The truck I received had obviously been damaged and leaked in many places. The reason we rented the truck instead of using my own trailer was the weather. I had to use a tarp inside the truck to keep my things somewhat dry. The person said when I dropped it off that he would take care of the rental but I was charged anyways.

Truck was unswept and dirty when we rented it. Also, when the customer says they won't be needing the dolly or furniture pads because they have their own, maybe don't charge them for it. Still waiting for a response from customer service about my charge.

Again, fix your trucks and act like you care about the customer experience. Budget does, Ryder does, but apparently U-Haul is too good to give a care.

service was friendly and helpful. However the vehicle itself seemed to have transmission problems, as it did not shift between gears smoothly.

Too small and it was hard to get the truck and trailer onto the lot. U Haiul told me I could change dropw off to this location, but the manager called me two days later and said I was being charged $700 because it was the wrong location. He already charged my card $277 without calling first to get permission to charge. He later charged nearly $500, again without calling first.

Location is too small. I was not sure where to leave the truck and trailer. I was unsure of where to leave the key to the truck after hours. My credit card was charged nearly $300 but no one called me first to discuss if it was ok to make the charge or the reasons for the extra charge. This is bad business/customer service, and I already went through a nightmare experience with the moving help folks.
