Adequately staff this location so that there is at a minimum SOMEONE around to greet customers. That might allow employees to actually CLEAN the vehicle before re-renting it! Particularly aggravating when I received stern warnings about smoking in the vehicle when I picked it up. Would have been nice if the sunshade had been in place, as the truck was at well over 120 degrees in the cab when I picked it up and took so long to cool down I feared the A/C was not working.

jo K.The problem was not with the pick up or drop off locations, but with the district offices. We have used Uhaul several times in the past, but this occasion was a terrible experience. We reserved a 26 foot truck and confirmed availability with the local pick up location. We were never told of a possibility that we would instead be expected to drive 91 miles to another state to pick up the 26 foot truck at the last minute. We were offered a 20 foot truck which was too small for our needs, but we accepted as it was last minute. We were never compensated for the inconvenience. I was on the phone with uhaul several times, each time speaking with another person who promised me a discount in order to get me off the phone, which was then reversed when got our final quote. It was never possible to speak with the same individual or even the same district office as I kept getting bounced around from office to office. Nobody was interested in truly helping us, only getting me off the phone. I was promised a call back several times which never happened. I was promised an "action plan" was created on my behalf which I have not received a call back regarding. Not only was this experience terrible, we will still need to rent another trailer to move the items we could not fit in a smaller truck. I will try to make time this week to find another company so we do not need to use uhaul.
john H.My only complaints are that the location that we had scheduled to pick up our equipment called last minute to tell us that they didn't have it. Then when we rescheduled to a different location, they didn't have a truck for us either. So I had to go to a third location to pick up the truck only to find out that the second location was where the car dolly was located... So I had to drive back to the second place with the big truck, get a dolly, and then drive back to the third place to put my car on it. This was the most ridiculous and roundabout way to get equipment... Especially for one person.
James C.This was the worst experience I have ever had with Uhaul. The truck was disgusting it took me over 3 hours to clean the truck and put me 4 hours behind getting to Indiana. Behind the seat of the truck was used as a trash can an was full off trash so.was.the glove box. The floors.were muddy and dirty and it.was caked.in the seats the vents and the floors in animal hair which I am highly allergic too!!! The bed od.the truck.was.covered in white powder that was hard to get out. The manager took this truck from the line where you drop them off and gave it to me without checking it!! I called customer service and they promised me a regional manager would contact me within 48 hours and they never called. When I returned the truck I told them I wanted to fill out a complaint forms and they laughed and said there was no such thing! This is bullshit when I spend a lot of money with you guys and I don't think I will ever rent from you again. NO ONE SEEMS TO CARE OR EVEN TRYS TO DO ANYTHING TO FIX THE PROBLEM!! Charles C.I made a reservation for 1pm for a cargo van and even called uhaul an hour before to confirm it was set. Then I got there and the van was not available. They had a pick up available but only for 45 mins. So we got that but had to be back no later than 60 mins yet i still had to pay for the full 4 hour time. I really think I should get some type of refund because this is terrible service.
