I reserved my 4'*8' trailer online for Sunday, Oct. 17th at 10am, I had to wait almost 2 hours before getting it as there was a long lineup and only 2 clerks at the cash register. Also, they did not have any 4'*8' closed trailers left so I had to take a 5'*8' trailer instead so I had to pay extra for it. I was not impressed with the long wait time of 1h45. There should have been 1 line for online reservations and another one for walk-up reservations, as to make it a lot quicker. I hope this will be rectified in the future.PAOLO P.
I arrived at my pick-up time of 10 am. There was a substantial line with 2 receptions open. It took me 20 minutes to get to the reception. While waiting, I noticed that one of the two customer service reps had finished with his client and was not engaged in any other work but was not taking any more clients. Finally another reception opened up. The customer representative was quite unpleasant. It was evident that he did not want to be there. He was uncommunicative to the point of being rude. Once my online reservation was confirmed, I proceeded to the exterior to pck up the truck. I was greeted with the same negative attitude by the attendant. I had booked the truck for 6 hours and returned it after 4. I thought that perhaps it was just a rough start to the day and perhaps the mood would have improved by the afternoon. This was not the case as the employee who received the truck and checked was equally unpleasant. This was my first time with U Haul, my other truck rental experiences with other suppliers have been positive. I have to say I found dealing with this branch, disagreeable.JERRY J.
I had reserved a trailer online. When I went to pick it up, after 2 hours of waiting, they gave me a trailer with broken brick light. They said we have no time to repair. If you want go with this if no we cancel your reservation. They have other trailer available but they refused to change the reservation just because of extra office work. I rented a heavy equipment trolly with a truck. When ready to start loading the truck we realized there is no ramp. We couldn't do the move. Rented for nothing. Customer service is a reel crap. It took 1:30 to get the truck even with a reservation. The guy at the counter (Jamal out something like that) Treated me like crap, yelled at me and bullshitted me with the wrong price. When I told him, he yelled at me and followed me in the parking insulting me. I will call tomorrow to make a complain. This was the last time even I rent something there. I prefer paying more and/or going farther than return there.PATRICE L.
I had reserved a truck for 9:30 am October 17. I arrived at 9:25 and waited an hour in line before speaking to the person at the desk. I had hired a man to help me move a couch. I received the truck at approximately 10:45 am. It was so long to get the truck that I will not rent again. The person I hired to help had another job that he arrived to late because I was unable to get the truck at the time I reserved it for. It ruined everyones day.Susan D.

I tried to use the app as the location was busy but the app was unable to accept any oicture I tried to submit. Since there were only two clerks at the front desk, it was pretty frustrating. Had thesame issue with pictures when trying to return the truck. As for the truck the truck's condition, the radio display was busted making it difficult to change channels.GAETAN B.

It was just complicated with the application mobile to answer the last question at my return truck and it didnt write right things and putt ok to finish so i just put it back the keysJulie D.
First, you website crashed when I tried to do an online reservation, so I call to do it. They complete the reservation on phone and confirm me that I can bring back the trailer to another location with the application. When I arrived at uhaul St-Hubert, It took an hour in line to have service and have my trailer, also they inform me that It will cost more than 40$ to bring back the trailer to Brossard, on the phone they just told me that I can bring back wherever I want. It was an important information. One hour to have my trailer on a 8 hours location, it makes a big difference. An employee told me that it was this situation all the time.... At least, when I bring back the trailer I used your application and it didn't work, the photo didn't upload and I cannot complete the return. We tried it on two different cell phone and it was the same problem. I need to call your company again for the return. not so easy with your service...STEPHANIE L.

First of all, Compared to other store places you guys over charge. Second, my credit card expired and i received a new one and it slipped my mind me calling you guys to update. So since your people took down my phone number wrong, I never received any calls regarding my payments. No emails until the final one saying my stuff was gonna be auctioned. I have rented a truck, but after receiving at home and check it, I saw that there is no ramp into truck. This was a bad situation for me. Please advise your employees to check everything is OK. and then they rent the car/truck.Aziz A.
Although I checked in online, I still had to wait in line 30-mins along with everyone else to get the contract processed, and there's no where to park. The return was much better, similar to a car rental - the employee on the lot handled it from his mobile phone.Michael S.

While the location did everything right, I found the return process annoying. From wasting time having to chance my mobile settings for location, to loading pictures and having difficulties finding an available spot to leave the trailer, I felt more like a uhaul employee than a customer. Finally, we were not able to use the trailer. It is 6*12 alright, but the ramp door was too narrow.Bruno D.

The storage unit had holes in the roof and leaked water over all of my belongings for 18 months. When I opened the door everything was covered in black mold. Most of my furniture was priceless antiques, well over 150 years old. I was crushed, I had to get rid of my clothes, linens, furniture, anything that wasn't ceramic or stainless was destroyed completely. Toutes mes choses étaient couvertes d'urine et de crottes de souris. Quand j'ai ouverts mes boîtes, il y avaient des crottes de souris en dedans. Les souris ont mangé mes meubles, chier partout dans les boîtes. Le pire c'est que lorsque j'ai trié mes choses en jetant 1/3 de mes possessions chéris dans la poubelle, et j'ai déménagé ce que j'ai gardé dans mon appartement, il y avait des souris vivant dans mes boîtes!! Donc je suis enragée et traumatisée par rapport à cela et je ne recommenderais JAMAIS cette service. ====================================================== All my things are covered in rat droppings. The rats ate through my furniture and boxes, leaving poop all through my things. I sorted through my stuff to throw out 1/3 the ruined things and most damaged stuff.
