I attempted to return the truck and trailer during the posted business hours and upon my arrival at this location, there was a hand written note on the door stating that the location had closed an hour early. I was able to return my rental via the app, and was satisfied with the ease of use.Allen S.

It's hard to review something I only saw the parking lot of. Creative use of space but I'm marking it down for not clearly sign posting their entrance more for at night. I ended up going backwards through bank drive thru.Ian T.
The stall that was given to me was still full and he moved me over to the next stall that he said was larger but it did not look like it to me. And I have to pay more then I was quoted. I am glad it is going to be temporary until I get a larger home and I will be measuring it when I go back. But it is nice and clean other then having to pay almost $25.00 more a month and a stall that might be smaller.patricia t. | First Impressions

There is a real disconnect between the reservation process and actual rental process. Business processes are extremely inflexible. Incredibly difficult to get a hold of the correct person to handle an issue.Joseph S. | Overall Experience
The 31st and Main st. Location was very helpful, got me on the road with the car dolly I needed quickly, and was just all around a nice group of guys. Will definitely drive out of my way to go to this location againHOLDEN J.
The lady at the Uhaul place gave me a great run through of everything I had to do with the Uhaul...where/when to return, not to fill up past the current gas level, how much everything would probably cost. She failed to mention anything about the $30 service fee for filling up the gas. If I had known about this charge I definitely would have filled up myself. Also, when I returned it, I did not get a recipt or confirmation email/text. I had to call the location upwards of 10 times before someone finally picked up and figured it out. On a Friday, you should have multiple people inside for customers. The manager was the only one inside and had to leave the store to take another customer up to her new storage unit. Why couldn't one of the guys outside do it? My truck was sitting outside ready to go which was nice.Brian H.

The location was very understaffed. Only one employee for a location that is open on Sundays. Everyone had to wait a long time, and she was doing a great job of engaging with all the people there. However, from a business perspective I wouldn't want to leave the store unattended because the only employee had to help someone outside. Again, she did a great job but was clearly getting pulled all around.Mike L.
PLEASE ALIGN THE TIRES. The vehicle pulled to the sides and it was difficult to remain in my lane. The cargo bay was also very dirty when I received the vehicle and there was a piece of someone's furniture inside the cabin.david C.

I went to the wrong store to get the van. Fortunately, they had a van I could use. I thought the system would notify the other location that I was picking up at a different location than where I had the reservation made. It didn't so I had a couple of calls from the correct location when I was a no-show. I felt bad and would like to have Bernburg told to call over there to cancel. It all worked out fine and everyone was really great. Maybe just remind people if they do what I did, to call and cancel the reservation.Amy C.

During this time of crisis and uncertainty. My daughter is at university in Kansas City and we live in Canada . It was a rush and a panic to get my daughter home then to hear a day later her school was closing and she needed to be out of her dorm in 3 days . Nicole was an amazing help with setting everything up online and over the phone , as where the 3 call centre Agents I needed to speak to . Your staff has been an amazing help and comfort . We got everything moved in and secured by my daughter's roommates. .
