to 2460 NW 36th street, This place was terrible that the person who organize the truck, she already went another place and do nothing even my reservation was 14:00 oclock.. The guy, who received the truck when i came back to drop off the truck, turned on the truck and started to accelerate the truck several times, then they guy left the truck on and made men wait like 10 minutes with truck on and also i saw him again accelerating it many times, then the guy came to me and told me that i have to pay the gas. I told him that it was illogic that i have to pay for gas because i used the truck just 5 miles and refilled one gallon before to the drop off.They guy was Un respectfully skinny guy, black hair, it seems like a kid. No serious person for this kind of job and no sense of customer service. I have been doing business several times in this location and i know this services they gave me it is no normal. Disappointed 100%. I am business with the uhaul account for more than 2 years.TONY F.
