Joe G.Improve communication between the employees. And notes to the rental in process for new information. I call in advance around 6:45PM to know if it was ok to return the car a bit late, after my reservation ending at 7PM. I was tell by a first employee that everything was okay and received the instructions on how to give it back if the store was close. When I arrived last minute at 8PM, a second employee welcomed me to get back the car and was professional but told me that a third employee inside was mad at me. Afterwards, I noticed two invoice messages of presumably the third employee complaining of me being late, without notice, and making wait a family that reserved the car after me. For that, I'm sorry, it was never the intent. Maybe the first employee didn't look for my car to be available after 7PM, before telling me it was ok. Clearly the first and third employee didn't talk together.
Valerie-Anne C.I paid 250.00 plus 60.00 in gas . Not what I had expected. Apparently I was charged for 2 days and then the price per mileage was insane then 32.00 for insurance which was not negotiated in first place. I doubt I’ll use your service next month

joudia j. | First ImpressionsThe 24/7 pick-up website had a bug: when I was prompted to upload a picture of the gas tank level (since it was different from the one displayed), the website would not recognize that I had taken a picture (telling me in red font that the picture was mandatory) but when I would try to take another one, it would tell me that I had submitted the maximum number of pictures. I refreshed and retried a couple of times and the bug was consistent. In the end I went to the counter and the employees were very helpful and understanding.

She took care of me jun 2022 I was desperate to find a storage space during high peek moving season She reassured me she would find me a room and she did . She as took the time to help me with a disagreements I have with U-haul for charging me a full month when I moved out . I purchased a new condo and only found out 2 weeks prior to the moving date Oct 15th and u-haul locked me in until Nov 11th I feel it was injust and Micheline reassured me once again she would help me Micheline is an excellent employee that is very empathetic and serviced me with class

Il s’éteignait au bout d’une demi heure dans le corridor, ce qui fait qu’on ne pouvait pas voir ce qu’on voulait entreposer ou retirer. Je crois que la durée d’éclairage s’est améliorée dernièrement. J’ai toujours été incapable d’ouvrir le cadenas. Il fallait que je sois accompagnée d’un homme pour l’ouvrir.Aussi, je ne me sentais pas en sécurité dans les longs corridors. Il faudrait quelque chose pour bien indiquer qu’il y a des caméras et que les corridors sont surveillés.

The problem was INSIDE my storage unit WHERE I DISCOVER A DEAD, DRIED-UP MOUSE AND MOUSE DROPPINGS EVERYWHERE! ...AND I had to sweep it up in order to hand over the storage unit clean. The very reason why I rented out a storage was because I was away and wanted to avoid repurchasing new stuffs once I came back but looks like I need to buy replacements after all, what a waste. The online payment system always crashes so it is really unreliable. Also there was a rent increase which I was not informed of.

Vos avis disciplinaire font peur, comme la confiscation du véhicule si on a le malheur de stocker des gallons de peinture. Il faut faire attention.

NOEL V. | First ImpressionsThe manager, Micheline Beauregard, helped me in a moment of crisis when a rude and abusive mover left my things outside of my storage. She spoke with the police on my behalf and learned more about this mover and had him banned from all U-Haul facilities to protect those who use the facilities. She also checked the video footage of this mover to confirm that he stole two items of furniture from my belongings. After I spoke with the police, the mover eventually came back and returned my two items to avoid arrest. Staff who came later came to see if I needed assistance as well. Excellent staff, very kind, friendly, and professional. I would recommend this facility to anyone.
