HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Had a long wait to talk to a very unfriendly staff. When returned the lady who check the van was extremely rude and later I noticed they over charges me for the gas which I already filled up. Worse experience with truck rentals.KOOROSH K.

Uhaul a de tres bons Ã©quipements et de bons prix. Le problÃ¨me est le staff. Ils ne se soucis pas des clients. Ils peuvent passer de l'arriÃ¨re boutique au comptoir des dizaines de fois pendant plus de 15-20 minutes sans dire un commentaire ni mÃªme un regard aux nombreux clients qui attendent en ligne et dÃ©couragÃ©s. Celle qui m'a servi Ã passÃ© son temps Ã me lancer des petites phrases sarcastiques pour tenter de me faire sentir mal. Autre chose, tout les document ne sont qu'en anglais (au QuÃ©bec) SincÃ¨rement, j'y retournerai puisque c'est pres de chez moi, l'Ã©quipement est bien entretenue et les prix sont bons, mais je dÃ©teste interagir avec les employÃ©s qui n'aiment pas leur travail.ERIC M.

I uploaded my drivers' license front and back and when I appeared in person I still had to give my license to the representative. In this time of covid I thought I could avoid someone handling my personal effects but it seems this is not the case. Why bother to have your customer upload the photos at all.Robert D.

1. Employees are slow, causing me to lose time on my contract. Please encourage them to move with a sense of urgency, or change location layout to reduce time wasted in movement. 2. Equipment had an oil warning message on instrument panel. When I informed staff, they told me that equipment oil was OK but Instrumentation was malfunctioning. Not encouraging!noah S.

1- The location is desperatly lacking a customer parking. I can understand a normal car rental to have little parking as you rent a car when you dont have one in the first place, but trucks are rented when your car is too small. having to park 6 corners away and hope the legal parking spots for the whole day arent already all taken is dumb. 2-I requested 2 boxes of protection towels, when i got back from parking my car miles away i was given the truck expecting the towels to be inside, they were not, i was refunded when i came back, but i was renting them because i needed them, and I had none to use. at my destination. 3- truck was empty of fuel when i got it, evaluation said 1/4, but I drove only one block before getting a warning that it had less then 50mile of range so i feel it had less then that. filled it up ( about 160$), returned it with half a tank more then when i got it, didn't get any compensation for that half tank i gave you.JEAN-FRANCOIS F.

Very very bad experience. I had to wait 45 minutes in a line up before being served. When I finally get to the staff, the reservation made the day before on the phone (received by email and text message) wasn't done properly so the truck ordered wasn't reserved for me. I had to take a bigger one even if I am not comfortable driving it. I had no choice!!! After this very bad experience of 1h30 total, the guy who gave me the truck was rude and impolite. What can you ask more as bad experience??? Moreover, the computer to finalize the transaction to get the truck was very slow. Ridiculous! Do you care about your customers???Stephanie L.

They gave me the key, said everything was in the truck. The gas level on the paper wasn't the good one. They told me to take a picture and I did. Once home, I realized that the moving blankets were not in the truck. Finally, when I drop off the truck, they billed me for the gas and for the missing blankets.BENOIT P.

AgrÃ©e retournons, i Wars charges $60 for gas and $30 for gas services. I was not informed of those charges at least verbally, when I was renting it. The gasoline meter is not digital and it was unclear how you calculated the gasoline volume to refill. In short, I am frustrated with theses lacks of explanation and information and of overwhelming ways of doing business of your organization. The only problem I had was the front desk staff were late. The doors should open at 07:00. I was there at 06:45, waiting outside, there were 4 other people besides myself also waiting in line outside. At 07:05 the front desk agent enters the building and opens the front door. Then at about 07:20 a 2nd front desk agent arrives and starts work. Why can't employees be on time ?NORMAN B.

The Truck has a number of issues. Proper lubrication is missing. Simple lube with WD 40 would make a huge difference. Drivers Door Hinges Rear Door Rollers Enable to use supplied lock. First of all, Compared to other store places you guys over charge. Second, my credit card expired and i received a new one and it slipped my mind me calling you guys to update. So since your people took down my phone number wrong, I never received any calls regarding my payments. No emails until the final one saying my stuff was gonna be auctioned. The storage unit had holes in the roof and leaked water over all of my belongings for 18 months. When I opened the door everything was covered in black mold. Most of my furniture was priceless antiques, well over 150 years old. I was crushed, I had to get rid of my clothes, linens, furniture, anything that wasn't ceramic or stainless was destroyed completely.
