When I arrived from the airport, I was told my reserved truck was not there, nor available. I had paid 51.00 to get there and was very upset. Then about after waiting 30 minutes for service, the nice young man Taylor, said there might be a truck available at another location. I asked if he could take me there since it was there fault, and I had already paid a cab fee. Then all of a sudden this guy walks in and says, "here's your truck" So weird....The truck was awesome, like brand new, no bells or whistles, no Bluetooth radiation, a real old fashioned key, and since I have EHS( electrohypersensitivity syndrome) it was perfect for me! I would not hesitate to rent again as an option from newer cars from traditional car rental places, if only the per mile rate was lower.AUDRA B.

The online reservation system was deceitful about the truck that was available. If a truck isnt available you need to ensure it accurately reflects that in the reservation system. This means your software is flawed. Then when they called me to confirm 3 days before my pickup they changed the location and the rep didnt tell me...so I didnt notice until I had gone to the wrong location. Yes... you all texted me the new location but didnt not tell me when they called me. The people at the location were courteous . I am just frustrated the system told me the truck I wanted was available.. I would of gone to another rental companyFaaruwq M.

Rented for 3 days and returned it the same day I rented but did not get a refund for the two days not rented. Was told that it is set by location. I think that now the same unit can be rented again over the two days that I was supposed to have it and they will make double. Very bad practice. The only issue I had was that I put $10 of gas in the tank at the station down the block when returning the truck. It showed over 1/2 full, and the gentleman who checked me in said "you're good to go". But then, I get my final receipt, and I was charged for gas! Not happy about that.Brenda W.

The van had a tobacco smell and looked like liquid had spilled in the back and not been cleaned up. But - the people were fantastic! The information about how to refill the gas was greatly appreciated. Overall, the van was better than expected. Definitely a value.Deanna M.
This location has been our go-to location for many years but lately, due to staffing problems, it has become less than ideal. It has been difficult to find anyone working on site to speak to when we have been there to either pick up a vehicle or return one.Jennifer B.
the gentleman attending me was a trainee - it wasn't his fault that he didn't know the process but it seemed that the trainer didn't really care to properly walk him thru the the proper steps. they didn't go over with me when/where the trailer was due back and we didn't get the dolly we paid for and had to drive all the way back when we noticed after getting home. in my eyes, it wasn't the plain t-shirt wearing trainee's fault, but the Uhaul brandishing employee's.Ana C.

My rental was pretty dirty when I picked it up. I noted it in my inspection before I drove it to my destination and noted it again when I dropped the van off. Yet I am the one that got stuck with a cleaning fee for someone else's failure to properly clean this van? Honestly, most of the fees are down right predatory at this point. I won't be utilizing any U Haul services in the future. The hassle isn't worth the high price.Kathleen M.

I had to got to two locations I35, and Cesar Chavez, Both locations ended up charging me after I left the site for items that did not apply to my reservation. Cesar Chavez charged me for Safe Move- $123.00, and I35 location charged me $152.00 for the tow dolly I had already paid in full. This error was communicated to Go Uhaul and the extra charges were investigated and refunded to me with in 3-5 business days. But because I was traveling across country from Texas to California- every cent counted and these extra charges made my trip alot more difficult than it should have been. I am thankful for Uhaul for fixing their errors- but it took almost a week to figure out the extra charges- as they charged me after I left their sites.Jennifer M.
