I rented a 10 foot truck and then realized I needed a 20 foot truck but the location did not have a 20 foot truck so they upgraded me to a 26 foot truck but didn't have the 26 foot truck so I had to take a 15 foot truck and it was all very confusing. I kept being sent to different locations and it made a stressful move into a nerve-racking move.

I think this location needs better management. I've used U-Haul seven times in the last 15 years. And this was the worst U-Haul experience I've had. My passenger door flew open when I was driving down the street. it was not checked and was a jarred. I also had to go back After driving all the way to my house.and get another dolly because they forgot to to include my second one. This wasn't everything. I just feel this location really needs to be polished With better customer service help, Better attitudes and smiles. I Have been in customer service all my life and I know what it's like to treat a customer.

Mostly all good, no real complaints. The parking situation is kinda weird, where the hell are you suppose to park? the hwy access 'entrance' is an "exit only", when you drive around, there's still no place to park. I parked in the driveway (the girl inside said 'oh yeah, when you come back just park across the street'). So i did but 'way' back, bc there's no place over there either(bc there's another business, right across the street)(good thing it wasn't raining). So right off the bat it's like 'wtf?'. Whoever set that up, isn't good at setting things up. The entrance should be on the access road, there should be some parking spots, and the exit should be on Wilshire road. Obviously. And there should be a big sign that points clearly to the entrance so you could see it as you are approaching.

I used the app as well as the Service personnel who keep giving me keys to trucks she couldn't find on the lot. She was rude, rushed and had an attitude which will kill your business. When I tried to check the truck back in there was no one in sight to take it in. I walked inside the garage... everywhere I shouldn't have been allowed (insurance liability for you) but it was a ghost town. Thank God your app worked and I went in the front and threw the key on the counter. There was no obvious lock box. I have used Ryder a bit and I am going back to them although their location is inconvenient. You should fire everyone in the dealer I went to and get some people who actually care about people and... dare I say... customers! PS: I am not a nut or a typical irate customer. I can put up with issues but this was truly an amazingly bad customer experience.

Hire a staff that has ANY sense of customer service. I was not greeted when I walked in, just stared at. There were no instructions and the employees were ALL hesitant to help. When one did I was mostly ignored and not given ANY information on what to do only handed papers amd keys and told which truck to go to. I wasn't asked to sign anything or to agree to anything OR if I had any questions. I had about 4. I was reluctant to call in the next day to pay a convenience fee to the flippant employees at this location. I also watched as they abrasively told a customer they didn't have what he was looking for only offering helpful information as the guy was leaving. The staff is uncaring... So why do they care to even show up for a job they don't care to do. I wish I had a constructive way to put this but this was a low grade experience for me and there isn't ONE single place that couldn't be MASSIVELY improved on.

The guys we hired on the end of our trip when we unloaded the furniture were so great. We were running a little late and they were super accommodating. They did the heavy lifting and put all the furniture where we asked with not problems. Would highly recommend them.

The first place we went to they told me it just came in two hrs. earlier In the past I rented a trailer from u haul and the brakes were bad the master cylinder was empty and rusty and had a wheel cylinder was leaking also it had a bad tire which I told them and they did nothing and it went flat. so the first hauler had a bad tire and the master cylinder was empty so they sent us to another place the tires looked good but 1 was low on air so we had to air it up ourselfs the next day the master cylinder was full but after loading the vehicle on it when you take off and stop it would make a loud bang the surge brake was moving back and fourth the whole 11 hours of driving home they need to be checked when returned by someone who knows what they are doing I hope the next person is luckier than i was thanks for asking . BOB NENNI !!!

I couldn't get my phone to find it's location at all and when I asked if they had a way to do it in the store the girl said yes but I got my receipt 2 days later not 10 minutes later and they charged me an extra $20 for it. Very unhappy I didn't get warned that it would cost an extra $20

The uhaul guy that disconnected the trailer forgot to take off the chains and told us we were good to drive off, and he almost got hit. He then went on to say that “WE almost killed him”. Staff were rude too.

The guys in the back seem bothered to do anything. Tried to get a appliance dolly and was told to get it myself. There was only one, and when I got it to my place I realized there was a pin in the handle that made it inoperable. When I went back to return the truck I was in the store for a good few min before I even saw someone. The person came not wearing a mask and eating just a hot dog no bun. I asked him if there was someone working the counter, and he said if he worried about what other people are doing he would never get anything done. Terrible, terrible, unhygienic, illegal (not following mask mandate) service.

The mobile checkin is not easy. You will still need to have help from the people that work there. The workers are extremely nice and helpful.

I basically showed up and and once I parked the truck at the designated spot. A U-Haul associate came and explain to me that I was to check out using my phone and following the steps. Everything was seamless and very easy to do. He did offer his help if I had any questions during the check out process.
