We do not like the new feature of checking in the uhual via the website after use. We were told we needed to check it in, but we didn't realize you have to take a picture of the gas meter. We had already dropped off the keys in the return box, then went online to check in the vehicle, and found out we had to take a picture of the gas meter while in the running vehicle. This should be made very clear before hand.

Great staff, funny & sincere, nonpushy, honest & eager to help their fellow humans. The call center person was also great....she actually prayed for me & the old folk parents I'm caregiving, & prayed for safety on the road. It made me feel confident & happier about everything, including driving a vehicle I'd never driven. Rented a van, tons of walk-in cargo room, easy to drive, easy to back up & park. Will for sure choose this option & location again.

No problems. I took the truck back with less gas than I should have and the manager suggested I go to a local station for the difference rather than pay a premium price at the drop off location. Please do not fault the manager for that.

The truck I received had obviously been damaged and leaked in many places. The reason we rented the truck instead of using my own trailer was the weather. I had to use a tarp inside the truck to keep my things somewhat dry. The person said when I dropped it off that he would take care of the rental but I was charged anyways.

Truck was unswept and dirty when we rented it. Also, when the customer says they won't be needing the dolly or furniture pads because they have their own, maybe don't charge them for it. Still waiting for a response from customer service about my charge.

Again, fix your trucks and act like you care about the customer experience. Budget does, Ryder does, but apparently U-Haul is too good to give a care.

Too small and it was hard to get the truck and trailer onto the lot. U Haiul told me I could change dropw off to this location, but the manager called me two days later and said I was being charged $700 because it was the wrong location. He already charged my card $277 without calling first to get permission to charge. He later charged nearly $500, again without calling first.

Location is too small. I was not sure where to leave the truck and trailer. I was unsure of where to leave the key to the truck after hours. My credit card was charged nearly $300 but no one called me first to discuss if it was ok to make the charge or the reasons for the extra charge. This is bad business/customer service, and I already went through a nightmare experience with the moving help folks.

My U-box shipped out two weeks late, and arrived at its final destination 5 days late. I had to call repeatedly after the original shipping date passed, as I received no notification whatsoever from the local store or Uhaul writ large about what on earth was happening; and even then, I was only told "the carrier just isn't picking it up." They finally switched carriers several days *after the scheduled delivery date*. By that point I had already moved halfway across the country and was in my new home, which completely defeated the purpose of dropping everything off a week and a half before moving so it could get there when I did. I have no idea why they waited so long to switch carriers after the original one failed to pick it up *for two weeks*. It's unacceptable that I had to continually call and hound uhaul to do something about it; communication from them throughout the process was nonexistent. it's also insulting that I only get a $50/day past the scheduled delivery date refund, after what I paid in total cost to Uhaul to move my box. I understand that some of this might have been outside of the local store's control, but the communication & service were just terrible. Ubox shipping/delivery is horrendously overpriced for what you get & Uhaul was an absolute pain to deal with. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone, & I'm certainly never using this service again.

your internet system sucks !! I signed up online for the express checkout and was there for 40 minutes !!!! And my Direct Express debit card would not work in your system ???? Not Happy !!

Williamson location was very friendly and easy to deal with. Needed a transport and called go Uhaul to arrange one. Absolute nightmare. Reservation was cancelled via text 10 minutes before pickup and a new location was given 30 miles away. Get your stuff together guys
