Customer before was treated like crap And my gf and I were treated like crap Owner doesn’t respect his customers and doesn’t respect his business. I don’t care how bad of a day you’re having, you don’t treat customers like that. Sorry Uhaul, this reflects extremely bad on you. Hope you guys talk to him and get this cleaned up because this will erode with your image big time.

This was the 5th location in an attempt to return the trailer. Various doubtful reasons were given to refuse the trailer. This is unacceptable. Better control on local agents and more flexibility are essential for good customer service.

I have been using this particular location for several years. I had rented a storage space there as well as moving trucks (several occasions) and all my transactions were handled efficiently and professionally. Price is always a factor of course but I did find access to the storage facility a little inconvenient. 24-7 would have been nice.

Not all damages indicated completely. i got the impression that they hope that we miss the damages so as to make you responsible for them. i walked away feeling that the dealer is not completely upfront. i spent a half hour insisting to mark the vehicule for damages. i returned the vehicule without problem or surcharges due to careful review of vehicule.

Frustrating after hours drop off requirements Either get rid of the after hours drop off requirements (contacting UHAUL by cell phone etc.) altogether or provide free in-house wifi with direct access to the exact uhaul web page with CLEAR and SIMPLE instructions. E.G. Returning a vehicle? (click) Type in contract number and we tell you where to aim your camera. ------- (click) Don't ask redundant questions like, Do you have an account, or what's you email and password etc.

J'ai loué un camion aujourd'hui pour déménager des affaires personnelles. Durant l'inspection du camion lors de la prise de possession ce matin, on ne m'a jamais expliqué que je n'avais pas le droit d'entrer le camion dans mon garage et on n'a jamais pris le temps de faire l'inspection du toit du véhicule. Lors du retour de camion, on me dit que les "pin" jaune sur le toit sont brisés et je dois payer pour la réparation des égratignures sur le toit. Je n'ai aucune idée si les égratignures étaient déjà là où non, l'inspection n'ayant jamais été fait le matin ... le tout m'a coûté un 200$ que je n'avait jamais prévu. Pourtant je loue un entrepôt depuis 2 mois avec vous et il me reste un autre 4 à 5 mois d'entreposage . Plutôt décevant comme expérience. On s'en souviendera la prochaine fois ...

I was called in for a dent in the roof at the end of the day where I rented a truck to pick up a sofa. I explained that is wasnt by me and Jason was very nice and understanding. I only took 2 boulevards and a highway, there was no possibility for it to hit anything low. Plus it was lied-down sofa inside. Jason told Gerald who inspected the truck with me about the situation and Gerald vouched for me since we inspected the truck together upon return. Both are very honest and friendly gentlemen. I would come back and rent their service again for sure!

Fantastic service! Knowledgeable, efficient, and super courteous! We really never write reviews, but this was, in our opinion, deserving of commendation. Earlier today, we worked mainly with Graham, and also another gentleman whose name we unfortunately didn’t get. Because of the location itself, and the staff we encountered during our transaction, we would definitely be happy to both return as customers ourselves, and to recommend them to others. Change the manager (Ggassan Akache) because he has no respect for customers. When I rented the truck in the morning, th computer system was down so we signed no paper, the clerk just took our credit card and license driver and told us to bring back the truck at the same level of gas. No other conditions was mentioned to us. When we brought back the truck, we were told we had to bring it back cleaned, but this was not mentioned to us. The manager charged us 25$ cleanup fee, but refuse to listen to us so we could explain the situation that happened in the morning. Cleaning Up the truck was not mentioned to us so it was not part of the contract. I request to me reimbursed for the cleanup fee and that the manager be reprimanded for bad customer service. We were not told enough about the online check-in process for the return of the rental. We were simply told to "fill out the online form" to say that we dropped off the truck. So we dropped off the truck and went online to fill out the form; but it didn't work because we were "out of range of the location" and needed to take pictures of an odometer for a truck to which we no longer had the keys. The fact that we weren't told that you needed to perform this process in the direct vicinity of the location and had to take pictures of the odometer essentially makes the instructions we got so useless that we might just as well not have received any instructions at all. And if you require your clients to go through such a precise process, it's completely unacceptable to not explain it in detail. I had to spend half an hour on the phone with Uhaul to clear things up, and they were admittedly helpful. But this nonsense added a great deal of stress to my move at the last minute, and that was the last thing I needed.

On line order 22140868 in may 28, the price was 19.95 for a 9´´ truck plus the pads, etc etc. Today at the store the application didn’t work when sending my picture. The people in DDO did the stuff to have rhe truck ready, but they charged 19.95 per hour, so they charge me four times the price agreed in my booking!!!! Plus taxes. I asked the manager, but this guy is not customer oriented, and he said that today the rate was different..... he didn’t explain, and his attitude was like that was my problem, not his.... i will place a claim in all gubernamental instances, this is a violation of consumer rights,, and i will use all the social media to alert to all consumers about this scam!!!!
