It would be great if the company would be more considerate to their customers and employers by hiring more people to work at the various locations, especially during a disaster period. The (2) employees were doing their best to accommodate the customers but they were at a disadvantage. There were only 2 of them and many, many customers waiting to be served.CYNTHIA P.

The truck was good and gave me no problems over 1100 miles. However, when I picked the truck up, it was not swept out in the back, and was dirty in the front including empty chip bags. Also, I arranged to rent 10 moving pads, but when I got the truck, they told me that they did not have any moving pads. I was not happy and had to use bed clothing, etc. to wrap furniture and mirrors for a long haul. The staff was not very concerned about my problem. Their response was merely that they did not charge me for the pads. No apology, nothing.LANCE H.

Having one entrance blocked is rather difficult getting in and out of the parking lot when there's other customers trying to get around with the big trucks and finding where to actually return your rentalâ€¦ there's no rental return at this location because it blockedDavid T.
when i return the truck, i went to return key to the lady, she told me to find the guy outside, told her i look, no body was, but i went look again, around the building,went through shop, nothing, told her again nobody, she said just keep key in truck, then i told her i didn't want to get charged for another day, she had said smart like,...why would you? i sid ok, i left it....guess what, 3 days later, they call me for the truck, i was so upset, told the lady on the phone what happen, then she told me,,,ohh nevermind i see the key, before i can ask how many days they charged me on my card, she hung up, guess what happens....i got charged another day, and can't get no body on the phone to see about fixing this.....so no, this place can't do buisness in my eyes, no respect for the ppl coming in.TROY S.

The female clerk at the front desk was very unhelpful and apathetic. I returned the trailer at approximately 12:30 PM on 9/20/21 which was a day earlier than required, but the trailer wasn't checked back in until 8:00 AM the following day. Why would one wait 24 hours to check in the return? I was given no receipt or confirmation of the return, which I found unusual.Kirk S.

The AC didn't come out of the AC vents, only through the defrost vents. Dry cold windshield!!! I tried calling the 800 # , to no avail. When I reported it upon my return, the associate said, â€œalways something . How about handling a problem a little more professional.(?)WILLIAM B.

Put gas in the truck. I was told that the ramp was a certain width when in fact it was a whole lot narrower. Therefore I couldn't used the truck for what I intended to use it for. So I wasted my money. When I returned it I complained at the desk and was told that they didn't have the width ramp that I needed when I was told on the phone that y'all did. Won't be back. You used the wrong credit card, the guy at the counter is RUDE and doesn't listen, and I tried calling 5 times today to address this situation with the charges and was told it was an HOUR WAIT to speak to someone. I tried the call back notification a few times and was hung up on each time the call back was made. I'll never use uhaul again.Jason O.

The person barely spoke English, due to the after effects of Hurricane Ida it would not upload pics on the mobile app, so we had to wait in line to turn in the truck. Parking is a nightmare and the only place to park was on Veterans, not ideal at all.Adam P.

The inside of the Truck cargo area was full of broken jewelry, beads, chandler parts. I pre-paid for 1 dozen blankets and the store could only provide 6 blankets. I pre-paid for a utility dolly and the store had none. They asked me to drive to another location and ask them for one. I did drive to other location and they also had no dollies or blankets. Ive called the service line to complain and would like a refund for those items.TIMOTHY G.
All of the staff I dealt with were very rude, first of all. Second of all, none of the equipment I reserved and PAID FOR was available to me. My card was charged, despite the staff member assuring me that it hadn't been. So now I have to spend extra time that I don't have to get a credit back on my card.rachelle M.
I opted for mobile pick up, so I could skip the line inside. When I went inside to get the key, the lady at the desk was extremely rude, and told us to get out because they could only have 3 people inside the store at a time. When we asked someone else who worked there to get the key, he gave me the wrong one. When I told him it was wrong, he said he would go look for the right one. He started helping other customers and left us outside for a while. We finally went inside and asked him if he could get the key and he told us again that he was looking for it when he clearly wasn't, he was helping other customers. When we confronted him about helping other customers, he walked right to the back and grabbed the key for us. He told us we were set and that the dolly we ordered was in the truck. When we arrived home to begin loading the truck, the dolly was not there. Overall, a very poor experience.Molly T.
