Location has sign posted of 24/7 returns but nowhere to return equipment. Gate locked early. Had to call to be sure equipment was picked up and checked in. Store need a better after hour return system.
Dave T.The cars in the location did not have a ramp they were broken and at the time of the pick up the car has a 1/8 tank and I was ripped with 1/4 gas to bring it back!
Dean G.This was my 2nd time getting a rental from that location. The same young lady that takes our info...has no personality..she doesn't smile..doesn't engage in conversation. Just..license..do you want insurance? NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS AT ALL. I received a dirty van. Apparently, who ever was in there prior was smoking and there were ashes on the seats. As i proceeded to step in a couple of roaches scattered. My husband complained and the young man that gave us the van, said, yea, I saw that. My husband said, then why would you give it to us like that? He then proceeded to clean it. As I stated, customer service at this location is terrible.
Harvey Q.My original pick up location did not have the trailer I reserved when I arrived to pick up. The attendant told me that the previous renter had not returned the trailer, however the reservation was still confirmed to me even thought the trailer had not been returned and I did not receive any notification. Upon calling uhaul my reservation was changed to the NW 36th street location.
Jose B.Can improve by simply paying attention. When I returned the vehicle, I drove directly by a tent with about five staff members having lunch. No one looked up or signaled to me. I parked the truck, walked pass the tent with everyone eating (again no recognition) and went inside. No one was there. After a few minutes, someone walked by and said I was not supposed to be inside, and that they has a temporary setup outside. I walked out to the tent and asked if this is where I drop off the key. They looked up from their lunch and said to leave it on the table.

Marko A.Upon arriving, the attendant told me that per his manager's instructions customer cars could not be parked on the lot and I needed to find a place off site to park it. The pick-up location is not in a good neighborhood so I was very concerned about leaving my car in an unsafe place. I suggest you allow customers to park their cars in the fenced in area.

One employee was assisting a client. I went to the second employee a lady she didn't even help me she just dismissed me and told me to to over and wait on there associate. She could have assisted me but failed miserably at her job.
Jonathan U.To Clarify a few things, first the young lady who attended to us was not very informed on all the storage protocols of the facility, like the Uhaul rep in Tampa who provided insight on all the offers, once I pick up my truck. Their a corporate facility and they offered certain deals and I was told most corporate facility should also honor the same deal. Was willing to pay for the entire year, but was not given any incentive to do so. Now the two young gentlemen upon my return of the truck were more helpful.

I called customer service and they informed me that my pickup time had been changed to 9 but I was not made aware of that. I spend over an hour on the phone with four different people trying to get the situation figured out and was told I would be reviewing a $50 voucher for the inconvenience but everyone after that person that I asked about it brushed it off and just passed me to another person. We needed up just having to wait the two hours to pick up the truck when they opened. The situation turned out fine but it was still frustrating.

Tried calling the number given if help was needed and no one answered the phone. At 7:00 pm all the employees were exiting the building. Was not explained about the drop off box and was charged an extra day.

So I found a new storage and cheaper near the area and brand new facility. And I was informed if I wanted automatic payment which at U-haul they never offered, And their prices are extremely high I only used them for 1 month because that was the only storage available.

BRENDA T.I understand that the trucks get inspected upon return but they do NOT get inspected when you pick them up. The tire pressure of several tires were extremely low, 35 when it was supposed to be 80. Getting on a 2 day road trip going North in the winter with the tire pressure off is scary and totally unsafe. In addition, the truck was never wiped down so it had spilled coffee or soda all over the console, it was gross. With the amount of money I spent ($2000) I should not have had to stop to put air in the tires and wipe down the dash of the truck, it was a major inconvenience. There was plenty of staff at this location to have these types of issues.

I had LYFT waiting for us to transfer luggage. The check in person lied about our time arrived. We arrived shortly after 9am and they show 11:04 check in on my email receipt. Bad location to return equipment. My last time with U Haul

The person working with us had absolutely no knowledge of anything that was storage unit related.
